On arrival we went to reception and if i remember correctly the girls name was Patricia ,she made us both feel very welcome as though we had been there before or we were family which was super sweet and nice.
The truth is that the room being petite ,the shower being fantastic and amenities in the room were sufficient.
Very relaxing area,super quiet and right near the ocean ,a great find I must say.
On the roof top was a bar and music not too loud just a nice compliment to the hotel and the food was fantastic .
Views are super nice. ALL the staff cleaners ,bar staff and breakfast staff all 10 out of 10 .
I am writing this message while looking at spectacular views in the sun and having my breakfast ,which was a other suprize .This will not be my last visit and I have to say the beautiful girl at reception Miss Patricia who greeted us yesterday is spectacular and her professionalism is a credit to the hotel .
I am in my 50s now and if I was 25 years younger she's super lovely.

We were here three years ago and we loved the place, as well as its location and amenities, so we naturally booked again straight away once we knew we were going to be back in Corralejo.
Unfortunately the overall standard has gone down quite a bit.
The rooms are only cleaned very superficially before you check in, and as I do understand there is no cleaning service since this is not a hotel, it would be nice to be able to ask for fresh towels after a day or two - according to their policy you can only do so after the fifth day of your stay :(
Beds don’t have fitted sheets, only a sheet placed on top of the mattress and tucked in - if you move quite a lot while sleeping like I do, you’ll uncover the mattress, which is disgusting to look at and you wish you wouldn’t have known.
Also the rooftop bar is extremely loud on weekends, at least until 12am. Bad idea to have parties exactly where people are trying to sleep in my opinion.
Pool is meant for very few people but you’ll always manage to find a spot.
The location is just perfect, so nothing to say there!
Staff was very friendly though and you’ll also encounter at least three cats here, so one extra star for them ;)

We booked this apartment through our local ,Border Travel. It's a family room (3 adults) with two bedrooms. When we entered, we were a bit underwhelmed, to be honest. Everything was far too small, even the balcony. In the bedrooms, there was no room to put your cases, but there was a small wardrobe. The noise from the roof disco music p----- us off a bit. However, we just got on with it as there was no other solution. Breakfast on the roof was excellent, though. This apartment complex is not for kids or older people, I would think.

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing, mainly due to how poorly a basic issue was handled by the maintenance team. I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment meant for four people, and on the very first day, I reported that the hot water wasn’t lasting.
While the cold water worked fine, the hot water would run out after just a few minutes. When the maintenance technician finally showed up — more than an hour after I reported the issue — he checked quickly and said everything was working, since there was hot water at that moment. But the problem was never about having hot water, it was that it didn’t last.
During his quick visit, I saw that the apartment had a small electric water heater, which explained everything — it clearly wasn’t built to support an apartment of that size. I timed it myself: the hot water lasted less than 4 minutes before turning cold.
The next day, when I brought up the issue again, I was told that the technician claimed I was lying — saying he had witnessed 10 minutes of hot water the previous day. That was simply not true. I reported the timed duration and was told someone would come check again — but no one did.
I chose not to push further just to avoid more stress during my vacation, but I certainly won’t be returning to this hotel or to any others managed by the same group.

Our first night was interrupted by the music, and kept the twins awake until early morning. I wanted to leave there and then, but Lorena & team were so supportive and explained the music at that level was a one off event. We stayed, and I’m so pleased we did. The apartment was super clean, all the staff were very welcoming, the location was perfect, close to park, the town and beach. The gardens and pool were well maintained and it was absolutely great value for money! We want to say a huge thank you to the team for making our stay so perfect! ♥️
