We came to this hotel for a weekend in March and were very happy with our stay. The hotel is located in a beautiful place, surrounded by nature, not far from a street with bars and restaurants. The city center is about a 10-minute drive away, and taxis are inexpensive. In addition, the hotel provides a free shuttle to the center, which is very convenient.
The hotel itself is located on the coast and has an excellent beach. There are many restaurants and bars on the premises. I think it's especially pleasant to relax here in the summer. The staff is excellent, the receptionists work quickly and are always ready to help.
The rooms have been recently renovated, look modern, and fully correspond to the photos. Everything has been thought out for comfort: there are bathrobes, slippers, and a coffee machine. The room is very clean.
The breakfast is excellent — there is a large selection of dishes, and they even serve sparkling wine, which creates a pleasant mood. The hotel also offers buffet dinners with a good variety of dishes.
One minor drawback is that the bathrooms in the rooms are a little outdated and could use some renovation. However, everything is very clean, and the hotel uses high-quality toiletries.
The spa area is paid, and you need a swimming cap for the pool, which you either need to bring with you or buy at the reception. The spa itself could also use some renovation.
I would like to mention the gym separately — it has been renovated and has new equipment, so it was really pleasant to work out there.
Overall, we had a great weekend. The hotel offers many different activities, the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, everything is very clean, and there are plenty of places to walk. Thank you to the hotel team for a wonderful stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here however I wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel for couples or families due to a few reasons that impacted the overall feel of the stay - A lot of maintenance going on while staying at the hotel hallways dirty and dusty - anything we asked for at reception (AC to be fixed and bottled water for room) we were told someone would be sent up only to wait in the room and have to go back down to reception for the same request to repeat (for days) Have to pay for extra facilities that look like they’re included (sun beds at the beach ) access to indoor pool we were told it was €20 per person why would we pay when we are staying at the hotel 😂 Hotel should be providing filtered water for guests there was a sign in the gym saying non gym going residents could not use the water I have never seen something like this in my life, definitely not ideal for families. There is a strange feeling with some of the staff I noticed this at breakfast and at the reception it’s as if they are trying to catch you out on something, and some of them not friendly. Shoutout to bar staff by the main pool who work very hard I must say especially the young man this week he was running around and the man in charge of the towels was also friendly. Overall very small things that could really make this hotel feel like a true 5 star if actioned. Hopefully management will take this feedback on board as the setting of the hotel, layout and rooms we stayed in were fab.

The beautiful location right next to beach. But there are public beach is next to the hotel zone.
The service was so-so comparing South America like Cancun or Bahamas.
But it was very safe and calm. The weather was beautiful in Sep.
the Atlantic Ocean view was great especially when we rented a boat from small town near Old town. We could see beautiful Gorgeous seashore with lots of cliff and rocks.
You should try to spend some evening in Old town - it takes 10-15,min by hotel shuttle bus or Uber (from this hotel to old town: 5.50€ ) it was the most memorable time in the folks market, inexpensive and great wine selection and more.

It’s 3:30am and I’ve just moved myself and my son onto the sofa in the living room because 2 cockroaches just ran across us in bed! We’ve been staying in one of the apartments here and it is in such disrepair. On the last few nights they have been doing lots of work on what looks like replacing all the air con units next door to us, so maybe that’s what brought out the bugs, but the work has started early and has been ongoing in the day while we have been on our patio outside the room. The patio runs all the way along for each room with no privacy at all and is communal. There is a lovely restaurant/bar called club med in the hotel which we were really looking forward to visiting however it is apparently not for guests and only available for private hire!
This is by far not a 5* hotel by any means and I won’t be returning.

We stayed here for a few days in March and had a wonderful time from check in to check out.
We arrived quite early and the staff at the front desk were lovely. They managed to get our room ready early which was very much appreciated as we had travelled with 2 young kids. We were helped with getting our things to our room which was a fair walk away from the reception area.
The room was very clean and stocked with things we needed. The bed was very big and very comfortable.
One thing I will note about the rooms is it was quite easy to get out of which was worrying having a young toddler with us but we were able to move furniture around to make it safer for us.
During our stay we went to the kids play area. The staff her were brilliant with the kids and there were plenty of activities for the kids.
The breakfast was lovely and not too busy when it opened. Looked like it got busier around half 8 onwards.
I d oreally want to thank all the staff at this resort for being so welcoming and kind to us during our stay. I've noticed a few reviews below mentioning rude staff members and i wanted to say our experience was the complete opposite. I couldn't fault them at all they were all lovely.
