This hotel is absolutely wonderful — spacious, luxurious, stylish, and truly impressive. It is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. We were assisted with our luggage, offered champagne, and personally escorted to our room. The room was large, modernly decorated, spotlessly clean, with many spacious wardrobes — very practical and well thought out.
The bathroom amenities are plentiful and beautifully scented, the bed linen is excellent, and the beds are very comfortable.
The hotel has a private direct access to the beach, which is a huge plus. The exterior is just as impressive: beautiful pool area, elegant furniture, trees, and landscaping — everything is perfectly maintained.
The staff are attentive, professional, and genuinely polite. The restaurants are outstanding, with delicious food. Every day at 5 PM, the hotel hosts a Social Hour, where guests are offered complimentary drinks and light snacks, which is a lovely and generous touch.
One small downside: during dinner, we left cash tips, but service charges were additionally added to the bill without us requesting or authorizing them, so I recommend checking your bill carefully.
Aside from this minor issue, the hotel is a dream, and we are already hoping to return.

We enjoyed a generally positive two-week stay during our summer holiday this year.
Positives:
• The rooms are recently renovated, spacious, and comfortable.
• Breakfast is very good, especially with the availability of proper espresso coffee.
• Maintenance and housekeeping responded quickly to a minor plumbing issue and to requests for additional toiletries.
• Overall service has improved significantly compared with the early reviews after reopening, when many staff members were still in training.
• The nearby beaches are excellent and easily reachable on foot or by a short taxi ride.
Areas for Improvement :
•Hotel towels
The towel-replacement policy doesn’t seem environmentally friendly. Despite the sign indicating that towels would only be changed if left in the shower, all towels including those hung up were replaced daily.
•Restaurant
The main restaurant was open throughout our stay.
While lunch options are fairly standard, the dinner menu felt limited and not particularly appealing. With more variety and pricing that better reflects the portion sizes, we would have preferred to dine at the hotel more often especially since many nearby restaurants within walking distance were mediocre, and traveling to the main town every evening wasn’t ideal.

We had such a lovely Christmas break here. The rooms are so comfortable, very nicely furnished and the amenities superb. The gym and pool were lovely, and they also have some wellness and sauna offerings for an additional charge. It's right on the beach with a wooden walkway directly from the hotel to the beach, perfect to catch sunrise or sunset. What stood out for us was that the hotel was pet friendly, allowing us to have a lovely time with our dog. Not only pet friendly, but dogs are allowed in all main areas which was amazing. The staff was incredible, they really made our stay special by going above and beyond with helping, suggesting things to do and just being super friendly. Highly recommend!

Stayed 3 nights at the Hotel for a short getaway during mid November.
Couple + dog.
The Hotel is set in a very quiet area of Albufeira, far from any mess.
The grounds are kept very well and it is wonderful to walk around. Just outside the Hotel is a beautiful beach and trail on the typical Algarve coast.
Room has all the necessary, we were given an upgrade for which we are very greatful; it was nice to find the dog's essentials there upon arrival.
It would be nice if the tap of the sink "delivered" more water.
The service was very good at all hours of the day and night. A swift checkin, smiles and kindness during breakfast, very nice people at the reception and a fast checkout too.
The late afternoon complimentary aperitivo is a great touch!

Very nice hotel! High-quality service. Nice and friendly staff. Very beautiful location and well-kept garden that charmed me. If you are traveling with your dog, this place is perfect because they treat him like a member of the family! We highly recommend it.
The only downside was that the water in the indoor pool was too cold for me, so I couldn't really relax in the spa area (we traveled in November).
