We really enjoyed our stay here! Good value for money for some winter sun. The main pool area was such a great vibe! Popular music, dance routines, competitions, really friendly animation staff. Pool drinks great, pool lunches a little pricey and could be better. The views from our balcony were great and the shower pressure was a dream. Plenty of street parking around the hotel if you rent a car

★★★★★ Excellent family stay
We stayed at Hollywood Mirage from 8–15 December in a duplex apartment (room 6030). The apartment was very nice, clean, quiet, and perfect for sleep. The view was great. We had two terraces: one very private with sunbeds, and another open one, which was ideal.
The hotel is huge, like a small village, with many swimming pools and daily activities, especially for kids. We have two children and they loved it. There are also quieter pools if you want peace and relaxation.
The hotel is on a hill and a bit steep, but it wasn’t a problem. You can rent a double scooter and charge it at the hotel—we charged ours every night. There are stairs nearby that take you down quickly to a shopping centre (about 3 minutes). On the roof there are great restaurants, cocktail bars, fast food, Mexican food, and evening shows with big screens.
The beach is not far. The hotel was very clean, everything well organised. The staff were excellent—reception and pool staff especially friendly and helpful.
Perfect for families. We will definitely come back.

Hollywood Mirage is an amazing place to stay in Tenerife. The apartments are spacious, modern, and very clean, many with large terraces and great views. The resort is peaceful but still well connected thanks to the free shuttle to the beach and town. Pools are fantastic, breakfast is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Perfect for families or anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay. Would definitely come back!

Good value apartment, quiet so suitable for workaround.
Spacious, but avoid rooms near pools as those generate some noise.
Food is not bad, decent choice just not always hot (even if you come as dinner opens).
Bus to beach is handy, without it I wouldn't recommend.

Lovely place - we stayed in one of the corner apartments with a view of the sea. The staff in reception were great, very courteous, as was the receptionist at the gym. Pool was nice but during the day it gets busy with children, couples and families. The animation staff were great to entertain people by the pool with various competitions including bingo. Housekeeping staff came to the apartments every three days. Our apartment was well kitted out with a full sized fridge freezer, cooker and oven. A cupboard just off the kitchen had an ironing board and iron. The coffee maker was easy enough to use. I loved having my cuppa on the balcony. Having two bathrooms (one ensuite) was an unexpected bonus. The area was a bit hilly so the shuttle bus service was very welcome for the return journey in the evening. I would love to come back.
