1BR (460) apartment 9 nights B&B. Overall delighted and would return. Check in easy, room spacious for 2 adults 1 toddler. Shower powerful, lots of storage. Breakfast fantastic value, wide variety for everyone. Bit manic at times but to be expected. Atlantico restaurant good quality but pricier than other options near by, which we preferred such as RM, Portobello and BouganVilla, latter being great for children as play area colocated. Service 90% great, bar service a bit hit and miss but no major issues. Pool area was good, 'heated' pool better than fresh water and beach access was as good as you can get! Spa was really useful with proper heated pool. 3 things I would change:
- Softer matresses, ours was quite firm
- QR code ordering option for bars etc
- Mops in room for clearing rain form balcony
But absolutely a 5 star hotel, not a ritz but immaculate and the peacocks were a great surprise. Hope to return for longer soon

Hotel is nice and spacious. Rooms are quite big and very clean.
Breakfast was amazing, variety of things and all very good options.
We were on the -1 level and the air was a bit stuffy. Felt like if we were on a proper ship or a sailboat. Not much ventilation done on this level seemed like.
Food in the hotel was not good and very expensive, almost like most hotels.
Staff were very nice and friendly.
Nice sea views and very close to the beach. Couples should look somewhere else as pools can get crowded with kids.

Since the moment we arrived to this property, it does not feel at all like a 5 star property given it’s management , staff and hospitality. For started the view you will get for resort view room will be parking lot with staff cutting trees and machines making noises. Then on top of that the carpet in the room was not pasted so my 2 year old kept on falling and on requesting to fix it they said sorry it is like this only as it is new. Then room was full of ants and as a courtesy when they placed cake for my daughter’s birthday on our room, they don’t even have that much sense that they cover it will lid which made all our room filled with even more ants.. list continues with no warm reception, poor breakfast, no choice of better coffee etc.. k would definitely avoid this chain in future..

We had the best stay at Grande Real Santa Eulalia!! My kids were so sad to leave. From the stunning views, delicious food and drinks, lovely swimming pools and fun activities for kids - the whole family had a wonderful time!! The customer service was outstanding too - so friendly and helpful! We definitely hope to come back again one day!

Everything is great and perfect, especially guest experience manager. She is very kind and pay attention to our experience in hotel. I do really appreciate her kindness. The hotel is very nice and beautiful sea view, the staff are very friendly and nice. Hope I could get her contact information so I could say thank you to her.
