(Solo trip) I had an amazing time here; people were lovely and friendly, the room was big and comfortable plus felt safe, the food and drinks were great that I got absolutely stuffed! The pool area was great and I did some exercising in the pool with a few older ladies which was fun. The all-inclusive is a must have!
If you want me to nickpick, I guess a small amount of cutlery wasn't as clean and some foods didn't satisfy me, but that is honestly 2% of the hotel; everything was great! They do give you a map of the hotel which you need because I got lost a few times haha!
Staff were helpful and chatty, they say hi and thank you for cleaning after yourself, which I clean up after myself anyway. They helped me when I needed it and directed me to items I didnt know where.
Overall, this was AMAZING for my very first solo trip, please book this place!

We stayed at this hotel for a week. We chose it based on the good reviews, but in reality it turned out to be a complete disappointment.
The rooms are old and clearly in need of renovation. The air conditioning did not work at all, and there was a damp smell in the room that made it difficult to breathe. Every time we used the shower, there was flooding because the water flowed through the glass wall directly onto the floor and then into the room. In addition, there were many small ants living inside the sofa. The sound insulation was extremely poor.
As for the food, the strong alcoholic drinks and house wines were of low quality. The alcohol added to the cocktails, which was supposed to be tequila, gin, and similar spirits, was not authentic but rather some kind of unidentified spirit. It was impossible to drink.
On the positive side, the food itself was very tasty, although the selection was quite limited. I also really liked the view from the bar — it was absolutely fantastic.
I would not recommend this hotel if you don’t want to ruin your vacation.

We recently stayed at Hotel Drago Park in Fuerteventura for a five-night family getaway in December , and overall, it was a really good experience. We were a family of four—two adults and two kids—and we found the hotel staff to be extremely helpful and friendly, which definitely added to the positive vibe of our stay.
The food at the hotel was decent, though the variety was a bit limited, so if you’re looking for tons of culinary options, you might want to keep that in mind. But what really stood out was the animation team. They were fantastic with the kids, keeping them engaged with arts, crafts, games, and the mini disco in the evenings. Our kids absolutely loved it, and it made the evenings a joy.
The one concern we did have was around the pool area. The tiles got quite slippery when wet, which became a bit of a hazard as we saw a few slips and near-falls. We’d recommend the hotel look into some anti-skid solutions there.
In all, though, it was a great family holiday with warm service and fun entertainment, and we’d happily recommend it—with just that one note of caution around the pool area!

We have been at the drago park for 3weeks over Christmas and New Year and the experience was good the staff are all very helpful especially Andres ( smiler ) in the pool bar / restaurant Reyes in the main restaurant was Very helpful and always busy and you can not forget Carmen in the main bar upstairs she is helpful and quick at her job . The rooms are clean. The only trouble I have is the pool area is very slippery when wet so be careful and the toilets are to far away from the pool restaurant but other than that you will have a very enjoyable holiday. There was entertainment but we didn't bother going down so cannot say if that was any good or not . ,( We will be back for another holiday soon it will be our 6th time ) that's how much we love it

I had a very smooth check-in. Reception staff were professional and friendly throughout.
Housekeeping, although very good, was a bit hit and miss. On the first day, I displayed the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, but due to strong winds it fell onto the floor. Housekeeping then couldn’t tell which side was facing out. On the second day, I put up the Refresh Our Room sign, but nobody came at all. On the third day, the room was finally serviced. On the fourth day, the Do Not Disturb sign fell again… and so on.
Maybe having separate signs (rather than double-sided) would help. That said, the hotel itself was spotless throughout.
One concern I did have was the number of missing fire doors in various parts of the hotel.
Another issue was the corridor location of my room: it was next to a slope and an access road used for deliveries, with a gate left fully open all day (which didn’t feel safe at all). Deliveries also started as early as 6am.
My room also faced the basketball court, so in the afternoons I couldn’t nap because of the noise — but I’m not savage, haha.
The pool was quite cold, even though it’s advertised as heated. If it were just a bit warmer, I think more people would actually use it.
Food was also a little hit and miss. A bit more variety at breakfast would be great, as the options were the same every day. Also, a little more consistency would help — for example, one day the mushrooms had garlic in them, and the next day they didn’t, then the next day had it again…
Allergen signs were extremely small, and I have to say I’d never encountered Russian salad with fish before!
Snacks during the day were limited and didn’t change much. The cakes felt very industrial. Dinner was often served cold, and on several occasions the most popular dishes ran out.
Also, please please please…cappuccino is made out of coffee and milk…not hot chocolate. Please rectify this or advertise it as something else.
For a 4-star resort, I was expecting a bit more variety and better consistency in the food.
Entertainment, however, was fantastic throughout the day, and the entertainer is truly the best asset of the hotel — make sure he never retires from your place!
There’s also a shop nearby with all the essentials, just a few steps away.
Not the hotel’s fault, but don’t bother sending postcards… they’ll never arrive at their destination (my nan is still hoping for a miracle).
Also, make sure you buy a bottle of water on the flight before landing, because the queue at the airport was absolutely horrendous!
Overall… would I come back? Yes.
Would I recommend it to friends and family? Yes.
Should you give it a go? Definitely.
Thumbs up to the Drago Park team — you’ve got a well-deserved 5 stars from me for all the effort.
