Staryed here for 14 days, personally feel like it’s a run down butlins site, the first two nights were raining which we understand doesn’t happen often but the rain was coming through the badly affected windows, we did not have a cleaner round for the 14days but you see them working till 10pm which questions are they overworked or hardly working.
The apartments were old, the bedroom bed was awful felt like sleeping on a camp bed so we tried to resort to the pull out bed in living room to find out it has been snapped in half.
The cooking apparatus wasn’t all there for self catering, really feel with a little bit of tlc these apartments could be beautiful.
I suppose you pay what you get but feel like I’ve went back to 2007 this year staying here.
We had to buy cleaning products to make it feel a little homely.
Relaxing after an exhausting day down the beach this is not the place.
If you want a drink an extensive amount of alcohol and somewhere to doss this is your place.

The good points outweigh the bad points by a long way!
Mid October 2025
Worn and dated rooms, but clean and comfortable.
Bungalow located in a non-picturesque resort, the area looks like a troubled area in the Middle East, loads of litter and cigarette butts!
But felt safe at all times.
The pool looked clean and was not too busy, but we never use pools as we are antisocial 😁
No where to get a coffee on site, but cafes and shops a very short walk away.
Staff all friendly and use of showers if flights are late in the evening.
10 min taxi from airport cost 15Euro.
25 minutes down hill walk to beautiful cove beach, clear water and clean fine sand.
Loads of cafes on route to beach, food and drink is very cheap and very good.
We did not have a bad meal from any of the restaurants and cafes, also every toilet was immaculately clean.

Rooms are basic however don't let that deter you from the location and facilities around the area, if you really do want a cheap holiday, these are perfect, there are 4 pools which are well kept and clean, a gym, cafe bar, and they do an all inclusive package. I've heard this isn't great, there are many food restaurants, cafe etc very close by with fantastic quality and prices.
We have been 4 times this year and have booked to go another week in December this year. £320 inc flights.
Transfer is 13 euros each way in a taxi with a 10 minute drive.
This set of apartments is set half way up a hill, plenty of well paved roads and pathways throughout for mobility access if you require it.
Down the bottom in Caleta itself has a huge selection of bars, restaurants and shopping stores to visit. The beach is clean too.
We were happy to pop for a walk around every other day but spend majority of time on complex by the pool and local bars and restaurants.
The rooms are basic but are being re modernised throughout and can be pot luck which one you get, for us it's a place to get your head down, change, whip up some breakfast with the cooking hobs. There is also kettles, fridges, ironing board and iron, hair dryer. Some have built in ovens too.

Cheap and cheerful. We needed a base for touring the island and this ticked all the boxes. Its dated and tired but clean and simple. Good beds. Great shower. Good quality sheets. Bonus points for kettle and toaster. We didnt cook but we utilised the above and fridge for supplies.

This was the worst place I've ever stayed in Caleta, and I've visited 9 times. Got there at 1:45, check in was 4:00, which is fair enough. Upon getting our keys (1st set of 4!!!), we opened the door, to find someone was already in that room. Dragged 5 cases back, probably 400 yards to reception, to be given a second set. Dragged cases to the new bungalow, a couple of doors down from the 1st, to find rubbish everywhere, pubes on the toilet seat, and dirty bedding on the bed, as it hadn't been cleaned, from the previous tenants. Went back again to reception to complain, to then be given a bungalow right in front of the pool, after several apologies, and a near panic attack, due to my asthma. This was a great room, in a great location. We unpacked finally, around 6:15 pm, to find the TV and fridge didn't work. We'd had enough by this stage, so decided to leave the complaint until the next day, and went out for food. Next day we went into town and had a good day. Upon returning, I went to reception to complain about the non working TV and fridge. The manager, asked for our room number, and told him 47. His faced suddenly changed, and asked why we were in that room. I told him that his colleague had given us the room, to make up for the 2 previous mess ups. He then told me this was a big problem, and we had to move immediately!!! Obviously I was not happy and and asked why. He said this was one of the owners' bungalows, and we needed to pack straight away and move! He disappeared to the main office for around 20 minutes, to speak with his boss. This was day 2 of our holiday, after we were settled and unpacked. We were given 1 day all inclusive, as compensation for this! But it was too late by then. We had been messed around for our 1st 2 days, and this spoiled our whole holiday. I will definitely NOT be returning, along with lots of other disgruntled customers. Every time I went to the reception, there was someone new complaining, about all sorts of things, mainly the cleanliness, and things not working. I know it's only a 2 star, but this was beyond a joke!!! WE WILL NOT BE BACK, and advise all others to think very carefully, before booking this place!!!
