I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is clean, modern and great value for money. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The entertainment is great, especially the karaoke 🎤. I will definitely go back. The rooftop bar is for adults only and is well kept. The only negative is the climb back up the hill. However, the hotel runs a shuttle bus during the day. That was a bonus. If you choose to go out of a night it is cheap to take a taxi back from the town.

The Coeliac Blogger: Just back from a week at this hotel and we had some issues
The hotel is lovely, well kept pools and it was rated 4 star, however I'd say wasn't in many areas!
We booked a family room thinking we'd get all decent rooms, the kids rooms were so basic, like a prison cell, my kids hated it and all the holiday I had to sleep in a back room, it was dreadful!!! The main room was standard, but decent! Has horrible brown throws when it was cooler at night, prison issues ones I think, shocking for 4*
The coffee at the hotel was so disgusting 🤢, it was undrinkable! I complained and it was ignored, they still had the worst coffee imaginable! Definitely not 4* , minus 10!!
As a Coeliac, I struggled to eat, had very bad bloating from the food. They ask you to order for tomorrow, but that's ridiculous! The food was very basic, gf lasagna was 90% gf pasta slice with little meat, the gf pizza was ok, but basic! They cooked gif streak & chips, but only 1 meal was decent, the rest over cooked and dry. Breakfast bacon was 90% fat, rock hard amor rubbery, definitely not 4* the food was liked by my kids, but just a basic 2* at best.
The hotel staff, room cleaners were excellent, except the older female women at reception, she seemed moody when I complained about the room. I hated the room I stayed in, I was stuck in the kids room, so my daughters could have the better room for all of the holiday.
We would have booked a duplex apartments, but non available. The family room doesn't even have proper Aircon, just a basic fan on the floor. It's a 0* kids rooms
Also all the sun loungers mesh were so stretched, you could feel the plastic bas digging in you side, they are all tired and need replacing.

We have stayed here for 2 weeks and hotel is fabulous.
Anabella was the lovely lady that did the cleaning in our room. She was really helpful and a happy person. I would like to thank her for being so welcoming to us.
All the staff from reception, restaurants, bars and pool areas were all very helpful and professional.
Rooms were excellent and kept to a very high standard. There was a really good selection of food at breakfast, lunch and evening meal.
We certainly will be returning for another holiday. This would be our first choice to stay again.
Thank you everyone.

We booked a week away in Tenerife in March through TUI. The hotel was advertised as being 4-star, it certainly wasn’t, not by UK standards. The hotel felt tired and rundown, there were broken paving slabs and crumbling masonry. Some of the furniture also had seen better days, our bedside tables had chipped corners and the decor was dated. We went away during school term time and didn’t expect to see many children but on arrival we were pleased the hotel had several adult only areas. The hotel had obviously been extended and added to over the years creating convoluted and confusing pathways to get to where you wanted to be - one of the saving graces of the hotel were the interior gardens with beautiful trees and foliage. The gardens were lovely with lots of flowers and flowering shrubs.
We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful right from the start with the receptionist and all the waiting staff during the week. The hotel conveniently run a shuttle bus to the beachfront and back which was useful for returning uphill to the hotel.
We also found the food to be of a very good standard. There was a lot of choice in dishes and we didn’t find it repetitive at all. My hubby is on a low carb diet currently and he had plenty of choices.
Location wise, I personally would not return to Los Cristianos. The whole resort felt very tired and tbh there wasn’t a lot to do there apart from playing ‘dodge the mobility scooter’ along the front. We enjoyed watching the beach volleyball on the beach and a lot of skill was displayed.
Although we had a good rest and change of scenery I don’t think we’ll be returning to Tenerife in the near future.

I would love to say a massive big thank you to all the staff at the paradise hotel.
I also have a learning disability my partner /carer was his first holiday out of the uk. The staff was very supportive due the strike. Their is always their help everyone and they way Communicate, to the customers know what is happening.
Their alway diffident fresh food to eat. And you never be left starving and they cook in front of you.
I had a one big issue with jet 2 staff they change my seating on the plane me and my carer wasn’t seating together. When they given me the ticks I said we need to seat together on the plane but they would lesson to me I got very angry when they said Family comes first. But staff needs to realise by not lessoing to the customers and the carers they can put the public and the person a risk. You never know what the risk I even had a risk assessment that I need to stick to my partner/ carer please can u note when some says they need to seat together but for everyone safety.
I could have got lost. Also some people disability can be putting others at risks and their health.
Other the. That the holiday was very great once again a very big thank you to all the staff. This is well be our holiday home
It was the farth the money would go again when I save the money
I hope I see everyone in a year or 2 years
