Wow, wow, wow! What a fabulous holiday! The hotel was lovely and the rooms were clean and comfortable. As for the entertainment team (especially Klevin Sara and Carlos), they were fabulous. They had unlimited energy and made the experience super enjoyable for all ages. The evening entertainment is also great and we particularly enjoyed the Queen Tribute Act. I was worried that the buffet would get repetitive over the course of a week, but that was not the case at all. It was delicious and varied each day. We also booked into the Italian restaurant a couple of nights, and that was fabulous too. I would highly recommend a stay here and am really grateful to all of the staff there who made our stay so special.

Great hotel, decent quiet location and staff are amazing! The views to the Atlantic Ocean are beautiful, can just catch the sunset across the water if you time it right! Klevin, Sara, Marta and Carlos in the animation team are absolutely brilliant, full energy and fun all day! 💜 Food is of a decent standard but being vegetarian I find the labelling a little frustrating, as you can't just rely on the English labelling, as it doesn't always match the Spanish as per my picture enclosed! Rooms are a little basic and dated, could do with updating and maybe a kettle/tea making would be good. Our bath was leaky, so wet floor daily, but not much the hotel could do with that. However I still recommend this place, as it's super fun and great for families.

Very impressed! Booked via Jet2 and for the price we paid very happy indeed! The staff were extremely helpful and attentive extremely clean hotel set in beautiful grounds. Really good food in all the restaurants and a superb cocktail bar! The pools were a highlight especially with something always going on. The bedrooms were clean but no frills we weren’t too taken on the twin beds pushed together to make a huge double but it was fine. Also it was nice you could use the other sister hostels facilities. Will definitely be back and highly recommended.

This is the second time we have been to this hotel complex. Last time was Jan 2020. It’s really interesting to see how businesses have recovered and this place has excelled. The hotel is beautiful, gardens are stunning and the views are gorgeous. The staff are attentive throughout the hotel and nothing is too much trouble. It was my husband’s birthday when we arrived and they put a sash against the door and put a bottle of bubbly and chocolates in our room with a card. We had a Junior Suite which is probably the largest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The decor is a bit dated but it didn’t bother us. Big bathroom with double sinks, the shower worked fine and there is complimentary shampoo and bath gel. Lots of wardrobe space( bring extra hangers though if you are like me and love to hang everything) and a huge bed which was really comfy. There is no kettle but there is a fridge which they give you a complimentary litre bottle of water everyday, and I requested an iron and board which they brought to the room and we had that all week. House Keeping were in everyday to change towels, make the bed and clean the room. The pools are clean, 2 are a bit chilly but one is heated and I expect the other 2 will reach perfect temp as it gets warmer and warmer. Lots of activities and entertainment around it. BUT still, without fail, you get the idiots that are up at 7am putting their towels out and buggering off! It would be good to see that sorted here (mainly British) The food has been great, good selection for everyone from meat eaters, vegetarians and vegan. The themed restaurants are great, our favourite being the Mexican. The evening entertainment is fun and always something going on. The Spa is lovely and my husband had a neck, shoulder and back massage which he said was really good. There are 3 shops onsite inc a pharmacy so we didn’t really feel that we needed to leave the complex as everything was here but if you wanted to go on trips, there is a place you can go and book. There are also complimentary buses each day out of the complex. Finally, they do offer a late check out if they can and we got our room until 5pm which has meant that we get another whole day by the pool instead of sitting around and waiting. They charge 10 euros per hour but to us, that’s so worth it. Overall, we have had a brilliant holiday at the Bahai and we will be back next year.

The staff at this hotel are amazing, 10/10 everyone I met I was super friendly. The food was very good quality for every meal of every day. Themed food nights added extra to an already very varied menu and the option to eat at 4 on site restaurants i felt were not needed. The kids club that my children attended for a couple of days was being run by a fantastic team that really made the kids feel included, despite the children all speaking different languages. Entertainment team also doing a fantastic job pool side. I enjoyed it so much I looked at rebooking the day I got home.
