This hotel advertises itself as a five star, the reality is far from it. We arrived to a lovely grand foyer and it looked very impressive. We got to a family room and came crashing down to earth, the bed arrangements were poor with a basic with a pull out bed as the 3rd bed on the kitchen floor, poorly fitted light fittings , the toilet seat was broken, a cheap dirty shower curtain and the double bed was two single beds pushed together, so if you wanted to have some "fun" in bed, think again as the beds slip apart. The food was average, but they put it out like an hour before opening so it is cold when you get to eat, the menu was very basic and hardly changed all week. The all inclusive drinks are very low quality and you can't get a proper pint as it comes in small plastic children's cups. The hotel advertises a tennis court but it is a hard concrete court that they use as storage for outdoor furniture (see pic). We were excited to find the games room only to find that all of the machines/amusements were either faulty or completely broken. The entertainment was poorly arranged and managed, cancellations without notice, no indication where it is and little to no interaction with guests. The staff looked miserable most of the time, and when you ask for a drink it's like you've asked them for a huge favour. The bars close randomly and sometimes can't get a drink at all. Location is okay as it's a small walk from the strip and a beach. We booked one of their meal nights at another one of their hotels as all inclusive guests, the other hotel got every order wrong and literally had 3 options to choose from on a Mexican night. If you just want a place to sleep it will be fine, would advise eating elsewhere and not particularly family friendly. Apologies for the "war and peace" review but hope it helps.

Please pay attention!!! I was there with my National team of kickboxing for competition.. I am 100% sure someone of housekeeping stole from my room! My fur vest which was very expensive went missing and disappeared so mysteriously after house keeping was in my room. I wanted to be sure and checked with my friends and when I came to conclusion I want to speak with hotel manager and staff.. they attacked me I lied etc. and they were so rude to me! So dissapointing staff! my friends also told they had missing jackets and some brand T-shirts and jackets! Be aware people are stealing there from your room!!!

Terrible hotel in a horrible location. Felt unsafe, how this is rated 5 start is beyond me. Please please do not spend your money here, buffet is horrendous, my parents went all inclusive, the drinks menu was the worst iv ever seen. Not even sangria available, rose wine in a box as was the regular wine. The worst place iv ever seen and more expensive than actual 5 star hotels. If I stayed here I would consider reporting them to authorities as its akin to a dingy 3 start at best. Deceiving, drinks offered v poor. I definitely would question their 5 star rating.

Usually stay in the adjacent MGM hotel next door but was fully booked which would have been our 5th visit. The hotel's standards have dropped since introducing "all inclusive".
The whole week was spoilt because we could not relax and read by the pool as the entertainment staff played ear shattering music most of the day. This row was in competition with the MGM hotel next door playing music at the same time. Too many all girl or all boy groups being inconsiderate and noisy. Staff choose to ignore all of this.
Lovely balcony in full sun but no parasol provided to any rooms, so unusable when the sun was at its hottest.
After this we will never stay in any MGM hotel again.

Very bad hotel!! The worst one i have been in! Don’t come here, it’s a scam! It is not a 5 star hotel, actually one star! Nasty experience, very old and messy. Food quality is terrible and many other things! I had ants in my room and i didn’t have proper bed sheets.. these are just a few things!
