I came here with my friend it was just the two of us and I had looked at some reviews before coming which made me really nervous as it did not sound good at all however when we got here everything was great, our room was a great size and the staff were lovely. We went all inclusive which I would say is worth it, the drinks aren’t anything special but they are enjoyable food is your typical buffet food which I can’t complain about. Staff were lovely and happy to help there’s lots of great places to go everything is pretty close to the hotel which is handy, taxis aren’t expensive and if you go out for food elsewhere there’s some lovely places. Great location and great for a nice chilled/party holiday with friends there were some families here but id say it’s less suitable for small kids as you do get the smell of weed every now and then but it is honestly a great hotel I would recommend and I would be fine staying here again. For a three star hotel I have no complaints!!

Great location, great staff, great service. Can’t fault the cleanliness or quality of food. As a single traveler (all inclusive) celebrating my 40th I can say this stay has exceeded my expectations. I was looked after very well and fully recommend. I would like to point out it wasn’t as loud or lively as I’d expected and I also didn’t encounter any bugs not even a single cockroach. I throughly enjoyed my stay with no complaints at all. Looking forward to returning in the near future. Thank you for your hospitality 😻🫶💋

Rooms basic but clean had everything you need few missing tiles but it's 3 star . The hotel is dated and the bar area dark rely could do with updating .food i wood give 5 star if they had more to choose from but the food is very tasty enjoyed every meal but some people will complain. All staff are friendly and will always help if needed. It is very noisy of a evening so if you a light sleepr bring ear plugs . Always plenty of beds at the pool and life guard is there all times . If the place had a face lift updated it would touch 4 star easy

Stayed in April during Easter holidays, been about 6 times over the years and unless your really stuck up the hotel is fine. Mixture of ages and wasn't woken in the night at all. Or my 3 year old wasn't either. The 2 smaller pools are quieter than the main pool, we went self catering but upgraded to all inclusive ( on last day only) was €33 adult and €16 for 3 year old.

The hotel has a 3.3star rating which i would suggest is about right. Location is excellent. The food is good, but a little bit limited in choice. Staff are excellent with great service. The hotel is clean, but very dated, which is why the rating is lower. All in all very good value for money.

The reception is great they really take care of you here. I would personally recommend getting in touch with Valentino. He really knows what he's doing and helped out so much whilst we were staying there. Good rooms, all very clean and spacious. Pool is perfect and I was happy that it was colder than the air very nice. Breakfast is done as a buffet and is very large and extensive, all food tastes okay there. 24/7 luggage storage and front desk was a big help too, I would stay here again.

So location wise it's great. Looking towards the beach turn right and it's a beautiful walk to the marina, turn left and it's British clubs and scary nightlife. The security/ reception Sunday 18th may 2025 was very rude at my friend not believing her that she was in the hotel. But over all the staff have been very nice and accommodating. The car park should be Free but it cost us 37 euros for Friday until Monday which was WITH a discount. I think that is awful. The entertainment looked good except for BLASTING mini disco music at 4pm siesta time! Don't get a room for five because the sofa bed was broken and uncomfortable and there are NO sun blocking curtains in the living room. The utilities available was very good. The breakfast was AMAZING loads of choice. Very very good. Would come back again but get two rooms instead

We spent 2 weeks at this place and I will never stay there or recommend it to anyone again. Upon arrival we were rushed through booking in and given tired old beach towels for a shocking deposit. We got to our room which was in major need of updating, again towels seen better days and not enough of them for 2 people, cutlery not enough, broken bottle opener, no side plates, no tea towel to dry dishes, microwave on its way out, bird poo all over the balcony railings. Our view for the first 3 days was of the outside seating area of the restaurant, stage and part of the pool. After 3rd day we got woke up at 8am by loud banging which was builders turning the seating area into a building site which was every day from 8am until 5pm. We were not informed of this happening when we checked in so not given the option to change rooms. The builders were cowboys, so much so one of them had a very nasty accident and fell off the unstable scaffolding. Every morning we went down to breakfast and the cooked breakfast was freezing cold so had to be microwaved for at least 5 minutes so it was somewhat warm but then rock hard and inedible, so we just had fruit every day after. The icing on the cake was we never had enough hot water for us both to have a shower, we were informed that when water goes cold we would have to wait for 30 minutes for it to warm up again, even if your hair was full of shampoo. The final straw was we were visited by several cockroaches in our room and even witnessed staff kicking cockroaches into a corner of the restaurant seating area. We were in complete shock and when we went to reception to highlight all the issues they really didn’t seem to care at all and made excuses for everything that was wrong. Sad part is my Nan came here every year for over 20yrs and she never had a bad word to say about this place and now it is a hell hole and I would never come back here, even if you paid me.

I was really disappointed with my stay at Hotel Palm Beach in Tenerife. The room didn’t meet my expectations, especially in terms of cleanliness and service. I asked three times for the bed sheets and towels to be changed, and each time I was told it would be taken care of, but nothing ever happened. On top of that, the window in my room couldn’t be opened, which was really uncomfortable given the warm weather. I reported the issue several times, but it was completely ignored. Overall, the service was very disappointing. The staff were polite, but no one actually did anything to solve the problems. It was not a pleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

All you need, comfortable beds, good shower, toilet and bidet, hairdryer, kitchenette with utensils, pots and pans, cutlery etc. The furniture is very old, rotten really and there is a permanent drain pipe stench; luckily, the bathroom has a highly placed window, so can be kept permanently open. We could see the beach from the bed and most amazing sea sunsets enjoying a drink on the balcony. I'd disregard the inconvenience with the furniture and the sewage smell, half of the night of loud music, and will return for the beachfront position, amazing ocean and La Gomera View, and the lovely holiday one can spend in the area.

Mixed Experience: Spacious Rooms and Great Location, but Several Drawbacks! Pros: Big room & bathroom Big balcony with pool view Big swimming pool with warm water Enough beds around the pool Digital safe box in the room Good location (easy to access the city center by walk or by taxi) Close to Siam Park Easy to get to the TFS airport (15-minute ride) Cons: The rooms were not soundproof, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. The furniture in the room was old and outdated. The bed and pillows were basic and not so comfortable. There was no iron or electric kettle in the room. Some of the food and fruits at the breakfast and dinner buffet were not freshly made, and the coffee quality was very poor. The hygiene measures at the restaurant were lacking; I found a fly on the meat (where they were serving a warm dish) and a live worm in the salad! The entertainment during the day and night shows was minimal and did not attract many guests. There was no free tap water at the restaurant; you had to pay for a glass of water. The gym equipment was minimal and most of it was not functioning properly. The staff, in general, were not friendly (except for the animation guy), so you did not feel welcome at this hotel. You had to pay a deposit of 20 Euros to borrow a pool towel, and you could only renew it between 10:30–11:30 at the spa. Parking was paid at 10€/night. Poor WiFi in the room.

The room was super clean, I'd read many reviews and was concerned but we were really happy with our stay. Beds comfy, loads of room!! Balcony got loads of sun and the hotel pool was beautiful. The staff were all just so kind and friendly, so I've no idea where rude came from in other reviews I've seen! They all greeted us with a smile. The major downside would maybe be no possible walk to anywhere, you have to get a taxi but for just 5-6 euros to the centre of playas de las americas, we weren't mad at it as the hotel price itself was cheap. Overall, I'd stay again and recommend it! Thanks so much again for our stay :-)

The airline changed our flights so we needed one night somewhere else in Tenerife. We chose this hotel as it was a bit out of town, as didn’t want somewhere noisy. We were a bit apprehensive, but we were very nicely surprised by this hotel. We received a friendly and helpful service on check in - always a good start. Although the room was a bit dated, it was HUGE and clean with lots of toiletries for our stay. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel was nice and we had a few miles’ walk into the town that night for food. There was music on until 10:00ish which was loud but I was so tired I went to sleep anyway. The gym had enough dumbbells and space to have a bit of workout. The breakfast room was nice and there were so many healthy (and vegan) options for breakfast. Definitely wasn’t expecting as much as there was! Our check out was as pleasant as our check in. We both commented on how polite the man was. Although the pool scene probably wasn’t for us for a longer holiday, this hotel gave us everything and more for what we needed for one night. And for the price… my 5 stars are based on this.

Large bedroom, huge bathroom and really big living room! The balcony in my suite was wrap-around and had really pleasant views across the golf course. I enjoyed a lovely full body massage in the spa and then sat in the whirlpool and sauna afterwards. The spa experience was, on balance, very pleasant but I think someone forgot to turn the steam room on that day as it was cold. Slightly less positive would be my breakfast buffet experiences.. the hot food is not always super nicely-cooked and it was often cold when I got to it (and I had various breakfast times). If you're very careful with what you choose, however, you can really fill yourself with things you'll enjoy (if you're a versatile eater). The staff were generally quite professional and friendly but, common to Tenerife, there seemed to be an underlying resentment simmering below the surface in around half of the people I interacted with. It's hard to complain about that when the very problem is the people they are serving... us tourists that don't often speak Spanish! Lastly, the pools are lovely and warm - actually heated, not just for show! I enjoyed my stay at Gara Suites and would stay again. Just don't expect much at the buffet and wear something on your feet as the floors aren't especially clean...: manage your expectations of what is a relatively cheap hotel and you'll be happy.

We visit the Gara Suites at least once a year. Accommodation is fantastic. We like to be further out from the pubs and clubs and noise so this location, right in the middle of a golf course, is perfect for us. Town centre is easily walkable in 15/20 mins depending on direction (downhill mostly going in so therefore mostly uphill going back!) We always get a golf-view duplex apartment which has an upstairs with shower room and private balcony including very comfy loungers. The staff have always been lovely - many of them have been there since we started visiting 5 years ago, which isn’t something we often see when returning to previous locations. We usually go half board as we don’t need lunch but we went with our daughter, her husband and our granddaughter last year and for ease, took the full board plus option which was a huge money saver for those who like a drink with dinner but don’t want to go on a bender! Buffet breakfast is very good, we often have the fresh omelettes which are made to order and there’s a huge selection of hot and continental-style meats, cheeses and pastries too. Only complaint would be that the hot options at night are sometimes not very hot. They’re kept under heat lamps which don’t offer much heat! We’ll continue to go back as long as standards are this high.

