Overall a good stay. Friendly staff! Varied food (though often not very warm, unfortunately), and fun live music in the evenings – but a bit too loud for my taste. Room cleaning could be better - the floor was dirty even right after cleaning. The poolside food could be improved. The animation at the pool was also a bit too loud for my liking. The hotel’s app was very handy for information and quick contact with the front desk.

Our children had an absolutely brilliant time, and that is in large part due to the incredible entertainment team. They were truly spectacular with the kids, always full of energy and creating a fun and safe atmosphere. The children's club and play facilities were top-notch and kept our little ones entertained for hours, giving us a well-deserved break. The evening entertainment was also a huge hit, with amazing shows and parties that the whole family enjoyed. While we had a great time overall, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The Fun Bar, while a great spot, was often very busy, and we sometimes had a long wait for drinks. It's a minor point, but worth noting for future guests. The main frustration, however, was the sunbed situation. The race for sunbeds every morning was quite ridiculous, and it felt like you had to be up at the crack of dawn to secure more than two. We felt the pool staff could have been stricter with enforcing the hotel's no-reservation policy to make it fairer for everyone. Despite these small issues, the excellent facilities, especially for children, and the outstanding entertainment team made for a very memorable holiday. We would definitely recommend the Bita Cora to other families looking for a lively and fun break.

Incredible week! I’ve just been here with my two kids and sister and it was incredible. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. We did the all inclusive package and the UP option. The kids attended the kids clubs which they loved - Dogman and the rest of the team do so much with the children. On the last day my youngest who is 5 even baked some cookies to take home. The experience on the rooftop is beautiful with incredible views and again great service. We honestly couldn’t fault the hotel. The location is perfect just down the road from the strip. I’d seen some negative reviews about the speed of service at the bar which I would have to disagree with as the team are walking around the tables constantly taking orders and delivering them to the table. I think the negative reviews are based on people being impatient. We will definitely be returning next year and will probably stay a little longer.

Amazing hotel. Everything you need under one roof.Have been coming to Tenerife for years and it’s the first time we’ve hardly left the hotel. The kids club have been amazing with the kids and do so many great different activities. They put a lot of effort in day and night. My kids are obsessed with dog man especially and how involved he gets with all the activities. Absolutely loved the pink show for the Nighttime entertainment. Kids loved it to and danced all night. Will definitely be returning for next year.

The hotel facilities, entertainment & Food are brilliant. Brilliant for family's, great water slides and pool areas! The location of the hotel is perfect, close to shops and the night life. Pick up points opposite the hotel for days out also. The only downside to this hotel is the food & drinks service, very slow and long queues for drinks. Each time a customer orders a drink, you have to scan your wrist band, makes the service very slow. Brilliant idea that your room key is your wrist band, very easy to get around the hotel. Lots of food options. The evening entertainment is amazing, really good shows, great for the whole family, magic shows, rock shows, singing.
