Had a 10 day break here with my wife on a bed and breakfast basis. Friendly welcome at this spacious hotel. We had a junior suite which was a good size and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was huge with an incredible choice of food, fresh and delicious. The pool was warm with plenty of sunbathing space. In house entertainment of an evening, mainly musicians and singers. Voucher to use at the health spa. 15 minute walk to the town, 15 minutes the other way to a secluded beach. Three restaurants over the road.

I’ve read the mixed reviews and had a minor level of anxiety. I don’t know if there were problems before and they got fixed or the reviews were left by simply negative people. We really, REALLY enjoyed spending 3 nights here. The staff are really polite and always smile at you. The rooms are really clean and we were lucky to have a superior room with sea view - simply breathtaking and the best view we had so far. The all inclusive buffet style is incredible and offers so much variety - not a lot of vegan options but plenty of veggie options to make any meal work. The hotel is 15min drive from the airport and 15 min walk from El Medano - we really snoozed our walks post meal to burn off the calories! El Medano is such a lovely former finishing village with plenty of awesome views, shops and restaurants. The Spa does need a bit of work BUT if you do come to an island, probably a SPA shouldn’t be the first thing on the to do list. Simply awesome - oh, and the in house restaurant has glorious views!!!

My honest review.
Room is very spacious and cleaned every day. This is an adult’s only hotel but aimed at the older adult.
The food is very nice and as others have said there is a microwave but if you want hot food you need to eat at the earliest possible time and not 2 hours into service.
The bar staff do sometimes get a little overwhelmed with customers but they cope well. Possibly another member of staff would advantageous.Louis the bar man is brilliant
The animation team is very entertaining.
Night time entertainment is a bit hit and miss depending on your tastes for example a solo saxophonist or pianist to karaoke or bingo.
Over all it’s a very nice relaxing place if a little off the beaten track. The nearest town is about a 15 minute walk away.

Big and spacious rooms, but room cleaning service leaves a lot to be desired, tea cups were left uncleaned, and they didn't bother picking them up. One little bin in the bathroom wasn't emptied for the entire duration of our stay. Bed wasn't made despite leaving a clean our room sign on the door each morning.
Breakfast option was very limited. Meats for dinner wasn't much option either.
Fruit juice for breakfast from the machine was horrible, tasted like someone washed the tank and left the water in there, forgetting to empty it and refill the juice.
The hotel location is fantastic, and the facilities are simply fabulous. The amount of chlorine in the Spa facilities leaves a lot to be desired as well.

Hi,
I stayed at this hotel for four nights with my daughter, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. From the start, the rooms did not feel like those of a 4-star hotel. The beds were not very comfortable, and the room became quite stuffy at night due to poor ventilation. The only way to get fresh air was to leave the balcony door open, which didn’t feel safe to me.
I booked the all-inclusive option, but I was quite disappointed with the food—it lacked flavor and wasn’t enjoyable. The selection of drinks was also very limited, and the ones available didn’t taste great.
The location is fine if you plan to stay at the hotel all day, but there isn’t much to do nearby. If you want to visit places like the street market, Monkey Park, or Siam Park, you will need a car; otherwise, you’ll end up spending a lot on taxis since there are no other transportation options from the hotel.
Another major disappointment was the swimming pool. It is quite small, which would be fine, but it only opens from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If you go out during the day and want to relax in the pool in the evening—especially in hot weather—you won’t be able to, as it closes too early.
There is a beach right outside the hotel, but it’s not one of the best in Tenerife. It’s not a real sandy beach; it’s rocky, which I personally didn’t like.
For a similar price, I would recommend staying at a hotel in other beach towns like Los Cristianos or Costa Adeje, where you might have a better experience.
Overall, I was not very happy with my stay at this hotel and would not choose it again.