Second time here all inclusive. And can’t fault a thing. Other than the showers not working on the roof terrace. Food is good. Location is good. We got clean towels and room cleaned everyday. Beds are good. Bar staff were lovely especially an English lady. Restaurant staff lovely too. Reception staff ok some better than others. Pool is cold yes but when you’re burning it’s bloody lovely! Modern smart tv this second time too. Honestly love this place. And would come again no problem. I’ve stayed in 5* and this is basic but very comfortable.

My daughter's very first holiday abroad and my first holiday in years, we came with my parents and we have similar updated room/apartment. I stayed in room 211 there was a few issues in mine but it didn't spoil our holiday. The net on the windows noticed there was a tear in it and dirty think it's make up on it and also think it's paint on top of it too. The flooring in the bathroom is not finished around the door frame. The shower floor the water leaks out of the seal to under the sink when showering, also when you shower the grid is at the opposite end instead of being under the direction of the water from the shower so because of that it runs off on to the floor. There is no shelving in there so I couldn't put my wash bag in there so I had to find a way of having the items I need in there with me. Kitchen area wobbly fridge but also not much area for you to prep food if using a hob stove also not much storage space for shopping. The balcony table is grimey I tried to clean it but nothing would come off. All in all it's a lovely hotel the cleaning staff are lovely and the reception staff are too. When you walk in the entrance you can smell the freshness and see how clean it is. There are plenty of shops around to do your necessity shopping if you have not opted for inclusive I would say my opinion one of the decent restaurant/pub around the hotel is The Chiefton and onsite is The Corner. If needing a taxi there is rank if you leave at the main entrance walk down the slope towards the main road by the corner shop you will notice they sit there they all start at €3.85, If you take a taxi to go to Vista Sur it will remain the same price.

Very clean hotel they employ an army of cleaners and see everyday a full clean down of the pool, restaurants and toilets. The food is fresh and has a nice variety of meats, fish dishes every day. Trying to take a beer to the room i a bit of effort. They charge for cups which are refundable. However I'm not going to return it in the morning given the bar is shut, the cleaners will collect when I depart. The location is central, close to beaches, bars and restaurants.

It was a very nice vacations at this Hotel. The animation Team was wonderful, specially the girl Penelope she was so concern about the way we feel all the time. Cannot say the same about the boy, he look more like a client like us, lol. Will came again.

Not quite sure how to rate the hotel as it has really good points and really bad points. On arrival it’s well presented and smells lovely and clean. Receptionist was nice and polite , we had to wait 2.30 hours for our room but we were given our wrist bands so we could use the facilities straight away. The food and the staff in the restaurant and bars are excellent. It’s very central to the town and close to the beach and shops. Once we got the key to our room we were on the top floor end room which again seemed nice and clean, however, bizarrely, the bedroom is on the corridor with windows and no blinds, yes there are shutters on the outside that are fixed half open, therefore the light from the corridor keeps the bedroom bright. Now if you’re like me and can’t sleep in a well lit bedroom, ask for one in the middle of the corridor. We slept on the sofa bed as it was darker in the main room. Next day after arriving no cleaning done. Second day after asking, clean towels left. Third day, clean towels left, Fourth day full clean. We were only there 5 days. On the second day, the shower dispenser fell off the wall, we reported it, next day a slip was put under the door to ask if we were happy with the work done, nobody had been to fix it, was still on the floor when we checked out. The older male receptionist is very rude and dismissive. Not approachable and would avoided eye contact as long as he could and was abrupt and unfriendly. And to top the is it is it not we had cockroaches in the bathroom so would definitely not return or recommend it to anyone.

Had a good stay here! Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were standard, we booked a double bed but had two singles pushed together. Was very noisy at night until around 5am, however we took earplugs and slept fine with these in. Overall cleanliness was fine! Breakfast was good, large selection and tasted fresh. Dinner wasn’t great- mostly fish options. Even the pizza had fish on. Could do with more variety and didn’t taste as fresh. Pools were good- not too cold and managed to get sun loungers easily. Good location especially if you’re looking to party however probably not great for families due to the noise. I felt safe during my stay- however i did see police escorting people out multiple times. I asked reception for a clean towel and they told me there would be an additional charge, also an additional charge to use the safes in the room. Overall good- but wouldn’t stay here again.

Me and my partner recently stayed here. Were a young couple and really enjoyed it. Yes the hotel is close to the strip but for us, the noise wasn’t much issue. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony in the evening and watching the nightlife. Yes the music goes on until early hours of the morning but never stopped us from falling asleep. Noise subsided when we closed the balcony door. Great location for us, beach walk either way out of the hotel, shop at bottom of hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly, we done aqua aerobics one day and the guy who done the class was amazing!! Full of energy and kept everyone entertained. Would definitely come again to Sol Tenerife⭐️

Overall the hotel is perfect for a friend's company and couples but for children is not the best option because it's loud during the night and it's mostly young people who are there to have fun. The location is really good, the beach is in front of the hotel and there's a lot of clubs nearby, you don't need transport for that. The pools are great, but if there's a lot of guests, it's a little bit difficult to find a space near the pools. The rooms are clean but need renovation. There's a lot of shops around the area and you can take a walk, do so much stuff around the hotel area. There are options for additional excursions that you can book near the main entrance of the hotel, which was great and the girls there are really happy to help you and recommend the best thing for you. We were really happy with the entertainment team, there were a lot of activities during the day and in the evening as well and they were different every time. Definitely recommend if you want to have a decent experience in Tenerife for this price. I think the best option is to stay at least 7 nights so you can experience most of this beautiful island.

Stayed as a family of three for 7 nights. Hotel advertises they are family friendly and have kids activities and a kids club, but nothing was ever offered to us. Rooms are very dated and the air conditioning doesn’t work, also they are very small for larger families. Although housekeeping are fantastic and clean the rooms well everyday. Walls between rooms are very thin, our 6th night the couple next door had a very loud fight at 4am, we had to call reception twice for something to be done! Lady that checked us in was very helpful and kind, all other staff at reception have been miserable. Overall not a great stay, would not stay here again, there are a lot of nicer hotels in area. Very close to strip which can be loud, wasn’t too bad as we have sea facing room. Also where hotel is located isn’t great for kids and lots of drugs being offered at night. One advantage is that it’s very close to the nice beach.

Lovely clean hotel with very friendly staff we were in the B building on the 7th floor and my only issue was that the plumbing in the toilet wasn't great otherwise it was perfect......if you're looking for a hotel that central to absolutely everything sol tenerife is it.........but expect music at night because it is central to all of the bars and the strip. The beach promenade at the back gate of the hotel is fabulous for watching the sunset, going for a walk or eating out. Would definitely stay there again. Staff were very helpful with everything and room was cleaned every day and had clean towels every day. The buffet breakfast catered for everyone from cereals to fruit to pastries and fried breakfast and you could eat as much as you wanted. Would definitely recommend the hotel especially for adults due to late music as it may keep kids awake.

Just had our first 2 week holiday in 8 Years and this hotel did not disappoint. The room was very spacious and clean and we also had a great see view. Being all inclusive we did not find a day when food choices were an issue (and I'm a fussy eater). All the staff from the cleaners to management were very friendly and engaging. Also the animation team (all four of them) were very good at creating a great atmosphere throughout the whole day with their activities around the pool. Finally a big thank you to Carlos the duty manager for his free fun lessons in learning Spanish phrases to enter the restaurant every day (no you don't have to speak Spanish to enter the restaurant) and making sure our stay was memorable. We will definitely be going back in the future.

Brilliant 4 night's stay. The food was lovely and varied everyday. The drinks selection was as you would expect and the measures were huge. The room was a little dated but everything was spotless. The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived until we left they couldn't do enough for us. Tamaz, Manuel and Diego on the entertainment team were worth the money alone. So much energy and enthusiasm went into everything they did and they didn't stop and got everyone involved. Only downside is the location as it can be a bit noisy in the early hours so take earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Super hot weather and lots to do near by! 5 minute walk from Siam park! (Beds are slightly too firm, hotel have agreed to look into this) Would recommend and return

We spent a week at this hotel in March & found everything very good. The Reception Staff were brilliant on arrival & all the staff were very good & helpful. The food was exceptional with plenty of choice & the hot food was actually hot. There was fish & meat cooked fresh for you in the centre of the dining room on a large griddle. You chose what you’d like from a refrigerated display & the Chef cooked it for you. Minimum delay & cooked just how you liked it. Clean rooms, excellent entertainment & no problems with sun beds. Management should be very proud of the service the & their staff are providing. Will definitely be returning. Best hotel we’ve stayed in in Tenerife.

Been to this hotel many times can't say enough how amazing it is. Spoilt a little by the stags they seem to leave there manners at home. But still wouldn't go anywhere else. Management to ground staff amazing very approachable nothing to much trouble. We spent a week here and i must say was very surprised with the hotel. Staff were extremely good... Food was always delicious huge range every night (we came half board breakfast and evening meal... but can change to dinner if you wanted any day) Rooms were good.... very clean hotel pools and bathing areas was the same. Location wasn't everyone's cup of tea... was close to 'The Strip' which will be great for the younger people out there who wants the club vibes on a night but far enough away not to even bother us. Plenty of local restaurants, mini supermarkets and gift shops. For the price definitely stay here again!!🌞🌞👌

Very family friendly hotel. I would recommend and stay again. Entertainment for the family and kids was top notch everyday and evening and the entertainment staff were very friendly and engaging. Food was very good, it's worth noting full board is not the same as all inclusive, as we were expecting drinks from the bar included, but this was an extra. There was a festival 2 of the nights and it was very loud in our room until 5am, we complained to reception and they helped move us to a quieter room. Other than that issue, very satisfied.

The staff was very friendly. There was a game room for small kids and for slitly bigger kids. Pool tables inside and outside. Swimming pools inside and outside and lots of sun beds with umbrellas perfect for a tan. My little brother (who isn't a huge fan of the water) loved being in the swimming pools. Everything was very clean. Lots of different shops close to the hotel including the beach. The food was amazing, with many different options with lovely desserts like ice cream, cakes and many more. We stayed here for a week but wished we'd stayed longer, definitely recommend for families with small and big kids.

