Great 4-star hotel in Tenerife! Rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. No tea/coffee facilities but they are available upon request. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. The hotel facilities (pool, spa and pool bar) were great. It’s a 5-10 minute taxi to the centre of town, costing maximum €10 per trip. Close to Siam Park and Siam Mall, both within walking distance but would recommend a taxi. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Would recommend for young adults as can be quite loud at night but unavoidable.

I stayed here for a week. On the first night, struggled to sleep on a ground floor hotel room due to guests constantly moving around above making loud noises. After asking at reception. Staff were willing to move us to another room. Our new room was perfect, and had no problems at all after moving. The staff on reception are all extremely hospitable and friendly. The area around the hotel is beautiful, surrounded by green gold courses and natural terrain. The only downside being you have to walk around 10-15 minutes along a main road to get to the town centre, or a short taxi ride, around €4-7. This is not a problem if you don’t mind doing so. The room features are basic, but contains the simple amenities such as hair dryer, safe etc. I did notice a few maintenance issues such as wonky balcony railings, handles on the balcony doors were loose and the fire sprinkler was loose also. The hotel grounds however all seemed extremely clean and looked after, which was nice. Maybe they need to pay more attention to the rooms as I have seen other reviews detailing similar issues. As for the food, it was ok, there was plenty of choice and some nights were better than others. Not all the food looked great but there was always something which I didn’t mind eating. I think this is always the case with any all inclusive buffet. All In all I really enjoyed this hotel and the stay and would come back. Better than some other hotels in the area. Just a few small issues but nothing major. Very nice stay and would recommend!

This is a our third time visiting and it seem the service, food and understanding of type of rooms have gone very down hill. Firstly we booked a room with a terrace, thier own website shows a picture of a terrace but we was given a room with a small balcony. There is a stark difference between a terrace and a balcony. If you google it, it tells you exactly what is to be expected. They even have photos to show you what a terrace would look like. Please do not bother booking a terrace room expecting to get a terrace when you will be given a balcony. The office staff just played dumb and even said "this is spain". Expecting me to think oh well that's ok then. Terrible and mis selling rooms by false representation of there room photos. The food has gone down hill, the amount of flies on the food and the general taste and offering was poor. Cheeses and other dishes from the night before being left out for the breakfast meal. It's a shame because it used to be a nice hotel when you booked a room you got what was described and used to have nice food. I've added photos of the balcony and then the last photo of their "terrace" photo. A massive difference as you can see. We won't be returning

Not long back from staying here for 8 nights. When I first went to reception to check in the woman behind the desk told me my room had been cancelled since March ! She couldn't tell me much more just that it had been cancelled and was nothing to do with them. I waited for other guests to leave the desk and went back to speak to her and she ended up giving me the key and denied saying it was cancelled although everyone heard her. Not a nice start to the holiday and very unprofessional of the receptionist . Room was nice and big, and had a big balcony. The food was very disappointing. We where full board, so we got one free drink at lunch and none at dinner, so if you get one you need to pay. I'm not that fussy of an eater but I didn't enjoy the food apart from the omelettes at breakfast . I think the food is more catered for Spanish people. Two nice big swimming pools , cleaners out cleaning to chairs every morning and the spa is nice aswell. Communication from staff apart from maybe one isn't great at all, they don't understand much your saying so it can be difficult at times. We also had issues with cleaners not cleaning the room some days, had to go to reception for towels and on a couple of occasions the lady wouldn't give fresh towels until the cleaner arrived, which was a couple of hours later. Overall I enjoyed the Asian restaraunt the most. I ended up eating here a few of the nights because the buffet wasn't great .

We stayed here for 14 nights. The rooms are huge which is always great but they’re dirty. First week we were staying the room above us was so noisy. Obviously not the staffs fault we complained a couple times as it would go on All night! Eventually they moved us to a different room. This room was awful the shower floor had sticky stuff all over it and the water pressure was so bad just dripping out. They sent maintenance over twice till jt was eventually fixed but the shower floor we put towels all over as it was gross. The sheets have stains and the place just isn’t clean. We tried playing pool table on the outdoor one at the bar. Our money got stuck and when we flagged this to the staff they apologised and said it wasn’t working. The next day we went to use the indoor pool table and same thing happened! You’d think they’d have an out of order sign on them! Obviously they’re money hungry. To add to this our last day yesterday we went to use the self service washing machines. We saw the card machine wasn’t working and went to go take out cash. We put our money in the machine, it took it but nothing happened! Went to reception and the lady there so rude and unhelpful. She sent maintenance and he said they were out of service and to go to reception to get our money back. Once again, no out of service sign anywhere!!!! We went to reception and the same lady refused to give us our money back just extremely rude. I’d say this place is a 2 star hotel at most. A good 20/30 min walk from any shops, bars or restaurant. You’d be better off spending your money someplace else.
