We stayed as a family of 9 my wife and l, our 2 daughters and their husbands and 3 grandchildren. We primarily chose the hotel due to it being reviewed as family friendly and this was indeed correct. The kids club was great and the grandchildren really enjoyed it staff were friendly and engaged with the children and they always came out with something they had made +O show us. They also loved the animation entertainment and got involved almost every night. The location 2 very good as there is plenty around should you fancy a change, and although it's quite a hill to walk back up if you head to the seafront, the hotel provides a free half hourly bus service for most of the day.
The entertainment for the adults was not bad and we enjoyed a few shows. Good selection of all inclusive alcohol and soft drinks throughout the day and up to Ilpm. Main bar was also the main snack bar throughout the day, but you could also get drinks and snacks at the poo/ bars, one in the n main omplex and onelthe adjoining waterpark belonging to the hotel plus an adult only one on the hotel roof which We never used. There was also another bar down in the area where th@ animation and follow-up entertainment took place in the evening. Throughout our stay we found the staff including kids club/ animation team to be friendly and helpful.
Now the downside which was unfortunately the food, we ate snacks a few times, which were OKe.g. put together your own toasties/burger etc. With salad, some fruit and some sweet items, but it was pretty much exactly the same stuff every day with the odd exception. The main dining room was OK, reasonably big so usually no problem getting a table for us all (you are allocated a time slot on arrival) there waS quite a to selection of food and in general waS Just same stuff every day J with large quantities of pork in all it's guises, some chicken and occasionaly some kind of beef product, and pizza available every day. Unfortunately how the food was cooked varied from day to day and 4 out 5 times they seemed to struggle to even get a pizza right, more often than not it was sloppy and heavy other dishes could be either over or under seasoned etc.
We usually enjoyed breakfast and lunch could be ok aswell but never found ourselves looking for ward o dlinner and ended up out for dinner on several occasions and that's not so bad if your all inclusive was cheap but this was not. More frustrating was the fact that people we had met told us that previously the food was of a better standard.
All in all if the food had been of a higher standard, I would have said we would definitely be back, but at this point I'm not so sure.

My wife and I had a great two week stay at Paradise Park, we were on half board which we chose as we are not big drinkers and don't generally eat much during the day.the rooms are comfortable, with tv, kettle and fridge, a good shower with room to move in, and a comfortable bed. Nice little balcony with table and chairs for your morning coffee or evening beer. The room was serviced everyday with clean fresh towels and bed made and room cleaned.
The food on offer was good quality and varied, with themed nights, the chilli and burritos on Mexican night were great. I noticed that they cater for various dietary needs including a special menu for celiac requirements. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and happy to help
The hotel runs a complimentary minibus to and from Las Americas and on Sundays will take you down to the Los Cristianos market, though it is one way but a taxi back to the hotel from the market was around €4.50 (in 2025)

What a lovely resort! We came here for the week and were immediately greeted with smiling faces from all the staff. Everyone who works here is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
The rooms were super clean and the cleaners came every morning and left the rooms in a lovely condition with fresh towels.
The food was lovely and as myself is gluten free, breakfast time was especially my favourite where I got gluten free cereal, toast, cookies and muffins!!
The evening entertainment was really fun with a variation of different acts and games to play throughout the evening. The main evening entertainment man Cesar is absolutely amazing!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be returning. Thank you for your amazing service :)

Paradise Park is a good super àclean hotel. The facilities are fantastic, there is something for everyone. This hotel is suitable for all ages with adult only areas in the restaurant, on the rooftop and at one of the pools. The additional pool which is just next door offers alot more space for all. The all inclusive option includes all the named spirits as well as ciders, cocktails and beers. If there is anything you are not sure about, please just ask at tje front desk. I like a very soft mattress and found my bed too hard, the staff came to my room within 10 minutes with a soft mattress topper, this made such a difference. The staff are exceptional and very helpful. The lady that cleaned our room made out beds daily, gave us clean towels and always spoke to us. Juan Antonio in the restaurant was very kind, helpful, and attentive to all the guests. Juan would offer to get us drinks, efficiently cleared our table and was friendly with his customer service. I travelled with my cousin and we paid for a basic twin room September 2025, had a lovely sea view on the third floor. Would highly recommend.

We booked this hotel because we liked the idea of having multiple pools to choose from and it did not dissapoint. For an all-inclusive the food was as expected, but the room was amazing! Beds super comfortable and jacuzzi bath was a nice addition.
The staff were really lovely and attentive with room service being offered everyday.
One thing that wasnt made clear is that a suite room has complimentary access to pre-book the balinese beds. We paid for ours beforehand and it got a bit confusing trying to explain our voucher came with a cocktail. We still enjoyed the rooftop experience and would definitely recommend booking a bali bed!