We’ve booked a weeks stay at Hotel Gala and so far everything has been great. The hotel is lovely, and clean. The food has been nice so far, better than the normal all inclusive foods I’ve had before. The staff are amazing with children, my little boy is a big fan of the kids club. Hotel is also super close to everything. Would definitely recommend and would come back ahain

The Entertainment people, for adults and kids included, were amazing ! Kids can stay with them for half a day easily ! The rooms are spacious and overall nice but can be a little dusty. The food is great but the plates and cutlery were not clean, many seemed like we're not even washed properly... Besides this the location is great and the food is good if you can not take into account the overall cleanliness which is lacking :) The night shows at 21:30 are also very good!

Myself my husband and son stayed here for 14 nights over Easter. Wanted to start off with the location. It is out of the way and requires a walk down a steep hill to get to the beach. We love a walk so this is perfect for us but for those with mobility issues it might be a struggle. However I did notice there’s a daily bus that takes you there each day. Also a taxi was roughly €8. Other than it being a distance away from places it’s a lovely quiet area. Never hear sounds of traffic and things. The rooms are amazing. They are split over two levels. My son had a pull out bed upstairs and there’s a kitchen with a balcony (this can be locked at the top for smaller children) and the downstairs has a large room and a clean and modern bathroom with a second balcony. The rooms were cleaned daily unless we left the sign up to say DND. We have stayed here twice and always love the rooms. Just a tip we have never needed a baby gate with our son being 10 but the stairs are steep so I would absolutely enquire if they have baby gates for safety purposes. The staff are so lovely and friendly. The entire place is spotless and the staff always seem to have a smile on their face. The food is good. We always found something to eat and breakfast was our favourite. We did get a little bored but it wasn’t the food it was just we wanted something different to buffet food so we went out to eat a few times. The theme in the evening changed everyday. There’s a pretty decent range of foods tbh. Lots of meat. My son loved the steaks. The pools are amazing. There’s a baby pool and a pool for small children that often hosts games like water polo. Then there’s a large pool which allows inflatables in. It’s very deep and there’s a lifeguard on duty but my son had the best time in there. We went in April and I’ve been in much colder pools. You can tell they are heated. Although last April they didn’t feel heated so I don’t know if this is new or not. We didn’t use any of the entertainment as my son was too tired from swimming and exploring Tenerife by the time it got to the evening but it looked like people were enjoying themselves whenever we walked past. We love this hotel so much we have booked for a third time for next Easter. Overall it’s a very relaxing and beautiful hotel and highly recommend it but just be aware that it is hilly and this may be an issue for those with mobility issues. Thank you for a lovely stay again!

Excellent resort for children, spotlessly clean throughout. Food is superb... Should be 5 star. Only issue I had personally but just to make you aware is that the stairs going downstairs can be slippy especially if wet. I fell down them during the night going to the bathroom.

We have just got back from our stay at Gran Oasis for 5 nights all inclusive, and it was incredible from start to finish! The staff were all so lovely and friendly, but there were two staff members who really stood out for us, the lady who takes your table number at dinner (didn't catch her name) and Miguel, the bartender. They are a major credit to the team! The rooms are beautiful, very clean and plenty of space. The pools and outside areas were great, lovely scenery, plenty of sun beds, and very tidy. The food and drink were always delicious with plenty of choice! It is a little out of the way to the beach and located up a hill, we walked the first day and this was fine for us but older people or people with mobility issues may find it a bit difficult. Taxis are available from reception, which cost us about 8 euros to the beach. There are a lot of steps in the resort, and our room was quite high up. Again, this was fine for us, but it may impact others. It was my husbands birthday while we were there and he received a gift and they sang happy birthday and brought a cake for him without us even mentioning about his birthday. It was so lovely, and everyone really went above and beyond! Overall, it was an absolutely incredible experience and I will recommend to family and friends! We will definitely be back as we were so gutted to leave! Thank you everyone for making this a holiday we will never forget 🥰

Every visit to this fantastic resort over the past decade reiterates why it feels like my permanent getaway. The vibrant energy provided by the entertainment team —Rentia (I know the spelling is incorrect!) Shelby, Carlos, and Franco — keeps every day action packed, and the night exciting, while the attentive service of Silvio, Miguel, and Luis at the bar and restaurant ensures that every meal is a highlight. Being brutally honest, on this one visit a group of British guests had a brief, humorous spat with the cleaners over sun-bed placements - they hadn’t cleaned and wanted to ensure the area was clean before they placed the sun beds down; but even that adds a unique local flavour to the experience. There was some building work, carried out while we visited, but the DJ blasted his tunes out and made the place even more buzzing. If you want FUN, ENTERTAINMENT, ENJOYMENT & FAMILY RELAXATION, then This place is a Home from home indeed.

Good quality 4 star hotel. Very family friendly. Staff very attentive and friendly. Not too busy early May. Pools, splash park, playground, shop, games room, entertainment for kids too. Everything you need. Slightly out the way of the main area which is great if you don’t want hustle and bustle but only 20/30 mins walk and 5euro taxi back for the beaches. Rooms are very spacious and everything everywhere is really clean.

I’ll start by saying the hotel is gorgeous—very spacious, and everything looks luxurious and brand new. The service was very good, although the receptionist was a bit rude when we arrived. Our room wasn’t ready at 3 p.m., and we had to push a little to get a different one. They really shouldn’t promise a room will be ready at a certain time if it won’t be. The pool is huge and very beautiful. The rooms are super comfortable, and the bed was spacious. We paid for breakfast, and it was a 10 out of 10. And it’s beachfront. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!

Amazing hotel, but at what cost.. Generally the hotel appeared to me very well. Vast pool, bar, gym, other incredible amenities. I thought it was all great. Until I found out there's an extra charge for pretty much anything. To use the gym there's a 6 euro fee every time or a 20 euro weekly one. A week at this hotel costs 2000 euros, why am I paying even more Not to mention we were put in a room with people smoking on the balconies, despite us clearly stating in the booking for a non-smoking room. somehow that was also the only part of the hotel where people were allowed to smoke. Generally service was quite unresponsive and didn't help much, reception can't help with basic stuff and info desk closes early. Other than that location was very nice and the beach was amazing.

Just home from 11 days at the Mediterranean Palace & it was fabulous, having watched the refurbishment over the past few years we decided to give it a go. Very impressed with the new design, rooms are immaculate & very well furnished, the pool are is fabulous with plenty of sunbeds/parasols no need to get up at 6am! We loved the Terrace bar in the evenings with live music/dancing & a great bar, suitable for all ages & much nicer than cramming into the bars over the road. The staff were so friendly nothing was too much trouble very professional & a credit to the Hotel. I do agree with a few reviews that breakfast can be a confusing in the layout but the options &quality is very good. Enjoyed it so much we booked for next year before we left! Can I also recommend a night at Scandals in Fanabe, a night of Burlesque & dinner that was the best show we have seen in Tenerife.

Gorgeous hotel after the refurbishment. We stayed for 5 nights in the suite as we needed the extra space for our young baby. When we arrived after a long day of travel, the room was already set up with the cot and extra little things like a teddy for our baby. They also have a fantastic splash pool for the young kids and babies. Drinks at the bar are very reasonably priced and the food was nice too. The location will not be beaten. We changed our flights to stay an extra day but we had to move rooms as they were booked out of suites. The double room was also really nice but we were a little short for space but only because we had a child. If we travelled as a couple, the size was good. We will be back

We spent a few days at this hotel with our 7-month-old baby and had an amazing time! The rooms are clean, the beds are super comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. Breakfast is excellent, with plenty of options and freshly prepared dishes, and dinner is just as good—everything was delicious! The direct access to the beach is incredibly convenient, a real plus. If we had to point out a small detail, we would have preferred the pool water to be a bit warmer, but that’s just a personal preference. If we come back to this area, this will definitely be our go-to place!

Our stay was mixed. The hotel itself was fine, but a bit dated. We had to move rooms due to brown water coming out of the bath taps, something that was rectified pretty quickly and didn't really impact on the holiday. Beds were comfy which is definitely not always the case The food and drink was good but not particularly exceptional. The staff struggled to keep up with demand, with popular dishes not being replenished during dinner and plates running low. The staff were a real mixed bag. The reception staff with a few exceptions were rude, hostile and in some cases actively unhelpful (seriously trying to book the Italian restaurant shouldn't be that painful an experience and require that many dramatic sighs). On the flip side, Erika and the Kids Club team did an absolutely incredible job entertaining children during the day and doing a brilliant mini disco every night. As well as doing the grown up entertainment, they were total pros and made our daughter's holiday. One last comment, why is the coffee shop only open between 1430-2130? That might be the most baffling thing I've seen at a hotel in my life....

I stayed here with a large group of 40. Took a while to get everyone checked in.. obviously. We had plenty of areas to relax whilst we were waiting We stayed all inclusive, food was there for every possible taste and each day we were treated to something different. We had to pay for our own drinks, if I was in a smaller group I would opt for all inclusive. Fun games every day at the pool, archery, tennis et al At night, we had live music and DJ's. Staff are friendly, approachable and resolved any issues promptly.

We stayed for 7 nights. The check in was fast and informative. Rooms are clean and cozy, bars dealt pretty well with the guests demands. Food at the restaurant is great but not special if you want spanish local cousine, regardless I think everyone can find what they are looking for. The pools are amazing, but the sunbeds must be occupied early, because a lot of tourist doesn't respect the hotel's policy regarding the restriction of reserving the beds with towels. The staff is flexible and kind but not talkative which is understandable due to the number of guests. The ocean view is fantastic, and there are a lot of excursions around the place. We had interesting programs in the evenings. Absulutely recommended!

