Stayed here for a week! Overall was a fantastic stay. Very clean hotel. From the lifts to the stairs. Hallways and around the hotel was clean. Rooms where very clean. All the staff I encountered were fantastic! The food in the buffet is what you would expect from that style. But great selection on offer with different themed nights. We did however have an issue in one of there restaurants. Hair was found in my pasta dish. I received no apology just an excuse. So we left without eating anything and went back to the buffet area. Reception staff are lovely and happy to help any way they can. Alway felt welcome when arriving back.

Great clean hotel for families to be staying in ,food and facilities have been 2nd to none for the past seven days we have stayed all inclusive package with a free shuttle bus leading into the old town bringing you there and back so you can travel out of the hotel to the old town For free. Food has been really nice along with nice clean rooms clean lobby clean reception area. Kids entertainment on a night has been great. All pool facilities slides kids club gym spa as I’ve been great will definitely be visiting again.

Excellent Stay – Outstanding Service!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Everything was perfectly organized and to our full satisfaction.
A very special thank you to Ms. Ana Lemos and her lovely ms. colleague with dark curly hair and glasses (who took great care of us during check-in) – both provided exceptional service and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable.
Everything was excellent from start to finish – we’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic Stay at Jupiter Albufeira Hotel - Excellent Pools and Food (One concern however!)

We just returned from a fantastic stay at the Jupiter Albufeira Hotel and highly recommend it, particularly for families and couples looking for excellent facilities and high-quality dining.
The pool facilities are truly a highlight and cater to everyone. The main pool is lively, featuring a very cool swim-up bar right in the middle. For those seeking a quieter experience, the separate adults-only pool is perfect—it's much more relaxed, and they enforce the no-inflatables rule. Beyond the pools, the overall amenities are excellent. The on-site gym is well-maintained, clean, and features machines that are all in good working order.
The dining experience was consistently excellent across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The variety of options was superb, with plenty of choices for children and a wonderful selection of desserts. The kitchen staff and general hotel staff were excellent—consistently helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our entire stay.
However, we did encounter a significant issue regarding food allergies that the hotel must address. While the staff were genuinely trying to be accommodating, the labelling system is frustratingly vague and restrictive. Almost all items, including basic vegetables and simple hot dishes, were labelled with a blanket "may contain nuts" warning, often unnecessarily. My sister, who has a severe peanut and almond allergy, was severely restricted in what she could safely choose from the buffet. She had to pre-order many meals, and even then, some ordered dishes were eventually withheld due to vague cross-contamination concerns. A major improvement would be for the restaurant to implement a dedicated allergen-safe menu (for nuts, gluten, lactose, etc.). This would ensure guests with serious dietary needs can select a sufficient, safe, and satisfying meal from a pre-vetted list, rather than relying on last-minute workarounds.
Despite the challenges with allergen labelling, the quality of the service, the food, and the superb facilities make this a well-deserved 5-star resort.

Came back yesterday after a week here all inclusive for the four of us. The kids loved it plenty for them to do from kids club games room 3 pools 1 with slides and then the big slides. Also has astro turf to play some football. Decent entertainment on the evening with bouncy castle and pedal go carts by the entertainment tent. Decent selection of food and drink (Inc cocktails!) and staff very friendly. Hotel runs an hourly shuttle bus for free to the beach. We are seriously considering returning again next year.
