Buffet is perfect, food is fresh and service is excellent. They pack lunch when you are going to a tour. Very organized!
Pool is clean and water park is very attractive for kids.
Room size is good. Hotel is clean.
Night show is ridiculous.
Overall I recommend this Hotel.

Great family based hotel. Loads to do. As for the food, think of a level in your mind as you read this. Got one? Well stand on that level and you’ll see the level the food at this hotel is on. All my children had lots of fun based fun. That fun included swimming, sliding, drinking, eating (see that cringey level thing a few sentences back) laughing, watching, jumping, dancing and more swimming.
All the staff were extremely helpful and nothing was an issue. Rooms were clean and room like. Plenty of light switches. The AC in the room was very quiet which, for me is a real boon.

We recently stayed at Hotel Jupiter Albufeira and overall had a lovely experience. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. We really liked the rooms – they were spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The hotel amenities, including the pools and bars, were excellent. Drinks were great too, with a good selection and friendly bar staff.
However, a few things could be improved. While the food was generally tasty and fresh, the variety of hot dishes was a bit limited and became repetitive after a few days. Also, water was not always replenished during our stay, which was a small but noticeable inconvenience. In the bathroom, basic toiletries were provided but no body balm/lotion, which you would expect in a 4-star+ hotel.
One concerning issue was the behavior of one of the entertainment staff members. During one of the animation activities, he used language that was inappropriate and disrespectful towards women. We feel this is something the hotel management should seriously address to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
Despite these points, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back – especially for the clean rooms, friendly atmosphere, and great amenities.

My two 10year old sons and I flew out for 1 week all inclusive. From the minute we arrived, the staff were excellent in tending to our needs and taking us through all this wonderful hotel had to offer. The front of house was very good but, I was so impressed with those behind the scenes. The food was excellent, the hotel kept so clean and those that tended the rooms done an excellent job over the week with fresh linen & towels. The slides, the pools, the teens club & the evening entertainment made sure the boys went to bed tired. The hotel had a good gym & provided transport down into Old Town. To the Manager “you have a wonderful team of people” please pass on our thanks for so many great memories ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in late April. A big thank you to the fantastic staff—everyone was so kind and helpful. We especially enjoyed the lovely conversations with Maria Sylvester during our lunches and dinners—such a warm and delightful presence.
The (kids)animation team and shows were also excellent—special thanks to Camilla and her team for making our evenings so enjoyable.
Overall, practically everything was great. We truly loved our holiday at Jupiter. Thank you to the entire crew!