Very good hotel with very good quality all-inclusive food. Coffee shop for afternoon tea and cake is excellent. The pool snack bar also has a decent food offering or the main restaurant. The desert options are also good, including chocolate fountain. All the staff are polite, friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel. Animation team has plenty of events on and do a great job. They have a dartboard up and four person fuzzball always available. Just take your own darts and app for scoring. The branded drinks was a very nice surprise on tge All inclusive and we didn't have any problems getting sun loungers and there are plenty of different areas outside to enjoy your break. Probably not the cheapest hotel in the area but great location including direct access to a large sandy beach so nothing not to like. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel rooms are small. The cleaning is all right. Bathrooms are really good, however the hair dryer in our room was out of order. The rooms have no kitchenettes or anything like that. The hotel is located in a party district, so it's quite noisy by night. But that's of course not the hotel's fault. One major problem is that some of the people in the hotel's reception just aren't service minded. The staff of the reception could easily have helped us with an issue concerning the number of beds in our two rooms. But they simply didn't bother. There are hundreds of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. Therefore the hotel's half board (as well as all inclusive) is waste of money.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we got upgraded on arrival to a one bedroom apartment which was spotless and spacious with a lovely view of the pool. Cleaners came in most days and left the apartment spotless with fresh towels every day. Really good location everything within walking distance and really close to the beach. Great experience at this hotel. The rooms were very nice. The receptionist Ivan was a saint. He went above and beyond with our queries and help. The pool was very nice with a shallow kiddie pool in the corner. It was cute that we would come back to our rooms cleaned with different animal shapes made with the towels. The only issue we had with the room was with the beds, the were on wheels so kept moving around when we turned over in our sleep and was just very annoying as it kept hitting off the headboard when sitting or asleep on the bed. The location is a bit far from the main strip if you have young kids or are a young couple so I would take that into consideration

We couldn't be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority. Our apartment was basic, but it was spotless and offered plenty of space to relax and unwind, making it the perfect home away from home. There is a separate bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a nice shower, kitchenette and lounge, and a wee balcony looking over the pool. AC: There is no air-conditioning, only a fan option, which you need to request a remote for from reception which requires a 50 euro refundable deposit. Bed: The beds are quite firm but we’re a bit heavier then we should be, so like a firm mattress. Safe: There is a safe which you need to purchase a card for, it was cheap, like 2 euros a day. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their tips and recommendations enhanced our visit, making us feel truly welcomed. A good feature of Apartamentos Marola Park is its prime location. Just 300 meters from the beach, we could easily enjoy the sun and sea whenever we wished. Additionally, it’s within walking distance of virtually everything in Los Cristianos and Los Americas, making it super convenient for exploring the area’s shops, restaurants, and attractions. Note: There are steep hills and plenty of steps. However, there are also plenty of Motability options, electric scooters (which are great fun), Motability carts for rent and assisted bicycles. There’s also an amazing little shop next door! The charming lady who runs it has lived in the area for many years, and she shared wonderful local insights and stories. Personally I would not stay here again, firstly when we arrived the staff were extremely blunt and told us that we had to wait for our room even though check in was 2pm. We were told that they were unsure on the time the room would be ready and we had to wait until 4pm with no shower and had to change in the luggage cupboard. Most importantly, the staff would knock on our doors every morning and let themselves in to our room to wake us up. I had signed a piece of paper to say we didn’t want the room cleaned as my friend was suffering bad hip pain and didn’t want to be disturbed. 3 members of staff let themselves into our room two days in a row whilst we were asleep in bed! barely any clothes!! And stood there until we woke up to demand to clean the room. I was shocked and very scared. I asked them to leave as I had no clothes on and they brought a translator into the room to tell us we had 15 mins to get dressed before they came into clean. I honestly do not think the staff had any respect for us whatsoever and recommended that if you are young girls do not stay here !!

We had a 10 day stay here from the 15th of October to the 25th and we had a lovely time. I was with my daughter (4 months and partner) All staff are extremely lovely and polite - reception staff, maids, and all lifeguards. The lifeguards are very vigilant and extremely helpful. They do ensure no-one is disturbing others by splashing / being nosey in the pool but they do use discretion! For example if people are being loud and having fun they let them carry on but if people are being a nuisance etc they will ask them to tone it down. Rooms were basic but very clean. WiFi was excellent for me at all times. They even provided us with a travel cot (I emailed in advance to confirm) Ten minute walk max to the beach. 24 hr shop next door. Would definitely visit again. Areas for improvement: bathrooms could do with a refresh of grout etc but very clean. Air con would be nice but we made do with the fan. There is a sun terrace on the top of the hotel (7th floor) with lovely views

The WiFi is for free but has a poor and slow connection. Whit a few solar panels can be worm up the water in the pool. The pool showers not working. The lights in the apartment is poor. Across the wall you can hear your neighbours especially in the night.

Had a great time here. Excellent value with a package for two at £600 including flights with Jet2. Possibly this cheap because of covid. Just a few mins walk to the beach. The building was quite old but our room had new sink, loo, and kitchen stuff. Cleaning was excellent. Pool was nice. In summary, recommended but don't expect a wow factor.

Location is good for tourism, but located right next to local bars and tourists screaming on all night are bound to keep you awake, I am writing this review at 1am as I am sat on the balcony listening to a group of tourists practically shouting at eachother. Photos are far from actual rooms and not as advertised. Seemingly no food available from hotel, bear minimum provided in rooms with no air conditioning. Pool and drinks are unavailable after 7pm and no floaters or balls allowed in the pool. Just to top it off, the beds and couches are riddled with bed bugs, had woken up with a rash and bites every night I spent here. It’s a shame as it’s the only downside to an otherwise lovely holiday. would highly recommend paying slightly more for a nicer hotel in the area, even if this means a shorter stay.

I stayed at this hotel with high expectations given its supposed 4-star rating, but the experience was poor from start to finish. The facilities are completely run-down and feel like they haven’t been renovated in decades. Rather than cozy, the room felt like a cell: no natural ventilation, and the shutter closed so tightly it felt like being sealed in a bunker — no fresh air or daylight whatsoever. The room had a musty, unpleasant smell. Even the towels smelled odd and not at all fresh, which raised hygiene concerns. Overall, the atmosphere was deeply uncomfortable. Breakfast was yet another disappointment: extremely low quality, poorly presented, and lacking variety. For the price paid, this should not be something guests have to tolerate. This hotel clearly lost its 4-star status long ago. It’s not just a matter of aesthetics — the lack of proper maintenance is evident across the entire property. A complete renovation is urgently needed. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstance.

Stayed for long weekend during the quieter period. Hotel was clean and room was larger than expected. The window shutter was really loud and closed automatically everytime I left the room. Bathroom was big but shower door was off its rail. Breakfast was varied. Rooms seemed to be well soundproofed as I didn't hear anyone else there! Best thing about this hotel was the location, 10 minutes from Los Christianos and 10 minutes from Playa.

Our blinds didn’t work, our tv didn’t work, our aircon didn’t work and neither did our fridge. No balcony whatever, the pool was absolutely tiny. I recently stayed at Hotel Zentral Center, and unfortunately, it did not live up to its 4-star rating. The only real advantage of this hotel is its good location, which is convenient for exploring the area. However, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The furniture is very old, making the rooms feel outdated. The breakfast was poor, lacking variety and quality. The Wi-Fi was terrible, barely functional throughout my stay. Additionally, the parking under the hotel is not free, which was not clearly mentioned beforehand. Another frustrating aspect was the constant deposit requests—even for an iron that seemed to be from the 19th century, they asked for a €20 deposit. This felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. Overall, this hotel is far from what you would expect from a 4-star establishment. With some serious renovations and better service, it could improve, but in its current state, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Hotel is ok. Good location, reasonably clean, but definitely not 4 star. It's probably a 2, 3 at best. Check in and out was ok, no drama. There is no bar! Well they have a coffee machine and sell cans of beer at reception so they called that a bar. Rooftop pool is ok, hotel was quiet so available sun beds but it's not massive! There is a drinks machine and toilet (not clean, no loo roll) but again NO bar.

Swallow end for little kids to play. Only downside the rooms don't have Aircon. They have celine fan, April it's ok, after that I do t know. Highly recommend, great hotel.

Whala!tenerife isn’t great for families. No inflatables are allowed in the pool. One of the pools is heated which was great. Lifeguard on duty all day which was great. Pool open 10am to 6pm. The staff at the pool bar were brilliant and the food is great. The down side was after 6pm you cannot use the pool tables and the whole entertainment area is closed off. The room was dated but clean. The top floor balconies are not secure or private as the neighbouring room can get in easily. Safe in the room is not free. The wifi is not free. The bedding was not changed all week and not enough towels were left in the room for 2 adults and 3 children. Two separate rooms with twin beds which were comfy but the sofa bed in the living room was just a thin piece of foam. The gentlemen who checked us in was rude when we questioned why we had to fill out forms with everyone in the parties personal mobile and email addresses. Apparently it is a new Spanish law but he was rude when we declined. Quiet location apart from the many hen dos and stag dos staying while we were there. It is a bit of a trek to get to the beach and doesn’t feel safe late at night.

We booked for 4 nights with Easyjet Holidays, and had a smooth experience until arriving at Whala. We were met by quite a rude receptionist who demanded We gave him 30€ each in cash as a deposit and gave us little indication as to why. We have never stayed in a hotel booked through a package holiday that requires a deposit, and we were not informed about this before booking or before arrival, otherwise WE WOULDNT HAVE BOOKED THIS HOTEL. We were then given a draconian list of fines we would receive, itemised by things in the room, and threatened that if we broke any rules even accidentally we would lose our deposit. The room was dated and there was lots of noise from surrounding rooms and areas. One of the pools was heated which was nice, and the bartender was very friendly, however the price seemed expensive for the state of the hotel. 5.50€ for a cider? The beds were very uncomfortable in our room, and one of the lights didn't work (we worried we might be fined for this!) In the end we decided to stay at another hotel for two nights because of the truly awful service. We then returned for our last night, hoping for a reprieve but check out was just as an arduous experience, with the man at reception refusing to return our deposit until the room had been checked. The maid then radioed back that it was fine and he then proceeded to answer his personal phone and have a chat, making us wait longer. DO NOT STORE YOUR LUGGAGE HERE, when we left our luggage for the day until our flight the room was left unlocked, and they let anyone wander in and out of the room without checking who they were. Our bags were moved and we had to check nothing had been stolen! Overall do not trust what is described online for this hotel, and expect poor service.

