Rooms and location is great. The bar service is very slow and they've implemented a 2 drink rule which includes non alcoholic drinks. Only allowed to order 2 drinks per person per visit to the bar which is not ideal for families. Also when going for your evening meal order double quantity drinks to ensure you have enough drink to last your meal as it's impossible to order more drinks with your meal. The slides are great - son loves them. Children entertainment at night is only on for 30 minutes which consists of a disco. Children's club is great. Would I return to the hotel - unless they drastically improve their service probably not

I thought this hotel was perfect for myself and my 7 year old son. The kids club and the entertainment team made everything so easy and enjoyable, my son especially loved DogMan and I thought the entertainment team had a great way with all the kids. The facilities are great- a well equipped gym, lovely pool area and amazing location! We were half board and couldn't fault the food, different every night!

Amazing hotel. Everything you need under one roof.Have been coming to Tenerife for years and it’s the first time we’ve hardly left the hotel. The kids club have been amazing with the kids and do so many great different activities. They put a lot of effort in day and night. My kids are obsessed with dog man especially and how involved he gets with all the activities. Absolutely loved the pink show for the Nighttime entertainment. Kids loved it to and danced all night. Will definitely be returning for next year.

Stayed here 3 years ago, (2022) and have just completed a 10 days stay here again (2025). Our stay here 3 years ago was far better! The food was better, the pool bar service was better, the entertainment was much better. This stay has been met with, long Qs for drinks and food at pool bar. Being denied 3 drinks at a time (we are a family of 3) Early closure of kids club (2 hours early!) Being told by dining staff I was not allowed to take food up to my daughter in our room from the dining room because “she could get sick if it’s not consumed properly under our dining room management”. The “fun crew” work really hard, and have a kind personal touch with the children but they are trying to do it all and the hotel in general is understaffed. Sunbed- only enough for half the hotels capacity so you have to Q from 7am awaiting pool gates to open at 8. Overall, I’m very disappointed with our stay. It no longer has the wow factor it once did. Not once during our stay we’re we asked how it was going or if we were enjoying it- I feel the hotel staff know most people here are unhappy. Rather stay at The La Siesta next door, had better experiences there, for a much cheaper cost.

The hotel facilities, entertainment & Food are brilliant. Brilliant for family's, great water slides and pool areas! The location of the hotel is perfect, close to shops and the night life. Pick up points opposite the hotel for days out also. The only downside to this hotel is the food & drinks service, very slow and long queues for drinks. Each time a customer orders a drink, you have to scan your wrist band, makes the service very slow. Brilliant idea that your room key is your wrist band, very easy to get around the hotel. Lots of food options. The evening entertainment is amazing, really good shows, great for the whole family, magic shows, rock shows, singing.
