My girlfriend and I have just spent the past 5 nights in Hollywood Mirage and to say we were more than impressed would be an understatement.
All of the staff at reception were always very helpful and always had a smile.
The pool staff and poolside bar staff were always very kind and outgoing providing good daytime activities and events throughout the week. Good cocktails and sun loungers all round.
The room we received was breathtaking, and while we booked on a separate package holiday website, the photos shown did not do it justice.
The sea view 1 bed apartment gave views of all the Los Cristianos bay, capturing mountain range, the port, the nightlife all while being in a tranquil location for relaxation.
The room facilities made me think the hotel was only a new build, however seeing awards going back as far as 2017 for the hotel itself and awards further back for the hotel group (Excel) meant that the rooms are kept to the highest of standards and modernity.
Air conditioning was exceptional after a hot day to come back to.
We had breakfast in the adjoining restaurant, to be greeted by a buffet that was very good value for money and the quality of food was excellent.
The other services of a fully stocked mini market for all lunch and breakfast needs was a lovely option to take to diversify our stay.
The hotel/resort was lovely and clean and we felt a sense of security seeing that there was a barrier and security to enter the premises.
However, the hill leading up to the hotel does have its challenges so appropriate transport up and down from Los Cristianos centre would be advised. I will say though, the hill is the main reason for such breathtaking views.
In all, we are both very happy with our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a break away. And we will be returning some time in the future.

Hotel is great. 3 pools, animation team, supermarket, hairdressers and spa on site. Staff are so friendly and helpful..the lifeguard at pool 3 is so attentive and funny. No problem to play ball or pool games. The rooms are great in size and the wee kitchen is fully equipped. On the negative side, not a place for elderly or those who find walking difficult or for those with kids in buggies...the hotel is situated very far up a steep hill. There is a free shuttle bus service every hour from 10.05am to the beach/town. Without it we'd be lost up here. A taxi 🚖 costs about €6. A short walk from here is a nice shopping centre and a few pubs and restaurants..but still a wee climb back to the hotel. But all in all it's worth it because the hotel is very nice.

We had a larger room, which was very good. Large bed rooms. 2 toilet rooms. Large kitchenette. Large balcony.Located at the top of the hill. It's one you will use transport for. Hotel has all you need to stay on campus with a minimarket, x2 pools, beauty salon.. pool's do close early for those wishing for a late swim. If you hire a car, this is an ideal spot to work from as it's very close by most attractions. No parking on-site but loads out on the public road.
For half board or full board neither recommended as food is cheaper out and about.
16 a head for breakfast on your half board pricing. Town breakfast is 7e at beach side

Located on a steep hill, not suitable for individuals with walking difficulties, beautiful views down to the port.
We stayed in a 1bed overlooking the pool. Nice big balcony but noisy as work was going on at the snack bar which is currently closed.
The rooms are cleaned a couple of times a week, but trash is collect every day.
The food is passable, not a lot of taste, dinner seems to be the same every night with a few bits added, breakfast is the same. If u like omelettes then I don't think u are gonna likes these, I think they use a egg substitute as the omelette taste really strange. Lots to eat, but is it for u. The juices are all watered-down and from concentrated. U get what u pay for. If u stay self catering then its perfect, lovely large pool which I think is heated. Would definitely stay again.

I’d give this hotel 6 out of 5! The staff are lovely and super helpful. They all work really hard to make your stay enjoyable. Entertainment is fab and great for adults and kids. There’s something different happening every night and live singers too. Lots of lovely food and a good variety as well on offer. There are also supermarkets within the hotel grounds for self catering. The hotel offers a free bus service every hour down to the beach and back. I had a transfer from the airport which only took 15 mins by coach, wasn’t far at all. Be quicker by taxi and can’t imagine it costing a lot. Hotel is lovely, and surpassed my expectations for the price they charge. Some areas could do with updating here and there, but if you want perfect then book 5* for triple the price. All in all a great time. I will definitely be returning.
Thank you so much to everyone at the Hollywood mirage x