And bugs!🤷‍♀️ A mixture of age groups! No bugs!! Lovely clean apartments! Towels got change almost every day and our sheets were changed We were on the 4th floor didn’t need the fan as there was a lovely breeze! No screaming children what more do you want! Will definitely be going back!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds were very comfy, room was spacious and clean. Lovely outdoor swimming pool with lots of sun loungers and a roof top terrace to sun bath too! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Lovely apartments between Costa Adeje and Playa de las Americas. Apartments: The apartments themselves are clean, spacious and well equipped. No air con, but there are ceiling fans. We stayed in April and managed without hiring air con but if you went at the height of summer you’d need it. In the kitchen is a full size fridge/freezer, two hobs, a microwave and toaster. They leave some washing up liquid for you too! The sofa bed in the front room isn’t comfy as a bed. It is a comfy sofa though. Tele with analogue channels is available, plus a little table and chairs. We then had a balcony which overlooked a walkway/garden and a pull-out clothes airer. In the bathroom, there is a really decent shower, good size mirror and a hairdryer. Good lighting, storage under the sink and spacious enough. We did struggle to get hot water a lot of the time! The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. There are about ten hangers in the double sliding wardrobes, and the safe is situated here which costs about 20 euros plus a 10 euro deposit. Some apartments have two balconies and three floors which is amazing so it’s pot luck! Some apartments are also at the back of the complex. This means you’ll need to be quite mobile to navigate the steps. For 10 euros deposit, you can have a key to the back gate which means you can avoid the steps by walking around the outside of the complex and up a slight incline (not steep and not far) and access the highest apartments without all the steps to climb). Pool/bar area The pool is open 10-6 and they’re strict on this - and it feels restrictive. 6pm is very early to close the pool! It slopes to about 6.5foot deep in the middle of the pool. The lifeguard will allow some ball games in the pool but makes it clear you can’t annoy other guests which is great. Now the pool bar is another story. It is run by a man who is a bully (or tries to be) and thinks he can change the hotel rules to make you buy his wares! You are permitted to take your own food and drinks to the sun loungers but the tables and chairs are strictly for use of customers of the bar - you don’t buy, you don’t sit. It is run separately to the hotel. Prices aren’t bad. Food is ok, basic. We didn’t try the steak house at the front of the hotel but the food looked fabulous. General hotel: If they could charge you for fresher air or warmer weather they would! This is typical, of course, but worth mentioning. Reception staff were very good - accommodating, helpful and very friendly. The area is well maintained and some lucky guests in our party were able to watch parrots flying in the surrounding palm trees. In general we would stay again! The area: Very close to the beach. There is a little supermarket (spar) as you turn left out of the hotel, but if you turn right, you’ll find a larger supermarket a little further up and on the right. We paid a euro each for a pack of cheese and a pack of ham, bought a loaf of bread and made toasties in the room! Some lovely freshly baked goods there too - 2 euros for a pack of four pastries which was a nice treat. We loved going down to the beachfront and eating there. We had some bargain meals at Bora Bora, and paid 1.50 euros per pint! The paella there was good too. A little further up and you have some quieter, more expensive but lovely restaurants too. The curry house located to the right of the hotel as you walk out was reasonably priced and delicious too. Highly recommended! In general we would stay here again but may look for something either more central to Adeje or Playa de las Americas.

Great little hidden gem! We stayed here 16/12/24 for a week. Room cleaned daily, staff are so friendly. WiFi works great which was good for my 15 year old daughter. The bar at the pool great value and the quality is fantastic and the staff go above and beyond. Literally 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minute walk to Siam Park. Would highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a family self-catering holiday. Staff at reception and in the snack bar were very friendly, and the room we stayed in (007) was clean and well presented. The hotel in general was in good condition, and the pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of sun loungers. Lifeguards are provided and were pretty chilled about the balls being used in the pool. The food at the snack bar was tasty and reasonably priced for a quick lunch etc. The hotel is a hill at the back of Los Cristianos, so it's a bit of a walk to the centre of Los Cristianos or Las Americas, but only 15-25 mins depending on how fast you walk etc. Taxi costs between 5 and 10 Euros and there were always taxis on the road adjacent to the bottom entrance to the Hotel.

This is our second year in a row coming to Granada Apartments. We absolutely love how clean and friendly the staff are. The food on-site is reasonably priced, the poolside is cleaned every morning. We went to a really posh 5-star hotel in October, and the poolside was not cleaned for the full two weeks we were there. I just love how clean this place is, considering it's 3-star. Amazing view! Rooms are dated but clean and livable. We will be going back yearly. Oh, and the massage by the pool was amazing—the best I've ever had and very cheap for what you get. The atmosphere is so relaxing.

A really good place to base your holiday from. Not too far from the airport, a twenty minute transfer and a €6-8 taxi ride to the nightlife if you like all that jazz. The apartment is clean and tidy. When we go away, we are not so interested in the pool and facilities as we travel out every day however, this place has it all. If you like sitting by the pool in the sun with a cold beer or glass of wine, you will not be disappointed. We read some reviews saying this and that about it being ‘tired’ or dirty but we don’t agree. It’s a basic three star apartment with good facilities. Room service comes every other day although we asked just for a bin bag and fresh towels. There is a supermarket a short walk away (10-15 minutes) within a nice shopping centre complex, and a small supermarket just across from the hotel entrance. There is an ATM machine close by too. If you hire a car there is on street parking outside the complex. You can hire a key to operate the safe so your things are secure too. This place is quiet but we preferred that. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We had a small problem with a door not opening and maintenance was there in just ten minutes! There is also a luggage room for when you check out on the last day if you don’t fly until the evening. You can leave your luggage there for the day until it’s time for your connection to the airport. All in all we can report a very positive experience. If you set realistic expectations (it’s rated at 3 stars) then you won’t be disappointed.

Just came back from a week in the Granada park apartments, definitely need updating a bit, but they were clean and spacious, beds were comfy, we had a roof terrace but disappointed there was no sunbeds or even chairs up there, so had to improvise with a blanket to be able to sunbathe, amazing views from the reception area and even our roof terrace, no Aircon in the apartment, just a fan in the bedroom which was squeaky so couldn't have it on during the night, it was like sleeping in an oven, if it's like this in April god knows how people cope in peak season, hairdryer also didn't work, not an issue though as I had my own, TV had 3 English channels but wasn't there to watch TV, pool area nice and clean, 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small pool, found if you go in the large pool it's freezing but then go into the medium one it's like getting into a warm bath, hence why everyone was using the medium pool and the large one was often empty, also a group of women were constantly raving, singing and dancing with their music blasting around the pool, no respect for others who also paid to go on holiday to relax around the pool, also left their rubbish all over the sunbeds and left it like a sh@t tip, there was never a problem getting a sunbed around the pool whatever time you went, no sunbeds wars here, staff are really extremely helpful and friendly and welcoming, but distance to los Christianos or playa de las Americas was a canny hike, 30 min walk down not too bad, it's the walk back up that's the killer, we got taxi up every nite at a cost of 4.50-5 euros but we did get one taxi driver that drove like he was on a rally track and then added extra on and charged us nearly 8 euros, we always paid them 10 euros anyway, I would rebook if apartments were closer, but now I know where they are I definitely would not go back, but we did have a great holiday at these apartments, we definitely need another holiday to recover from this one, knackered from all the walking 😂

The most amazing stay at the regency country club! After reading some of the reviews we were slightly apprehensive however we had the most perfect stay. We were greeted with a warm welcome at reception and offered a cold drink which was really nice. The lady on reception explained everything we needed to know for our stay and was even kind enough to give me sun cream after seeing I had already burnt! This was a really lovely touch. The entrance to the hotel is beautiful and the bus stop is a short walk down the hill which we found helpful there is also a courtesy bus from hotel reception to Los cristianos which we also used it runs in the morning and early evening. The decor is beautiful and has a lovely charm to it. We booked a standard apartment and it was beautiful. Absolutely spotless and included everything we could need for our stay we had extra pillows and optional quilt for if it's a bit chilly the bed was the comfiest we've slept in. The hotel it's self is lovely and clean and so peaceful and quiet. We had breakfast on one occasion and there was plenty of choice and very good for a buffet breakfast. We also decided to enjoy a meal in the restaurant and the food was excellent as well as amazing friendly service from the waitress and waiter. If your looking for a relaxing break in a peaceful beautiful hotel I would definitely recommend the hotel regency country club. We can't wait to come back and thank all of the staff at the hotel for making our stay so lovely!

We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. There was a serious problem with the bathroom in our room, and even though we reported it, it was not fixed. We were forced to use the public restrooms. Water also leaked into our wardrobe, soaking our belongings. Overall, this situation negatively affected our stay. we dont recommend this hotel. do not waste your holiday

Where to start? We booked for 2 nights at a cost of Euro 1076.79 ( £902.45 ) so it cost us just over 535 euros per night for a family of 5 to include breakfast. The room we got had no view at all, there were cockroaches in our bedrooms and kitchenette. I had to go around every night splatting them with a flip flop before we all went back to the room so the kids weren't terrified of sleeping in there. The bathrooms were dirty, the bedrooms were ok apart from the cockroaches, there was no water provided at all. We got a very bad nights sleep as I kept waking up during the night, no maid service at all the next day. When we got back to our room after going out for an evening meal still no maid service, beds not made and no cleaning done. Again had to kill cockroaches before going to bed. Breakfast is not good, tired meats on plates, tired cheese. Green scrambled eggs, no butter anywhere. Coffee machine makes a sickly tasting warm drink that does not taste anything like coffee. Took one sip and left it. Went back for a cup of tea and got a bread roll which was all I could stomach. Would have expected more for that kind of money. Felt like we were staying in a 1 star budget hotel for £50 a night. AVOID.

The first impression of the room was really nice and spacious, especially the balcony. I have to mention, however, that the bedroom has an almost unbearable smell, which is from the wallpaper. We had to leave the door 24/7 open to let the smell of chemical out. That's a major disappointment here. Otherwise, the staff is always there to help and the pool is really nice. You do need a car ( or taxi) to get anywhere from here.

Very good location and close by to shops and restaurants. Pool was great and our kids loved playing in it from morning to night. Our room was very tired looking and in need of refreshing. Lacking air conditioning and the safe came at a rental charge of €3 per day. The noise from the strip could be quite loud at night, it didn't disturb our group but may do if you were a light sleeper.

Very dated room facing out onto the main strip. This was ridiculously loud all night and to top it off the apartment 2 doors down was being renovated so this also caused a lot of noise. Reception moved us into another room, this meant checking out at 11am and not being able to get into our new room until 3pm which was very inconvenient especially with a 3 year old child with us. The new room was on a peaceful side of the complex however we were now right next door to another apartment being renovated meaning afternoon naps went out the window and we had a very tired 3 year old for the remainder of the holiday. I know they must update rooms but I would suggest they don't do this next door to apartments where people have paid a lot of money to have a relaxing holiday. All in all went home pretty tired and annoyed

Great hotel in a great location. Plenty to do pools are spotless but are salt water. We stayed in a room over looking the golden mile room was very modern but some rooms are dated but are been done up. Reception staff very friendly and knowledgeable. You get a wristband to enter your room and gates on the complex but a lot of the times side gates where left open. Hopefully we will be back soon.

