Me and my partner had a lovely time at this hotel, the pool was lovely, the hotel was always clean, and room was cleaned every day.
The staff at the hotel are very attentive, kind and helpful. Manuel made going to the bar a fun experience every time!
The food was great and there was always a great selection of different foods each day.
The only thing that was a problem was the air conditioning. We had a ceiling fan in the room, but it was broken and didn’t really help us much in the heat.
Overall it was a great time and not really much to fault, thank you for a lovely stay!

Rooms are dated, but clean and the service is excellent. The animation team are gold and the bar staff are great. Manuel (from the bar) has made our holiday, it’s clear he has fun at work and every customer comes away smiling - a true gem. Overall based on value for money we would rate this stay 11/10 thanks to the staff. Unfortunately I have forgotten the name of the main animation man but he has a charisma and a gift for performing! There are also some fabulous gardens on the grounds that are very well maintained!

We booked this "holiday" through Loveholidays, lured by the promise of a serene getaway depicted in their photos. Our hopes of winding down have been utterly shattered. Instead, our days have been plagued by relentless noise from school kids banging on doors and an overall experience that can only be described as completely terrible.
The "All-Inclusive" Farce
Let's start with the so-called "all-inclusive" aspect, which is nothing short of a scam. Upon arrival, we were immediately hit with a €1 charge for a reusable cup - an absurd and inexplicable fee when you're supposedly paying for everything upfront. This resort boasts a shocking single bar open on the entire complex, staffed by only one overwhelmed person. The result? Endless queues and a frustrating wait for even a basic drink. And the food? It's genuinely inedible. I've been living off dry bread rolls, a far cry from the varied and appealing meals one expects from an "all-inclusive" package. The quality and variety are so poor, it's offensive.
Rooms Stuck in a Time Warp (and a Horror Movie)
The rooms are are a disaster. "Extremely dated" is an understatement. The ceiling fan looks like something straight out of Final Destination, ominously rattling above. As for the air conditioning, it's merely a decorative fixture - it doesn't work at all, leaving the room stifling during the day. The beds are utterly horrid, providing only a thin sheet, which makes for a pretty cold night. If you dare to ask for a blanket, be prepared to receive one with disgusting, unidentifiable stains - I don't even want to imagine their origin. While the rooms are superficially clean, there's a baffling single electrical socket to supply an entire family, turning charging devices into a logistical nightmare.
This entire experience is beyond a joke. We are deeply disappointed and feel completely ripped off. We will never be staying here again and will be actively discouraging anyone we know from making the same mistake. This resort needs to do significantly better - or perhaps, just close its doors.

Second time at this hotel. Love it. Amazing Spa and the animation team are great especially Dani. He is such a fantastic guy to be around. He brings everyone together and includes everyone. Building great rapport with the guests.
The only issue this holiday was the amount of School Kids booked during the week. You have 70+ teenagers daily being loud at night. This was the only issue.

Rooms are dated but do the job after the first bad impression. Service was great and quick to help. Pool is also nice but food selection was small but good quality. I personally liked the students as they gave the place a good vibe.
