Rooms are definetely big (living room + bedroom), however they need to be renovated, especially the bathroom. Food was okay, not the best, but also not the worst, breakfasts were little boring as everyday they were serving same things. Lunch and dinner were more varied, however I think that using more spices in the dishes won’t hurt ;)
As for the pool, it is small and shallow, nevertheless it was sufficient to cool of and if you need more excitement, the beach is near and the waves are enormous :)
Hotel staff is nice and helpful, but at the check-in we didn’t get any information from the receptionist - the hours of meals, check-out, or even where we can find the elevator and on which floor our room is. We have found the information by scanning the QR code in the room. Maybe the receptionist was tired as we checked in in the middle of the night or new, so no worries as it was the only minus regarding hotel staff and not really big deal.
There were animations by the pool and at the piano bar in the evening, it was fun, especially the show of 3 singing ladies and a movies/music quiz lead by the animator from the pool :D

The hotel is lovely, the staff working at this hotel made my and my friends stay lovely, could not ask for better staff. The rooms are very clean and so is the interior of the hotel, only downside would be the outdated bathrooms. Some days the food was amazing whilst other nights it felt basic, which is fine if you're not a picky eater, I do wish however that there were more hot food options in the morning as every morning it was British breakfast style and as nice as it is, I wish there were more options in the morning ! Overall a really pleasant stay !

We’ve just got back from a week’s stay here and we loved it! All the staff were friendly, daily room cleaning was offered, and the food was amazing. The only 2 things I will mention is that the wifi didn’t work in the room only in the dining area, bar area and main reception and also with the all inclusive you only get one choice of cocktail per day (cocktail of the day) and there was one or two days where we didn’t like the cocktail of the day, I thought there might be a bit more choice than one a day. But overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would come back again some time :)

Initially, we were not going to complain about this hotel.
On Saturday, the second day in, my partner found a white maggot in his fruit, luckily he did not get food poisoning as he made himself sick, I complained to the reception, and the response was 'our manager is back Monday.'
However due to the shocking attitude of the reception staff today I think anyone considering to stay here should think again, especially if you want flies around the hot counter area and maggots!
When we waiting for our transfer, the road outside was closed, the receptionist advised us to wait at the top of the road as this is where she said you get picked up if road is closed. Shocker... the transfer waited at the bottom of the road and we ran down, missing it!
When we told the staff.. the abrupt and hostile response was the last thing we wanted, with no apology from the old lady with gray hair, nor the manager.
Drinks are disappointing, and we ate in the buffet once.
Pool does not get sun until 10:30, beds are rock solid.

I stayed at the hotel for two weeks and felt very good during my stay. The hotel is clean, and the cleanliness of the rooms is well maintained. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The food was good — I didn’t get tired of it over the two weeks, as the menu changed slightly every day. A pleasant surprise was the offer of drinks with meals, including beer and wine (I didn’t have an all-inclusive package). The location is excellent — the beach is nearby, as well as shops, and there is parking next to the hotel. If I were to suggest anything, it would definitely be to modernize the hotel and perhaps add more greenery (plants). I definitely recommend this hotel; the price-quality ratio is spot on, and I highly appreciate the hotel staff.