All in all I would give it 3.5 stars. Location is good, pools are great. Price is ok. There are some things, that could be improved. - Breakfast and food in general is just ok. There are real fruit juices missing at breakfast. No option to get eggs cooked the way you want them, like omelette etc. - no pools towels are provided - we had 2 cockroaches in the apartment. It can happen in Teneriffe. If you want to avoid it, better not chose apartment on ground floor level.

Lovely clean, modern rooms ( I think we had a newly refurbished one). Only 2 big let downs. From the second day of our stay we were awoken by construction workers refurbishing the older rooms next to us, it would have been nice to be informed of this or at least offered a room further from the works. To be fair we didn’t mention it as we only had a short stay booked so maybe they could have given a solution. The other one is the pool bar and café, the staff is these we found to be quite rude and low quality food and drink for the price. Otherwise, very satisfied with the room, great views, great housekeeping super clean hotel and the pool area is lovely. The reception are really great and so helpful, José and Alexandra particularly were very kind and helpful with anything we needed. Thank you!

We stayed here for two weeks the location is brilliant staff and cleaners was the same. It is a three star hotel but it has everything you want or need. The pools are great and the atmosphere is second to none around the pools. Better than some 5 star hotels. We had two little problems and they dealt with it straight away. The only downside to the place was the beds. There not very comfortable and they move around a bit. I’m sure it’s easier for the cleaners and for them to change the bedding which they are brilliant at. That said it wouldn’t stop us from coming here again. Great place.

Our favourite place to stay in Tenerife! Wonderful for families. Both swimming pools are tremendous, one of which is heated and filled with ocean water! There are plenty of drinks and food items at the bar. There is a small playground for children. The location is also excellent - very central, with shops and restaurants all around it. It's been our favourite place for years. The only problem is that it's difficult to get an apartment and you have to book it well in advance

Very nice ,well mentaind and well positioned from the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby, and the main street just few min walk distance. The apartment we stay was very nice, with a nice view of the ocean. Nice big room's, full equipped kitchen. Very friendly personal, starting with Julia from reception until the house keeping lady on our floor. Everyone doing everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The only down points will be about the TV size, ( in our apartment was like laptop display) and not even straight. And the second was the air con in the bedroom. Quite simple one with not to many options to control. Each 20 min or soo, you feel the cold air on you no matter the temp you set up. They should review this time to time. Overall we will definitely recommend with pleasure, and we will definitely consider for our next holiday.

Well what can I say Vista Sur are simply the BEST apartments we have ever stayed in!!! Location is fantastic literally a minutes walk to the beach,shops,restaurants and bars,we had a sea view apartment and the view was amazing!! The apartment itself was extremely clean and well furnished(in fact the whole complex was decorated to a really high standard and super clean) and really well equipped with plates glasses cutlery etc all of which was in excellent condition. There is daily housekeeping and the staff were very friendly and thorough cleaning the apartment daily. Reception staff were extremely professional and helpful especially Juliia who went out of her way to accommodate us. As we had a relatively late flight home it was no problem to leave our luggage in a secure area which had a small lounge and toilet/shower facilities so we could return there and prepare for our flight home. I truly cannot recommend Apartamentos Visa Sur enough and have already recommended it to family and friends should they want a self catering holiday you really won’t beat Apartmentos Visa Sur and we will definitely be returning….it’s 5* all the way for me!!

Great place to stay, we had perfect holiday. Customerservice just perfect, always happy to help. Apartments are clean and aircondition in both rooms was happy surprise. Good location, in the middle of everything. Parking wasn’t expencive for our rentalcar. Bakery downstairs, where you can go buy fresh bread in the morning, lots of great places to eat near. Endless shopping opprtunities, we came home bags full of souveniers and clothes. Swimmingpool was good, big enough and kids loved it. Beach is perfect with kids, nice soft sand and safe to play or have fun in the waves. We are planning already our next trip, absolutely going back!

Currently staying here had to review as we have had enough. Rude and impolite. My son is heavily disabled and there were no ajustments made. Manager said we could take his food upstairs from the resturant but then was was always stopped by the old tall guy and was told no he was horrible to my young daughter for no reason. There was other famililes taking food out never been stopped. They come to you as soon as you sit down to scan your room card the service is terrible. I asked if i could eat my food first was very very rude. I told them a man sneezed and was coughing all over the chips they didnt change it. The food made my partner vomit thankfully ok to fly home. The pool is freezing. There vending machines never work. Good thing is that they upgraded our room as there were insects and vents hanging off the walls in our family lounge room. We stayed on floor 1 which helped with my son. I wouldnt come back here just because how rude and unorganized this place is but it has a lovely view to look out of. Asked for out bill realized that they added extra charges on. So obviously had to go through this as we knew it wasnt or bill, man with black hair on reception said this is normal sometimes this happends as the resturant guys dont pay attention so I think thats all we needed to know to never come back.

7 nights, Full Board - 2 Adults, 1 Child (5) Generally, the hotel was clean, with comfortable beds, and decent size rooms. After check-in, we found the room with 3 single beds, plenty of sleeping room. With some restauration/reabilitation works ongoing on some rooms during our stay, it is clear that the hotel is being well mentained and keeping up to standards. The pool and pool area was clean, with plenty on sunbeds available. Children under 16 years old are not allowed to use the spa and infinity pool. In regard to restaurant / food / service, not exactly to our expectations. The food was a bit repetitive, with insufficient varieties for our tastes. Nonetheless, we have only left the restaurant hungry on one occasion/evening, with all other occasions finding something for our taste buds. We have found the wait time for drinks and grilled food somewhat long. Overall, 4/5, probably better for couples/no children, as all the facilities can be explored.

Really nice hotel, staff very friendly and do their best to make your holiday fantastic. The beach is just across the road from the hotel. Spa pool is warmer than the jacuzzi which I loved really helped with aching muscles after traveling. Food is very basic and worth the money we paid for it.

Nice hotel with an excellent pool area. Especially the adult zone was impressive. The buffet restaurant has plenty of choices, but the quality of most of the food is rather mediocre. The restaurant area is VERY busy and not at all cosy, so we will recommend to eat at the cheap restaurants just outside the hotel. Rooms are being renovated and we had an older room and it needed renovation, but was clean with an excellent bed. Noise at night from nearby discotheques is impressive, but with the windows closed and earplugs in we managed to get at good nights sleep. The Hotel is situated right at the beach and with restaurants and bars just outside the door.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean! Spacious rooms with everything you need, air con, storage, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, fresh towels and bedding everyday. All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you. Jose at the pool bar was great fun, Maria in the restaurant, always happy and smiling and Julio at the hotel bar, friendly and fun! The food is amazing, we stayed all-inclusive and the variety and availability is excellent, there is literally everything you could possibly want. We tried a number of different dishes that we hadn't had before and it was all fresh and delicious. The menu changed everyday so there always something new to try. The pool was exceptionally clean and so refreshing in the heat! There was entertainment every night in the bar, local singers and a DJ, these were all really good. There us a free gym that is open 24 hours a day. The hotel is centred in the middle of Las Americas, its a 5 minute walk to the beach, there are plenty of shops and places to buy excursions and there is a gift/grocery shop right opposite the hotel. We visited Siam Park, this is a 30 minute walk away or you can get a bus/taxi from outside the hotel. Veronica's strip is a 15 minute walk away if you like to go clubbing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definitely be returning to Tenerife and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else now.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The place was spotless clean and the rooms cleaned daily no matter the time of day. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. We stayed for 9 nights in the Standard Suite and it was really spacious with lovely views. The only thing bad about our stay is it was very noisy in the mornings as we didn't have pool view and were close to the road so bring earplugs as those rooms are close to a busy road. Other than that will will absolutely be back!

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied with our experience. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. We frequently observed hotel staff cleaning various areas, ensuring a well-maintained environment. Notably, when they serviced our room, they also took care of the kitchen dishes, which was a pleasant convenience. The hotel’s central location was ideal, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. However, despite the hotel’s policy against reserving sunbeds, some guests would place towels on them for others arriving later, and staff did not intervene. Additionally, the room’s insulation facing the balcony could be improved, as we could hear some nightlife and traffic at night, though it wasn’t overly disruptive. There was also a large vent above the entrance door and in the bathroom, making it quite noisy from hallway sounds. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and look forward to returning.

Fantastic hotel, central to all entertainment, restaurants, and bars. It's close enough to walk anywhere and far enough to be quiet. Staff are all very helpful and pleasant. Food served from morning until night is great, something for everyone. Pool, gym and evening entertainment are all fantastic. We will definitely be coming back.

We have just returned from a 1 week holiday at this hotel. We got a double bedroom with sea view ( highly recommend doing this for the views and for having some quiet nights). The room was nice and clean, very spacious with a huge double bed. Breakfast delicious with plenty of choices and small variations daily. All the staff working there are very friendly and professional. The hotel is close to restaurants, shops, pubs and literally 2 steps from the beach.

Location was perfect, staff very friendly 😊. The hotel is grand and spacious, with clean rooms and common areas. Just a minute’s walk to both the beach and the town center – super convenient. Prices were reasonable. It’s not a brand-new hotel, but it served its purpose well. Recommended for all age groups 👍. One thing that might bother some guests (though it didn’t bother us): the hotel is next to Hard Rock Cafe, so you can hear the music in the evening 🎸 – it was slightly audible in the rooms, but we didn’t mind at all. Overall, a good experience – I’d be happy to return.

Literally steps from a fabulous beach, and right on the beautiful and clean strip with an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. It was our 2nd time here, and we'll be back again for certain!

Everything about this hotel was fantastic and I might be being a bit harsh on 3* for the room. Fantastic service and location. Very spacious breakfast area where you are treated to live music on the piano. Extremely good too. Sadly the food was always warm at best. Many of the rooms in this hotel have outstanding views of the sea, pool or surrounding areas. Unfortunately ours was ground floor overlooking the carpark. It felt a little unsafe as the balcony was easily accessible from the carpark itself. It also had no sun at all and could be a little cold after showering. If the air conditioning is required, it's very noisy. The pool area is very spacious with plenty of sunbeds. Again unfortunately a lot of the beds can be in the shade for long periods. The free beach towels every day were a massive bonus.Overall a very enjoyable stay. Even if the hotel was very much on the quiet side.

