Overall not a bad hotel but not sure we'd stay again. Room was a good sized suite consisting of spacious living room, bathroom and bedroom. Wasn't cleaned properly before we arrived though and the cleaners seemed to have made the bed but that's about it. None of the rubbish was taken out so built up during our stay. Reception was nice and the staff were very friendly but the restaurant was very chaotic and food wasn't the best, even for an all inclusive place. Luckily we only had bed and breakfast as it was a constant search for any sort of clean glass and was a game of spot the elusive morsel of oat in the porridge, it was basically just milk. I wouldn't recommend all inclusive. Location wasn't too bad, it's about 20 minute walk to Las Americas so not central which we preferred.

Lovely place to stay, rooms are very spacious and lovely bed, however a bit of tlc is needed as something was leaking in the bathroom, doors a bit crinkly etc. Also no tea/coffee but you can get a kettle from the reception with a 20 euro deposit so not 4 star like but people must have been taking them. Pool are is lovely plenty of sun-beds but again deposit needed for towels. Staff are friendly but a bit overstretched so bars, restaurants could do with more hands. Golf course looked nice but be aware the hotel is just next to it unlike the name suggests. But overall nice place to stay for some peace and relaxation.

Very clean hotel,, beautiful pool area with tons of space for everyone. Amazing Indian restaurant inside. The breakfast is a kings banquet. Pizza available in the day at the poolside bar, an evening buffet if required with different themes. Great games room for the kids . Salsa classes, beautician, volleyball, pilates, gym, poolside fashion show. Tons going for it. I'm 60 and the mile walk to the sea was manageable or a taxi is £7 . the golf is not part of the hotel but next door but the views of it are lovely.

Unfortunately, I have to give this hotel only 2 out of 5 stars, as our experience fell far short of expectations. Although our suite was well-appointed, it was located directly above the lobby, next to the evening event hall. This location meant that we could hear noise from the events daily until about 10:30 to 11:00 PM, which was especially problematic with a small child. Additionally, there was a constant humming from a nearby area with air conditioning or a central ventilation system, which was audible even in bed. Due to this noise pollution, there was no real chance of relaxation. When we tried to address the issue at the reception, we were merely fobbed off with evasions and excuses, without any effective help being offered. Furthermore, the quality of the buffet on 2 out of 3 days left much to be desired, ranging from mediocre to poor. The only bright spot was the very attentive and friendly behavior of the staff, aside from the reception. The spa area, consisting of only two saunas (a steam sauna and an 80°C sauna without the option of infusions), also did not meet expectations and seemed insufficient. Moreover, upon our early departure at 3:30 AM, we were not provided a lunch package despite having booked half board. This was yet again accompanied by ridiculous excuses. Due to these circumstances, I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.

Hotel is comfortable. Clean and very well presented. Staff friendly, service good. Busy during school children's holidays. Definitely a hotel to stay at with kids of all ages. Location a little far out from main facilities so a bus transfer into town would be a good idea for the people staying here.
