The hotel overall I would say is very dated. Lots of the furniture was stained and in need of an update but it was exceptionally clean. Our room had some mould in the mastic and wasn’t large but it managed 3 beds and a sofa converted to a bed. The view was amazing, sunset and Teide every morning was glorious!!
Most of the staff were lovely and helpful. We only encountered problems with the pool bar staff being snappy and a few in the dining area.
Apologies to the chefs but we hated the food over all 3 meals. My children wouldn’t eat anything while we were there apart from toast and desserts so although we had forked out for all inclusive we also had to leave and purchase food elsewhere. My partner and I are not fussy at all but there wasn’t much that was appealing and you can only eat pizza and fries so many times before the thought of it turns your stomach.
If you only want a base and then travel around I would say it’s generally okay. Pool was really good and the lifeguards were very attentive. We played tennis although our deposit wasn’t returned to us for some reason? Again this along with the crazy golf and chess was very dated in need of a refurb. The entertainment wasn’t really a hit with us but the smaller children seemed to really enjoy it. If you want to park at the hotel you have to pay a deposit for a FOB and then €10 per night but there were never any FOBs available. There was ample free parking around the hotel that suited us fine.
Puerto De La Cruz is a beautiful town, would 100% recommend the area to anyone.

We arrived late in the evening after food had stopped being served but were given a packed lunch from reception which was welcome after a long day travelling. The room was nice and tidy upon arrival however we found the air con wasn't working, we weren't provided with toiletries the first night and the WiFi in the room was terrible leading to us being unable to use the TV. The room its self was a little outdated but a nice balcony with views over the pool area and mountains. Pool area was well maintained with plenty of sunbeds to choose from and a complimentary snack bar for all inclusive guests. The food was adequate with broad choice to suit all tastes however it seems some days the food was of better quality than others. Staff were welcoming and friendly however I feel as though we couldve been given more information on the services/activities on offer at the hotel as it was only on our 4th day that we found the minigolf/gardens ect. Overall I feel this hotel is good value for money but could do with some minor aesthetic improvements and better information given to guests in regards to what's on offer, would stay again.

I’m having a wonderful experience during my current stay. The customer service at the reception is outstanding — special thanks to Wickey and Cory for being so friendly, helpful, and professional. They make the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant.
The food is delicious with a wide variety to choose from, and the hotel maintains a clean, neat atmosphere throughout. I also love the range of activities available — there’s always something fun to do!
Overall, it’s an excellent stay, and I’m already looking forward to coming back in the future.

Went for a week, its a "value for money" hotel and reasonably priced for what you get.
Friendly staff, nice reception staff especially short lady with dark hair who helped with Spanish.
Good drink choices, nice food, always fresh fish, veg, fresh pasta and pizza, options for continental, lots of space to sit, generous drink options at mealtimes, wine and beer on tap. Watch the allergen labels as not always correct (dairy in dessert jelly, dairy in gammon?).
Clean rooms and hotel, lovely gardens with free mini golf, tennis, beautiful gardens, make sure you walk round the gardens and over to the tennis courts.
Make sure you pay for Teide view, you don't want a lower floor rear room.
Great entertainment team, some evening themed nights are fun, George with spinning camera is a nice gesture and good for extra fun, he was good!
Mr & Mrs evening very funny 😁.
Things to suggest, possibly more dairy free dessert options (even if by request) maybe vegan pizza or lactose free cheese por favor.
Also at reception an information sheet would be good, meal times, what cups are for, check out times, pool hours, safe, taxi number and bus times, entertainment options, mini golf etc etc, some new arrivals were asking us lots of questions that could be on info sheet. Maybe sheet for older people and QR code for more tech people?
Get to pool doors 8.45 for deckchair.
Don't take lilo or floaty, inflatable rings only.
Walk to street art, 8 mins, walk to Calle Martianez for a nice walk to shops and hypermarket, walk down to Mirador La Paz and drink at Cafe Alba, shops here better prices than town centre.
We met folk who had been here many times as a quiet location, pay 6 euro for taxi or 35 min walk to town.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable and were cleaned every day. The food was amazing with lots to choose from and the entertainment was fun too. I would highly recommend a stay here and cannot wait to visit again. Thank you Bluesea.
