I booked this hotel for my boyfriend’s birthday and had nothing but a great experience. On arrival our room was upgraded to a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom bungalow with a kitchen and two balcony areas. The staff were always very polite and helpful. With all inclusive you have access to an Italian restaurant and coffee shop for free. The hotel had shops within it which was useful. Bar service was always quick and you could have premium brands with all inclusive. Getting a table for breakfast lunch and dinner was always easy. The staff brought your drinks to you and the food was always varied each day. I’m vegetarian and was still able to have something different everyday which is a really nice change for me. On our first day, staff brought a box of chocolates and bottled water to the room and on my boyfriends birthday the posted a card under the door to wish him a happy birthday! They had entertainment on every night and things on during the day at the pool but unsure what this was like as we went out most nights. Thank you to all the staff and we will definitely be back to this hotel in the future!

We stayed in this hotel for almost 2 weeks , what to say , good quality and very varied food , many sweets and for the children, candy and ice cream every evening.
There are cooking shows who prepare fresh food every day.
The restaurant staff were really friendly it is available for every request,
the only flaw I can mention is the guys who clean the tables, perhaps due to tiredness or hard work, they often don't clean the placemats on the table well, and we've sometimes found dirty cutlery Managers should check, shame about a 4 star hotel .
Regarding the rooms they are a little dated but overall they are fine, ours with a child was very narrow it was difficult to get in and out of the room. Nice viewing with city and mountain.
The cleaning ladies should clean the rooms better and be careful to put unstained sheets, we found black stains on them,
and an extra treat, if you see that the baby shampoo is finished, why don't you put in some new ones? little things that make the difference.
The beach is in front but is for surfers , you have to take a 20 minute beautiful walk to reach Playa de la Vistas .
The hotel's swimming pools are very large, but not too hot. There is one for the little ones which offers tranquility for adults.
Nice entertainment for adults, but for little ones it doesn't offer much, there were no activities, just a little wooden house, where in the heat it's a shame to keep children indoors.
Small flaw, evening entertainment was carried out in an indoor bar, where it was very hot... a real shame in summer people want to stay outside as in most of Tenerife Hotel it takes place outside.
Overall, I would go back because we had a good time....

Great hotel, rooms are spacious, the whole staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Really liked the pool arra and there’s access to the beach. Breakfast had tons of options and they switched them up daily. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again. Only thing missing is a decent gym.

The best stay! Every member of staff was professional, caring and overall lovely! (I didn’t catch the name of the lady who checked us in but she was so great)
I did catch Galindos name, who works at the restaurant, I am ceoliac and he really took care of my needs when it came to the food each day I had my own cakes breads pizzas pastas anything I wanted it was very easy to feel safe with food thanks to him and the restaurant team! If you are also celiac or gluten free I 10000/10 recommend! Muchas gracias Galindo! The food was amazing every night!
The room was lovely great shower great view of the sea! We just had the dreamiest stay!

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at Las Palmeras after we extended our stay in Tenerife and were unable to stay on in our original apartment. The hotel is very conveniently located close to shop, bars and restaurants. We booked a sea view room and it was lovely. The breakfast choice was good although strangely, we couldn’t find any ketchup 🤷♂️. The reception, maid service and restaurant staff are very polite and friendly. The pool area was very clean but quite busy. I’m not a fan of sardine bathing……but if you keep looking, there are a few quiet spots. The pool aerobics seemed to go down well! My only criticism would be that I think the rooms, while very clean and comfortable, could do with a bit of updating. Our room only had two sockets which doesn’t really suffice when all the technology needs recharging. The TV internet didn’t work for 3 days (not that we went on holiday to watch TV) apparently there was a problem across the hotel according to the lady at reception. Also the shower enclosure leaked. To be fair when I mentioned it to reception, they sent someone up straight away……..but the shower continued to leak. The maid however made sure we had enough towels to soak up the water. A small number of first world problems…….but for an extra 5 days in the sun, well worth it.
