Just returned from a weeks stay, family of 4 with 2 adult children. Absolutely lovely hotel!!
We only ate at the poolside, but they had no complaints.
The pool area was clean and managed well by the entertainment and lifeguards. There are plenty of sun loungers.
Many of the rooms are seaview.
We didn't eat in the restaurant, so we were unable to review the main restaurant food.
The one bedroom apartment room was perfect, a large double bed in the main bedroom and a large double sofa bed in the main room, along with a dining area and kitchenette with oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Absolutely recommend this hotel. It's rated a 3 star, but the reviews and photos show that it could definitely be mistaken for being higher!

Really enjoyed our stay here in March this year. Main areas are lovely and spotlessly clean. Massive pool. Sunbed reservation system means no one gets to hog the beds. The complex is very large with lots of stairs and corridors. On site restaurant serving evening meals is very good. All staff very friendly and helpful. Only thing that lets the resort down is the room decor and furniture are very dated and desperately need modernising. Two of us stayed in a one bed apartment that was very spacious

Thanks for another amazing stay! Weather was perfect, location is quiet but plenty to enjoy around the hotel. TIP! We always book our excursions just down on the sea front at The Ticket Office, great deals and always very helpful with a smile! Next door, you have to try the Pancake Cafe with it's amazing views and super staff. We will be back!

Rooms were very spacious and clean. We had the most amazing view and the balcony was big enough for all 4 of to sit outside. The rooms were very clean and had enough space for the luggage. The beds were very big and comfortable.
The only problem was that although the apartment was for 4 people, one of the bedrooms had a double room and the other one to separate singles. Also the water wasn’t enough for 4 of us to shower one after the other, so make sure you have plenty of time as after 2 people you’ll need to wait for a bit until it warms up.
The hotel has so many amenities inside, supermarket and mini market that you can buy snacks and cigarettes from, but there are bigger markets in walking no distance from the hotel.
One minus was that everything in the hotel was at extra cost; gym usage, pool towels etc. I think for a hotel this big, to charge for towels and to have to reserve the sunbeds it’s a bit funny.
Staff were very friendly and helpful but cleaning staff don’t speak a word of English which was not a problem for us.

Overall, this place was value for money for what we paid. But I would stress, that you very much get what you pay for here. The rooms although big, are dated and ours had a constant prawn smell, as well as sewage from time to time.
We also requested a sea view and to be away from the sewage smell after reading the reviews but got neither - we were told these were pre allocated and couldn’t change. Overall, the room location was OK so we didn’t make too much of a fuss.
The pool area is fine, as is the food offering. You need to book your beds in advance which in principle is a good idea but there aren’t that many beds with parasols so get in early.
Be aware that spa facilities and the gym are extra, as are towels as are any other perks.
Restaurants nearby are ok. We found the local seaside town with some excellent restaurants and this made all the difference. We would recommend getting a car. There is parking at the hotel but we were lucky to find one on the road each evening
Also, the pancake cafe near by on the seafront does some healthy breakfast alternatives to a fry up if that’s what you’re looking for.
