Room had some small defects however was easy to overlook with the amenities and views that the hotel has to offer.
The buffet was also quite surprising as the food was great every day, and I would only mark it down a little as the food was barely hot.
The staff were amazing, all of them being very friendly and helpful and going out of their way to help, alongside hosting multiple activities so there was always something going on.
Would definately stay here again!

We stayed here for 6 days 5 nights all inclusive. Honest review, the location of the hotel is okay, few shops around and there is a walking distance beach. The room is clean and spacious.
Food variety needs alot of improvement. the food is very repetitive.

I did a review whilst out there as was a little fed up with the food choice plans it being cold despite their efforts of keeping it all warm. But we decided we would go back there we loved the area and the hotel served its purpose the rooms were spacious and clean the staff were friendly and kept the hotel very clean. Found some lovely places to eat out within a very short walking distance. Little things on arrival we weren’t told about like the hire of towels for the pool only found out 2 days before we flew back but all in all a lovely week away in the sun

I have just returned from a trip to this hotel. Before arrival I started a live chat on the bluesea website to inform them of my dietary needs (gluten free diet), I was assured that a pre-arrival dietary request had been submitted on my behalf, I was also assured that the hotel could accommodate my dietary needs at both meal times and snacks.
When we went for lunch on the day of arrival there was nobody around in the restaurant to speak to about gluten free options, so I went to reception who hadn’t been notified of my dietary needs, I was informed that they ‘should have something for me to eat the following day as it was too short notice to sort something that day’. We went into the restaurant the following day and asked for the gluten free option, I was given a warm bread roll and nothing else, I asked what else I could eat and staff just shrugged their shoulders, needless to say we ended up eating out for the remainder of our holiday. I have tried to contact bluesea multiple times to discuss what went wrong over the last 2 weeks via live chat, email and phone. I have been promised multiple phone calls back as well as the promise of a human being connected to the live chat. I feel utterly let down by the complete lack of communication between the company and hotel. It is also out of order how hard it is to speak to someone about a complaint.

Rooms ok, but need updating, bathroom definitely need attention, small work top hardly ever cleaned during our stay. Food was not great, always luke warm or cold, one lady in restaurant was pleasant and always spoke, all other staff in restaurant very unsociable. The hotel smelt of sewage not pleasant. No air conditioning in the restaurant or the entertainment area was not exceptable (apparently broken for a few weeks). The pool are was pleasant, plenty of umbrellas and sun beds but beds packed in to close together. The entertainment person worked hard but not for us very much for the young people and those of forgien origin.
Location was ok, a short walk to the black sandy beach, only went once as sunbeds uncomfortable. Lovely Chinese and Indian near by, used these a few times as we needed decent food.
We have been to a blue sea hotel in Majorca so thought this would be of the same standard but unfortunately not, we definitely have been put of from using in the future , we went with friends and was confident that hotel would be good. We definitely will not return.
