Loved our stay. Staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Food was lovely, so much choice. Lots to do for kids. Kids club was wonderful, kids really enjoyed it. Lara and allthe kids club team were superb looking after all of them and putting on fun activities for them. Can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in late April. A big thank you to the fantastic staff—everyone was so kind and helpful. We especially enjoyed the lovely conversations with Maria Sylvester during our lunches and dinners—such a warm and delightful presence.
The (kids)animation team and shows were also excellent—special thanks to Camilla and her team for making our evenings so enjoyable.
Overall, practically everything was great. We truly loved our holiday at Jupiter. Thank you to the entire crew!

Fantastic family hotel with a great atmosphere and everything you would want from an all inclusive resort. The highlights are the slides, pools and kids club for the children, very good service across the food and housekeeping and most importantly almost no waiting for any of the services such as the buffet etc. The only minor shortcomings are the elevators are a bit slow and the daily schedule of activities changes without notice. Also if you want to get a lounge chair by the pool you probably have to drop off your towels at around 730 each morning.
All in all, worth the money and an enjoyable holiday.

A dangerous hotel — our baby got seriously ill, and we had to leave early
Our stay turned into a medical nightmare. On the third day, our 18-month-old son developed vomiting and a high fever. I also became seriously ill with stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting for days. Almost our entire extended family (we were on a family trip) felt unwell — and we personally witnessed at least 15 other guests complaining about the same symptoms. It looked like a widespread outbreak.
We didn’t eat outside the hotel during the first few days. All our meals came from the hotel restaurant, where the temperature was extremely hot and food was left out for hours with no visible cooling or food safety practices. Some dishes were simply unsafe in such conditions, especially for children.
Only on the fifth day did I start ordering food from outside restaurants. But by then, my son couldn’t eat anything — he was too sick.
There were no warnings about water safety or hygiene at all.
When our son’s fever became high, we discovered the hotel has no doctor on site. We had to wait over an hour for an external doctor, who did nothing helpful and obviously we had to pay for that help. We were forced to contact our insurance and go to the hospital ourselves.
Despite everything, our child did not improve, and we had no choice but to leave the hotel early and buy new tickets home at our own expense.
This hotel has put our child’s health at serious risk and ruined what should have been a happy family holiday. I’m writing this so that other families are warned and can protect their children.
What we went through was painful, scary and unacceptable.
I strongly urge the management to take responsibility. At the very least, this hotel owes us an explanation — and ideally, compensation for the damage to our health and well-being.

Love this location and hotel. The service is fantastic, the staff are amazing especially the staff in the entertainment club. There is a kids club but they also run activities for older children and adults. The team make such a connection and are extremely enthusiastic, energetic and inclusive. Can't recommend them high enough. Would give them 11 stars. The hotel goes above and beyond and even packed us a picnic to take with us when we go out on day trips. They also provide a shuttle to and from old town. They do all of this with a smile.
