The whole of the hotel is kept very clean. I didn’t see any litter or dirt anywhere and our rooms were cleaned daily.
All the staff were really friendly.
The all inclusive drinks were branded drinks.
On a morning you had to queue for a sunbed at 9 o’clock but this was to ensure people didn’t get up mega early and reserve them.
The entertainment could have been better at night but there was plenty of family friendly bars nearby if you wanted to go out.
Entertainment through the day was good and there was a good variety.
It is at the top of a big hill which isn’t good for anyone was mobility issues.
There are a couple of adult only pools which is a shame at a family hotel and would make more sense been open to everyone.
The food was okay. Nothing special but there is enough and it does taste nice. The snack bar is open between meals which means there’s food all day.
All in all a great hotel for the money we paid and would definitely recommend.

Excellent holiday, ideal for families. The kids club was perfect for my 8 year old daughter and the entertainers kept the children happy in the pool all day.
The food was fantastic and plenty of variety, the waiting staff were particularly friendly and attentive - Katy was great, always making sure we had everything we need.
The reception staff were amazing, we had to extend our stay due to an illness and they couldn’t have been more helpful.
The rooms were cleaned daily and thoroughly.
Great location too, near the beach and shops

Would 100% recommend this hotel, we had a lovely stay! Lots of variety for the food, something for everyone. Location was great, near everything you need however it’s easier to walk on the way down than the way up. Weather was beautiful and we could enjoy that sitting round the pools. Unfortunately we were not able to get round the main pool due to people queuing however there are two others we could choose from. The adults pool is very peaceful and relaxing while the leisure park is fun and has a lot going on, with a draper pool and plenty of sun beds.
All staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you! We will definitely be back.

This is a great hotel for families or couples, the all inclusive gives access to a variety of cuisines which change every day with options for all diets including a great selection of salads, pastas, meats, and tastes. They have adult only areas for those not looking to hang around families, and the amenities are in multitudes. Free shuttles to the town give quick access to the beach and shops, nearby is a shopping centre and many bars if you want to get out. Rooms are clean and have good AC. Lots of activities for kids and adults, and designated smoking areas for those who require it.

Positives:
Stayed at the hotel at the start of this month. The service of the staff was very good, especially Cesar. He was very entertaining and always had a smile. Bingo nights were fun.
The options of different pools. There are 5 different pools within the hotel, including 18+ only. This allowed us to sit by the pool and relax. There are a number of different sunlounges dotted around, so always find one despite people running at 9am for them.
The rooms itself were clean and tidy and always cleaned by room service.
You can get the shuttle bus from the hotel to the beach, which is very good as the hotel itself is at the top of a hill and can be tiring especially in the heat.
Negatives:
The food is very poor quality, especially for a 4* hotel. Even the basics like rice and pasta was dreadful. Rice sometimes undercooked or burnt, watery, and rubbery pasta. No wonder the queues for chicken nuggets and chips are the busiest as these were the main edible items. Even the fruits were straight of the tin can and not very nice.
We had half board, and drinks are not included for dinner service, which is surprising compared to other places I been to before. We decided to get drinks packages, which include two (2) drinks for dinner at a reasonable price.
Whilst eating dinner, some staff come over and force a review by asking you to scan their QR code, not what you want whilst eating your dinner.
The rooms although clean, are very outdated and old. Not having a charger by the bedside was very disappointing, and the air con was very weak and did not work properly even though it says keep all doors shut to make it work properly. Despite this, air con very weak.
Overall, I think it should be 3* hotel rather than 4. No fault of the staff or the service as it was incredible and very helpful but the overall food and rooms were a let down.
