Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! Everything exceeded our expectations — from the warm welcome at check-in to the smooth checkout. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling.
The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the attention to detail and the relaxing ambiance. The facilities were well-maintained, and the food ( especially breakfast!) was fresh and delicious.
We truly felt at home and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and top-notch service. We’ll definitely come back again!

If you want a hotel where you are able to relax and chill out this hotel is great but the overall atmosphere, facilities and room quality is more on par with a 4 star. Pools were lovely and having 4 on site meant we were able to have variety in our day and find a nice quiet spot, staff very helpful and attentive, general layout of the hotel is nice with lots of open space and garden villas/rooms laid out nicely in the grounds, It is out of the way which we actively wanted but if you want to pop to restaurants, bars or shops Vilamoura is a €12 taxi ride and is too far to walk so this wouldn't be for you. The bad bits - The kids club was alittle uninspiring and lacked any organisation with the lady in charge spending minimal time with the kids and more time on her phone. Our room was located very close to a maintenance room (Room number 1121) and the noise both inside our room and out ensured we had really broken sleep and struggled to get to sleep most nights. Not sure if it was the pool pump room or something else but it got progressively worse as our stay went on. We did mention it to reception and although they said they would look into it nothing happened. On check out the gentleman was very helpful and pointed us to this review platform which I thought was useful.

Beautiful hotel, great location, excellent service. Would 100 percent recommend/ stay again.
Downsides/areas to improve. Bar area/arcade could do with modernisation. Also gym again in need of modernisation.

Very disappointing stay. The food is poor with almost no vegan options, and even basics like salt, pepper, or spoons are missing if you eat outside—staff often tell you to “go get it yourself.” Service is sloppy, with many waiters not speaking Portuguese (in Portugal!). Rooms are dark, old, and depressing, and at night the whole resort is badly lit. Hardly any activities beyond golf, so it feels lifeless. Definitely not the 5-star experience it claims to be.
