Fantastic hotel, extremely good value for money and the rooms were well equipped as well as modern. The staff were all very friendly, we were self catering so I cannot comment on the food at the hotel but there was a little shop on site which sold pretty much everything you could need. The pools were clean, I loved the fact that there were multiple pools, the main one having the entertainment, and then Pool 2 which was quieter and more chilled (right by our room). In terms of location, this is the only thing where the hotel suffers, as it is on the outskirts of Los Christianos - however there is a free shuttle bus to and from the beach each hour during the daytime for those who don't wish to walk the 15-20 mins. There are also quite a few restaurants and shops close to the hotel without having to walk far, my favourite being the Italian restaurant literally opposite the entrance to the hotel, definitely worth a try, we ate there three times during our stay. Overall, this hotel is well worth the money, it's in a quieter part of Los Christianos but not too far from the centre, the room was very large, bathroom extremely modern and luxurious, cannot fault anything really.

Where do I begin? This apartment clearly took design inspiration from The Conjuring, it’s giving full haunted house realness. If peeling paint, banging by disgruntled neighbours, and furniture that looks like it holds grudges are your thing, you’re in for a treat. In my opinion, this is a solid 2-star, maybe 3 at most. As for cleanliness… what cleaner? I can only assume she’s a ghost—never seen, never heard, definitely never cleaned. Fresh towels? Non existent and if you ring reception they’ll ask for you to go down to collect them, maybe I should have levitated nude to collect it. The “VIP” area by the pool nearly sent me flying, £12 for the privilege of being tied up with rope like a medieval prisoner, it was like sunbathing in a glorified rope pen and there was a woman coming across to see if you’ve paid to stay within the rope as if it was worthy of being paid, mental. The breakfast buffet. I can’t even explain the quality, imagine being in a prison, but with less variety and more of a smell. Special shout-out to the guy at reception, what a character. His attitude was only outshone by his “Grease: The Musical” hair, slicked back like he’s auditioning for Danny Zuko: The Sequel, he tutted at me and my partner for asking if we could PAY to extend the room instead of being homeless by the pool on our last day. Overall attitude for no reason. Just really rude. I’d never come back here

Firstly the room we had was spacious and clean. It had a large balcony overlooking the pool. Stayed 7 days, housekeeping came on the forth day offering clean towels but not clean sheets. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Entertainment every night. Personally I think it's more of a family orientated hotel. The location of the hotel is at the top of a very steep hill, not ideal, but good for views. Overall despite some shortfalls I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is located in a very peaceful area with plenty of free parking outside. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a bit of a sea view. It was well equipment and had 2 bathrooms. We had a very good time and enjoyed the hotel and swimming pools. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely go back! The location is very nice (close to Los Cristiano's port/beach - which we loved). We rented a car and easily went everywhere from the location. Our accommodation was a huge 2 bed apartment (a bit dated but clean) with a terrace looking to the ocean, beautiful view. The food was good with plenty of choices but often cold. The location has 3 pools which are very nice. There is a shop just in front of the reception open until late so very handy. Service very nice, helpful staff (all speak English) and good entertainment in the evening. Kids enjoyed it very much! Overall very nice place, we ll go back soon! Thank you so much for everything!
