Rooms are 3* so expect 3* .Rooms are OK same food not perfect but good. Location great,room service very good. Cleaners are very polite and helpful. The only and I mean it only problem is lady in pool bar C she expect tips for all inclusive drinks. She literally try to make aside on her salary. I rather buy my own in town than use all inclusive drinks. Rude rude rude. I honestly recommend hotel but management need do something about bar services. Really good holiday. Honestly recommend

Me and my family came here on the 10th of January and loved our holiday so much that we would definitely come back here. The hotel staff are friendly and had amazing service, food was amazing especially breakfast time however I would have loved chicken nuggets on the menu for kids. The rooms are fantastic and clean, great location and pools are fantastic my kids loved the splash park. I loved how you didn't have to wait on drinks and could help yourself to them whenever. All in all this place is fantastic. 😁

My husband, myself and our 2 kids left the hotel for 5 hours. In this time period, the room was cleaned. Upon coming back, myself and my husband’s door of the room had been left open where anybody could have just walked in. Secondly, my sons and daughters room had been cleaned. My son left his wallet in the room (we did not think that anybody would steal anything if the room is locked). When we came back, my 14 year old son’s wallet was missing €150. To think that a grown adult working in a hotel would steal money from a child is not right. This also happened on our last day which completely ruined our holiday ( not because of the sum of the money but that these things are happening in this hotel.

We came to stay at caleta dorada in march 2024 Knowing this was a 3 star hotel the expectations weren’t high, however the state of the rooms were unacceptable with ants crawling around and plaster falling off the walls, the door doesn’t have a handle on the other side. In regards to the food the plates are dirty and the food was uncooked. The hotel staff were rude from the minute we arrived, The only good thing I can comment about this hotel is the animation team/ entertainers Nico, Natalie, Gianluca. They made everyone feel comfortable and had time for each person/ child they spoke to and were really friendly throughout.

We have been here once before four years ago and decided to come back with the family. We were in C block, 102 and 103. Rooms- two single beds pushed together, very comfy. A sofa that turns into a sofa bed, large mirror, kettle, fridge and bathroom. The cleaners come every other day to make the beds, change towels/loo roll and sweep/mop. Rooms were lovely and spacious, we had a sea view (didn't pay the extra charge for it). Our toilet in C103 was awful though, if it wasn't leaking and drenching the bathroom floor, it wouldn't flush. We called somebody our 4 times but it kept doing it, so we had to just cover the whole bathroom floor with all of the towels and wear shoes to go the loo. Pools- there are three in total. A Block- Pool B Block- Pool and a self serve bar (hot drinks, juice, soft drinks and larger) this pool is slightly heated C block- Pool and slides, self serve bar (soft drinks and larger), manned bar, cheese toasties, cheese and ham toasties, ice cream and hot dogs. This pool also has a small kids pool and mini water park The pools were cold but with how hot it is, it because very nice. As always you soon get used to them. Resturant & All inclusive- Breakfast- full English, pasties, cereal, fruit, toast and more. Always something to eat at breakfast times Lunch- a bit of everything for everyone (pasta, chips, rice, meats, desserts, etc) Dinner- Same as lunch, abit of everything (food always nice and warm) Drinks- plenty to choose from. We found the cocktails very strong so stayed away from them. The Irish whiskey and Rose wine were delicious I am a fussy vegetarian so I did struggle for food abit. Breakfast was always fine. But sometimes at dinner I had bread and butter (which I'm happy with and end up having abroad anyway)! Entertainment- We found the entertainment team absolutely amazing. Obviously some days are better than others. The team do bits in the day around the C block pool (water polo, aerobics etc) then at night a kids disco with party songs (usually around 9pm) then something else after (bingo, circus, karaoke). The entertainment team were very good! Location- Great for a chilled out place. Up the hill are a few restaurants and two supermarkets. Down the hill is the beach, harbour, gift shops, market, restaurants and pubs. I would definitely recommend O'connor bar, the mini golf by it and also visiting the chipmunks! As always, you get what you pay for. The place looks lovely now it's been refurbished. I'd definitely advise watching the sunrise if you are up early one morning (i watched it all 10 days)!