This hotel is definitely worth staying in, it’s very clean and modern, the staff are very friendly and helpful and it’s in a great location. The breakfast is probably the best I’ve had in any European hotel; great choice of food and good quality. Location is perfect; beach on doorstep, 5 min walk from bars. Only down side to this hotel is the rooms are slightly shabby, definitely in need of a modernisation. Other than that great hotel and highly recommend.

Stayed there in April 2025 , first 2 days no probs , then by chance after talking to one of the receptionist we found out that the hotel was closing mid holiday just like that no pre - warning no nothing . So between the hotel & love holidays they failed to lnform us at all. Luckily they had a sister company which they sent us to , we had no choice to but to move , we preferred the costa adeje end of tenerife so this was our preferred choice ,disappointing holiday to say the least , no apology, & love holidays have just literally ignored us since don't want know not interested. It was my girlfriends birthday the day we had to go back pack & move again so ruined the day ,poor service.just becareful when booking love holidays .

This is a fantastic adults only hotel. The choice of food was very good and the rooms very comfortable. The only thing that let it down was that the entertainment finished at 10pm so you have to go elsewhere if you want the night life. Having said that there are plenty of bars within easy walking distance. It is also a 10 minute walk away from Siam Park if you want to go there. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and very friendly too. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is huge and has everything you might need on-site – it really feels like a self-contained town. The rooms are clean and decent, though quite basic, more in line with a one-star standard. A real highlight is the breakfast: it's generous, varied, and available until late, which is a definite plus. That said, the overall experience falls short of what you'd expect from a four-star hotel, especially given the price. The style is very industrial, and the massive scale – with large air-conditioned areas – raises serious questions about sustainability. It’s the kind of setup clearly designed for mass tourism… think Benidorm vibes, if you know what I mean. Practical aspects also leave room for improvement: there's no hotel parking, and finding a spot nearby is nearly impossible. Access to facilities is limited by surprisingly strict hours – most areas close by 7 PM – and check-out times are enforced with little flexibility. In short, it might work for those seeking a large-scale, all-in-one resort experience, but it didn’t match my expectations or travel preferences.

I do not recommend this hotel – it does not match its 4-star rating at all. When we arrived at the hotel at night, we found a large cockroach (about 5 cm) on the wall in our room. We asked to change rooms, and were moved to another room on the same floor. However, the new room was smaller, clearly used, and dirty. The walls were scratched, plaster was falling off the door, the furniture was damaged, and the curtains had what looked like blood stains. We requested another room and were given a third one. Unfortunately, the bed linen there was dirty and had hair on it, as if it had already been slept in and not changed. When we asked to replace the sheets, the staff refused and told us to just go to sleep. To make things worse, there was constant construction work going on around the hotel, which disturbed the peace and quiet. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this level. The food in the hotel was the same every day for a whole week. Only once was jamón served; otherwise, the food was identical and impossible to eat for a whole week. The staff were rude and never apologized for any of this. As compensation, they offered us free access to the pool — despite the good weather outside, which made the offer feel absurd. We’ve been to Tenerife four times, but this was by far the worst hotel experience. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Absolutely lovely place, the staff go above and beyond during your stay! We only stayed for 5 days and the couldn’t have made it any better. The location was so close to all the shops and restaurants. I left something valuable at the hotel and did not realise till I landed home, contacted the hotel and they are doing their best to get it back to me back in England. Would 100% recommend and I shall be going back next time I visit Tenerife.

At the hotel at the moment! Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve been to in Tenerife. It’s amazing location 5 mins walk from restaurants/bar/beach. The staff are incredible all really friendly and helpful. Even arranged a cake to be delivered to our room on my partners birthday. The UP experience is definitely worth the money €70 per person for the roof top infinity pool, cocktails, drinks, buffet, spirits. We absolutely loved it up there! I would say this hotel is aimed at elderly/ couples it’s so peaceful and quiet! The breakfast selection is amazing literally have so many options especially for fussy eaters! Will definitely be coming back here

We have just come back from a week at the Vanilla Garden Boutique Hotel. We were greeted at reception by a lovely gentleman who immediately offered us a welcome drink. We chose a nice cold glass of cava. The rooms are very spacious, we had a terrace with a table and chairs. There is a microwave, fridge and kettle in the room. There is a small charge for the safe. The bathroom is a good size with a walk in shower . There is a great hairdryer in the bathroom, unfortunately, the cable was not long enough to reach up to dry my hair. That said, this is my only negative point. The pool area is nice, lots of sunbeds, the pool itself isn't hot, it is aired so no freezing cold shocks getting in. The food is lovely and the service is great. What a great bunch of young waiters and waitresses. I can't forget our maid, who kept our room and bathroom spic and span. I have to give a special mention to the chef Rafaela. That man is super cheerful, so polite and he makes the best omelettes. We knew that the hotel was away from the strip, that's not our sort of night out. A 7-8 minute walk in the opposite direction and you are on Costa Adeje. Lots of bars and restaurants at a much slower pace than Playa de las Americas. It's simply a choice thing, whatever suits you.

We've just had a great week at this fantastic hotel with our teenagers, hotel is immaculate, the staff are very helpful and friendly, the setting is perfect with all the trees and the pool and hot tub areas are great, loads of super comfy padded sun loungers we went half board and the food is lovely the location is nice and quiet away from the main strip and nice and safe, there is live music in the hotel every day in the evening plus good bars and shops nearby, the hotel is immaculate and the rooms very well set out, lovely comfy beds and a fridge and microwave the drinks prices are very reasonable aswell plus lovely lunches by the pool for 6 euros! You won't be disappointed

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The staff was warm and welcoming throughout our visit, but a special shoutout goes to the chef who prepared breakfast omelets. Not only were the omelets absolutely perfect, but his cheerful personality truly lit up every morning. The hotel itself is clean and tastefully decorated. While it’s not the newest, it’s very well-maintained. If you’re planning to lounge by the pool all day, be aware there’s some nearby construction that could disrupt the peace. However, since we spent most of our days exploring, this didn’t bother us at all. Do note that there’s live music in the evenings until 10:00 PM, so if you prefer an earlier night’s sleep, it’s something to consider. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

An absolutely fantastic hotel (or Fantastico!) as we say here in Tenerife. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Everything you need is right here with the beaches just a short walk away.Go left from the hotel and you find the volcanic beach and go right for the sandy beaches. There are plentiful bars, restaurants, shops etc on the same street. I would thoroughly recommend the half board option. The breakfast buffet has a plentiful and delicious selection of food. The restaurant staff are so professional and friendly. My thanks especially to Mon and Max who looked after me so well. The dinner buffet is simply exceptional. Fresh, cooked to order in many cases, and a huge variety. The chefs always with a smile. The rooms are everything you need and mine was kept super clean by the ever smiling and helpful Daniela. Very comfortable beds and a great shower. Activities are plentiful and varied. There is something for everyone. My grateful thanks to the lovely and very energetic Debbie. What a woman! She is a very accomplished yoga teacher and her watergym class is amazing. Pablo, the assistant manager of this wonderful hotel, and Javier Gomez, the manager, are out and about all the time within the hotel, talking to guests and staff and keeping everything running smoothly. In my extensive experience of hotels all over the world, it is seldom the case that the bosses are so hands on and so involved. Genuinely warm and caring people and excellent examples of leaders by example. It is the staff who make a good experience into a great one and that is exactly what we have in the Tigotan Lovers and Friends hotel. Bravo! Perfecto!

Good hotel with plenty of amenities. Staff were friendly throughout stay. Food not so great, everything could have done with a lot more seasoning in general. Clean rooms, had housekeeping daily and did a good job. Pool areas were chilled, plenty of loungers. Unfortunately hotel is in the Playa Las Americans, the not so clean part to say the least. However if staying in area then this is probably the best hotel here. Staff as well as guests were friendly.

Smaller hotel than we're used to but jam packed full of entertainment/activities every day! Animation team are spot on and the staff are the friendliest I've come across........even top management make an appearance in the restaurant and talk to guests! Not a huge range of food but everything is delicious and plentiful! Rooms are basic but spotless and have plenty of wardrobe space and his and her sinks in the bathroom........shower a little small but powerful. Plenty of sunbeds available although be aware you can only reserve for 30 mins when you go for breakfast and they are very strict on that! All in all a fantastic hotel and we will definitely be returning!

It was a wonderful holiday. Reception meets guests with a glass of champagne which is a nice start. There are enough pools outside, and my favorite is on the rooftop, with sunbeds, a bar, and a separate nudist area if you want strip-less tanning. Both breakfast and dinners were delicious, with plenty of choice and of good quality. The staff is very helpful and attentive but unobtrusive. The animation was discreet and pretty good. This hotel was one of the reasons to consider this holiday one of the best for the last 4 years.

First time in tenerife and choose the best hotel. Staff can't do enough help you, managers always walking around asking all OK. Rooms are large and maid service everyday we upgraded to half board exclusive what a great thing have own area have snacks and drinks between 10 and 6 made money back extra paid in first 48 hours. Pool area clean like whole hotel is fresh cooking area in dining room at both breakfast and evening meal. Definitely will be returning soon

It's an excellent family-type, international hotel with friendly personnel. The all inclusive concept is of great value, good choice of foods and beverages. Beds are fine. Rooms are indeed reasonably clean and spacious, and many with terrace. We used the package deal by TUI. Otherwise, the hotel might be a bit pricey.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. What truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. They were all extremely kind, respectful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Every team member was lovely and attentive. The entertainment team was also fantastic—friendly, energetic, and engaging. One of them, Fabio, stood out with his warm personality. Talking with him was a pleasure, and his enthusiasm added a lot of positive energy to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

Myself and a friend booked this as a last minute holiday to get some well needed sun. Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted by friendly reception staff who checked us in and showed us everything about the hotel which was really helpful. I gave them a laugh as I thought I had managed to lose my passport between the airport & the hotel but having a bag with so many zip pockets it was just well hidden. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Loved the walk in shower made it easier to use with my sun burn after day 1 (oops). All the staff were fantastic and truly made you feel welcome all day everyday. Particular shout out to David the bar tender who saw us venturing towards the bar and had the drinks at the ready :). The on-site entertainment had everything you need for adults and Children. The day time and evening entertainers were great, still have the song they dance to stuck in my head haha. I was particularly impressed with the wildlife they have on site (Parrots, Guinea Pigs, Ducks which my son would love, although the parrots could do with being more polite ;) The food was great, always a bit hit and miss with an all inclusive but this was certainly a hit. Wish I had stayed longer than 4 days but will certainly be going back and taking more of us along for the fun. Big thank you for a very enjoyable stay and see you again real soon.

