Good 2 days stay. Check in was quick and easy.
We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was plenty big enough for us.
The hotel is located on the sea front, with easy access to the beach.
It also has a great little shop on the complex, with everything you need.
Also the main strip is just behind the hotel, but you can't hear any noise from it, good to have it close by for drinks and food too.

Good experience! Excellent location, great room with an amazing sea view, service good.
Maintenance of the grounds and common area is very lacking.
Will come back and recommend but would strongly advise the owners to greatly improve the maintenance!
Internet was good and consistent on our 4 week stay.

Travelled here in Feb 2024 for a getaway with my mother and my sister.
With it being out of season there was some work taking place and we had to travel to a sister hotel for all our meals (as we were all inclusive). Luckily we found this information out ourselves before travelling as no one bothered to tell us!! My mother has mobility issues so, firstly, she booked a scooter to be delivered to the hotel the morning after our arrival. The scooter would not fit in the elevator meaning she still had a LOT of walking to do to get to her room.
Secondly, when we got to the sister hotel to eat we found there was around 20 steep steps up to the restaurant with NO lift (we found out there used to be one but they took it away?!?).
Thirdly, the "accessible" ramps around the place were barely functional- not wide enough to drive the scooter on.
The food was basic but I will add the 'speciality' restaurants are a con- they serve exactly the same food that is on in the buffet restaurant as they have themed nights- so if you go to the Mexican, the buffet will also have mexican food etc.... only difference is table service. Snacks were available at the hotel we were placed in from 3.30 pm which consisted of sandwiches and cakes...... A handful of each....once they were taken (which was pretty quick) they weren't replenished.
The pool at Muthu Oura was filthy with no pool bar (this was one of the areas with work taking place) so we made our washing to one of the other hotels to use the facilities as they did have a pool bar with snacks- again, this comprised of only cakes.
All this considered, we enjoyed our week as we were together as a family which rarely happens. But do not be fooled- this is NOT a luxury hotel (advertised as 5 star on a lot of operators sites). I'd say 3*+ at best. Maybe better in season but definitely not for those who struggle getting around.

Wonderful holiday, wonderful staff.
The hotel is luxurious and overlooks the beach. We booked an apartment which was good great views only the kitchen was dated. Its 4 minutes to the beach and u can walk left or right along the cliff walks and there's another 10 beaches all golden sands. I recommend 'teasers ' restaurant 3 course s plus drink for €12 and best quality. Mgm Staff were so kind and helpful.
Only downer
The indoor pool was supposed to be 28 c but it was so cold more like 20 c so you couldn't just go in the pool you had to swim to keep warm. And as it was January quite a lot of places shut but still did loads l.

This is my day 5 of 7 with my 7 yo and 7 month old. I must say there have been surprises after surprises. We were offered room 216 and the kitchen waste started leaking. It was stinking. Like anything. Then they offered me room 120 and 907 which were worse (although same category. Upon insisting I am now offered 418. I must say all the appliances are made in 1967. None with operating manual! You can see in the photo. Badly designed rooms with no power supply near the bed. Check the photos again. The move began at 1105 in the night and finishing just now at 0127 in the morning. Check the photos for the evidences. Both my kids have had a disturbed sleep and I had to cancel my plans for the evening.
I have a disability in the family and needs power supply in the night for a breathing device. I also needed microwave to sterilise the bottles for my little one but I could not use it being in IT for over a decade. There is absolutely no help provided whatsoever and asked to raise a complaint in the morning. Not being too hopeful with it anyway.
Food was okay, but very few options for vegetarians like me. Even in that, all our dinners were at Jac's which is again a 5mins uphill walk with buggy!
I may sound like one of but then I will leave it to you to decide. Evidence shared!
