Stylish hotel, terrible service—left after one night.
We booked four nights and left after one. This is marketed as 5-star but feels far from it. Service is nearly nonexistent, limited poolside menu, no one clearing towels, and zero actual pool service. Breakfast buffet included stale pastries and not-fresh fruit.
We knew the beach was public, but the hotel’s marketing shows chairs and umbrellas, so we expected them to be included. Instead, you have to rent from another company. Misleading at best. Plus the beach if full of seaweed currently, which obviously is not their fault but just be warned.
Staff training is poor. When I asked about a bathroom outlet, I was told there wasn’t one, only to later find it hidden behind a cover that made it look like a switch.
The hotel refused to work with us on a refund. Yes, it’s recently remodeled and the bed was comfortable, but that’s about it. Look elsewhere until they fix the service.

The hotel enjoys an excellent location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The building itself is beautiful, and the rooms are both spacious and elegantly designed, offering a comfortable and pleasant environment. Breakfast was decent, with enough variety to satisfy most guests.
That said, there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to service. Housekeeping during the stay was inconsistent — water bottles were often missing, and certain areas like the balconies were not cleaned properly, which affected the overall cleanliness. The breakfast service also lacked organization, particularly during peak times.
Additionally, the terrace bar menu is very limited. Offering a wider selection of tapas would greatly enhance the experience for guests looking to enjoy a nice aperitif. More investment in staff training would also be beneficial, especially to improve service quality and attention to detail.
With some improvements, this hotel has the potential to offer a truly good experience.

This place beautiful and still a work in progress. I think they opened a bit prematurely because they didn’t want to loose on the season. There are still areas that are under development and staff still being trained. With that said, there was a pool guy (who was Asian) taking care of the pool as far as food, drinks, opening umbrellas, collecting towels, etc. I hate to write something bad, but he needs a lot of training and or put him in another position. The poor guy was a mess. Brought out wrong food, lost tickets, didn’t understand the menu or what we were ordering had to point and spell
It out for him because he literally had no idea what we were talking about. The restaurant food was amazing!! What great flavors and staff there. Honestly, aside from it not being fully functional and the pool guy, this was perfect. Steps to a beautiful beach with caves and amenities. I would love to come back to this hotel when it’s fully opened. The pools are great and there is a small kids pool so it’s super family friendly. Spectacular views from the roof top bar are a plus!

Great hotel in a beautiful setting. It’s still finding its feet after a recent takeover, but the potential is clear. The grounds are stunning and really peaceful. Plus, it’s in a fantastic location with lovely local beaches and great restaurants just a short walk or drive away. Looking forward to seeing how it develops!

The hotel overall was very nice. The rooms were spacious and nicely designed. The Zenite bar was very nice. The breakfast was good and the vibe of the hotel was nice. The music by the pool was also not obnoxiously loud which was pleasant.
That being said, service was poor and the staff were clearly struggling to keep up with the demand of the guests. The staff were all kind but constantly flustered and it took ages to get a drink every time. There was no organisation in the breakfast buffet and trying to order a coffee was a daily struggle.
My biggest issue with the hotel was trying to get a sunbed. There was no rules about “reserving” a sunbed meaning people would wake up and throw some towels over 5 sunbeds then go about their day and come back when they are ready to use it! This meant that there was never any sunbeds free to use, but also never people actually using the “reserved” sunbeds! I strongly feel the hotel should make rules about this because it is ridiculous.
There is also no private section on the beach which was beautiful but constantly busy, especially on the weekend.
Despite the sunbed challenge and inexperienced servers, the hotel was lovely and in an awesome location right on a beautiful beach. I will be returning!