I just stayed at Park Club Europe on Saturday and Sunday night (12th and 13th of April 2025). It cost €300 per night (for 2 adults and 2 children), so not cheap. I was simply appalled at the reception service. Because of Anna at the reception desk, I will never stay at the hotel again and would advise people to avoid the hotel. I am very reluctant to ever use people’s name but I’ve stayed at many hotels in Tenerife over the last ten years and this is the worst service. Every experience at other hotels has been good and typically great. But I’m still furious about a particular reception staff member and the treatment received. I had stayed at HD Parque Cristobal for a week with my wife and two kids (which was perfect - 10/10) and we were moving to Park Club Europe on Saturday morning for the final two days of our holiday (because HD Parque Cristobal was fully booked for the weekend). We had a tour at 7am on Saturday that went til 7pm, so on Friday night I called Park Club Europe to ask if I could leave 2 suitcases and a buggy in the storage room on Friday night and collect them when we arrive at the hotel at 7pm on Saturday. The Hotel didn’t answer my phone call so at 10pm on Friday (the night before we were meant to check in) I walked 2 suitcases and a buggy 100 meters from HD Parque Cristobal to Park Club Europe. When I arrived at Park Club Europe, I asked Anna at the reception if I could leave the suitcases in the storage room overnight, and she said “No”. She said it is the hotel rule that “suitcases can only be left in the bag storage room after 9am of checkin day.” I asked if she could make an exception since we have an early tour on Saturday. She said “No”. She could see that I was on my own with a buggy and lots of luggage - knowing I would have to wheel it all back - but she wouldn’t make an exception. I was furious but accepted her decision since “it was a hotel rule”. I wheeled all the bags back to the other hotel. The next day I came to the hotel to check in and Anna was there, I went to reception desk and she said “yes, I remember you”. She started checking me in, and I saw her go over to another reception staff member and pointed to all my bags and said something to him in Spanish, and then they started laughing out loud. I’m certain she was making fun of me that she made me take all the luggage back to the hotel the night before and then walk it back again on Saturday. I was furious at this stage but I didn’t want to make her life difficult, even though she seemed to actually hate hotel guests and wanted to see them suffer. But I was still willing to let it go. I just checked out of the hotel today and I asked another member of the reception staff if there were any rules about what times the suitcase storage room can be used by guests who are checking in. She said there are “no hotel rules or restrictions about using the storage room by checking in guests”. And “it is up to the night staff member working during the night. If they are happy for a guest to put their bags in the storage room the night before, then they can”. So basically Anna was lying about that rule and couldn’t be bothered helping me out. At €300 per night I expect better. And it seemed she took a lot of entertainment in seeing me wheel my luggage back. I thought that was a nasty and despicable thing to do by Anna, especially since she would have known I have very small kids and basically I have to move the family luggage on my own. I think the hotel should put her in another role, away from guests. She is bad for business. She hates her job. She hates the guests, she takes pleasure in trying to inflict damage on them. Shes just a bad person. If I treated my clients like this I’d be unemployed. The only reason why I’m giving 1 star is because I can’t give zero stars. The night entertainment including the kids disco and 9.30pm show was great.

We have had a lovely holiday. The hotel is beautiful, decor has great feature scattered about. The staff are extremely pleasant and friendly. Pool area great with plenty of areas and beds. Pool drinks great and lovely lady serving us all. I feel the food in the pool side could be improved with more daytime food. Salads need more ingredients and generally more choice and a little bit more attention for vegetarians. Overall we loved our stay and award you 5 ⭐ thank you for a lovely stay.

Stayed at the hotel a month ago, traveled alone, primarily for surfing. Very peaceful and beautiful place with Moroccan/Mexican atmosphere. Rooms are great as well as room service. A lot of surf schools nearby. Unfortunate thing was that for the majority of days only one restaurant was available, however there are overall 3 which were closed. Great professionals working at the reception, to mention Marco and others who helped to navigate through the property. One very disappointing instance however was with the lady Nina, who is supposed to accommodate and inform clients about the tours and different sights. After approaching Nina I was surprised and disappointed by how Nina treated guests, with the phrases "you are wasting my time" and passive aggression. This really left a bad impression on the general level of integrity and respect that the hotel staff is not supporting. In general would recommend for those willing a peaceful vacation or who come to surf and want certain level of comfort. Would recommend educating the employees mentioned on customer service. And if you want to book tours around it is better to organise this externally and in advance

Was there a few years ago it's a great hotel for adults no kids when we were there so peaceful overlooking the golf course a discount on course plus hote provided free golf carts to anyone who wanted them. Would recommend to any golfers

One of the best hotels that we have visited in the world. We are not golfers as the majority of guests are but that does not detract from any part of the experience. Many hotels bill themselves as 5 star and are not; Las Madrigueras is a true 5 star establishment. Rooms have fantastic views, with spacious balconies and quality furniture. The whole hotel has shaded seating area throughout. It was 34/35 degrees for most of our stay, so this was a godsend. Restaurant and food quality and choice are superb. The pool is wonderful and never busy, if you like to swim. Finally the staff. Exemplary, friendly, professional and happy. The clientele are mainly well heeled Europeans and British. If you want a quiet, unspoiled break, this is a great choice. Not for everyone but most of the guests have been back here for the last ten years or more. I think they like to keep it a secret... and no wonder!

We have recently returned from our holiday. I must say this hotel is lovely, the rooms, pool and golf were excellent. Really friendly staff and good food. Negatives with this hotel is there was no information in the rooms, meal times and general info about the area etc., also there was a lovely piano bar but unfortunately there was no pianist, so entertainment was not available. As the hotel is located quite away from facilities I think they have missed an opportunity having no evening entertainment.

Gorgeous room overlooking the very attractive pool and outdoors area with viewes to the beach and sea beyond. Our gorgeous room with upper mezzanine floor with plunge pool and cabana. The giant sumptuous bed large bathroom with walk in shower and bath fluffy towels and twin basins. However the friendly highly professional attentive staff who just made the stay even more perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A special call out for the breakfast team and Emil who always gave us a fun start to the day. Pool area is gorgeous and perfect place to relax.Next door sister hotel has an easy access gym too and location beside seafront boardwalk and short walk to centre is super convenient !! Our 1st visit and will definitely be more when we return Thank you team 👌😀

The most beautiful hotel with the best customer service and care on the island. Trust me I’ve tried many! From the moment you walk through the door you’re treated like family/royalty your every wish wherever possible is granted. Check in is smooth and seem less, your bags are whisked away to your room while you relax with a glass of champagne and check in. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. We chose to stay in a suite. We had the luxury of a spacious lounge and dining area. A small bathroom with a toilet and sink is supplementary to the main bathroom. Comfortable sofa and chair and large flatscreen smart tv. A fridge and storage space are great extra features in this room. Access to the terrace from the lounge via sliding door. The bedroom is large and comfortable the bed is huge!! It is possible to close the door and separate the two rooms. Also the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Another large flatscreen smart tv. Tea and coffee making facilities and fridge also a free safe and lots of storage space. Again there is access to the terrace via a sliding door. The bathroom is again very large with separate shower and bath and separate toilet. Luxury toiletries are provided and a good quality hairdryer. The rooms are kept immaculately clean with a daily clean and towel change an evening turn down service will also refresh any towels you need. The hotel is kept immaculately clean and smells amazing! The breakfast has a wide selection of continental and the cooked selection is to order. You can eat lunch and dinner and we did on a few occasions always a pleasure especially the Canarian soul night with a locally sourced menu from Tenerife and the surrounding islands. Accompanied by a duo providing great music! Just one last thing to mention, the wonderful staff and management who always have a smile on their faces. Are keen to make your stay hassle and worry free. There when you need them but discrete and not overbearing. The hotel is an oasis of calm while outside are the most wonderful restaurants shops and beaches so for me the best of both worlds!

We have just had the greatest pleasure of vacationing at this hotel, it was expensive but our daughter and son in law treated us to this holiday. We had the most wonderful time , the hotel was spotless, rooms a great size , breakfast was superb and plenty of choice, the staff were second to none attentive but not intrusive polite and genuine “thank you all for your 1st class service” and the bonus, we were with our daughter and son in law who flew in from the states to spend time with us “we came from United Kingdom” We most definitely would love to stay there again and would highly recommend to other potential guests.

Mixed feelings about our stay here. On one hand it was great, the pool area was nice and calm, and lovely pathways to walk by. The lady at the reception was happy to help. But on the other hand, the area was noisy during the night, the walls, especially the doors, are thin, you can hear through. We had small ants in our room even though we were on the second floor. The bathroom faucet was super nasty, and had probably not been cleaned for quite some time (image attached). The room had some teabags provided, and they looked old and water-damaged. Quite nasty to be honest. Breakfast was okay, not good, not bad. Could have been more variety. Some things felt like they were brought up from the freezer and microwaved before serving, like spanish omelette. We also planned to go on an excursion one day, start 15 minutes before breakfast opened. We asked the guy at the reception if picnic was possible, he said absolutely not (even if we had already paid for breakfast). Later that day there was a lady at the reception, and we asked her about the picnic, and she on the other hand assured it would be possible. We then went to the bar 7:30 in the morning to pick up the picnic, the guy from the previous day was once again there and was super confused and said it was not possible, almost angry at us. But when we insisted that the lady said it was okay, he started packing a picnic bag for us. It was all very confusing. In general, I wouldn't recommend getting breakfast from this place

Looks good, clean, but if you want to relax, sleep this is not the place, really not. There is noise all night. Paper walls, you hear EVERITHING the neighbour does. Unfriendly breakfast stuff. 0% vegetables offer for breakfast. 80% sugary stuff.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough ! Honestly I have told all my friends and family about this hotel ! Rooms are clean & spacious. Very safe area with security. Cleaners very friendly and left the room spotless every second day. The hotel supplies a big hairdryer in reception for the guests and also can rent a curler & hair straightener. Only down fall of this place is that there is no air con . Only a fan in the ceiling. This didn’t effect us as we came in April but may affect on hotter months during the summer.
