My views and feelings about this hotel are mixed which is why I give it only 3 stars.
Positives:
Nice room with comfortable beds
Nice view from the room
Very comfortable beds
Nice pool and access to the beach
Very good food at the restaurant
Customer service is good
It would be a great place to bring a family.
The facility also allows you to stay all day after check out and has courtesy showers. We had a 2300 flight so it was very nice to have that option.
Negatives:
There is a fee for amenity
Gym 5 euros
Sauna 5 euros
Sunbed 5 euros
Towel 5 euros
Pool table 1 euro
There was a fee attached to every amenity, which makes them less attractive. It also felt misleading to not list the price when advertising them.

I wanna give special thanks to Angel and Paco. They are very welcoming, friendly, accommodating and made us feel like we’re at home from the moment we arrived. Our first time in Tenerife, they gave out recommendations and suggestions, foods and locations was amazing. Very memorable.
I would definitely book this hotel again. Beautiful views by the balcony with an ocean view and can watch the sunset and Sunrise. This hotel had everything you need. Beautiful hotel to stay in, clean, spacious and well equipped. Anything missing or concerns, Angel and Paco came to the rescue. They went above and beyond for my family. And I notice as I walk past the reception they are the same to each customer. They are very consistent. They both deserve a raise! Friendly, professional and accommodating.

The worst beach hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
Parking - at an additional cost of 8euros per day.
Room that we got - without any view. We were told we should have requested for one in advance while when I called the hotel while booking, nothing was informed to me except to check at the time of check in.
Cleaning done once in 4 days, so after spending 2 days if we wanted to get the room cleaned, that wasn’t an option

I asked for an iron to iron my clothes. Waited 45 minutes, left without ironing as I was late for my reservation. I called the reception - “Alex” mentioned since the staff is starting their shift at ‘10:00’ I need to wait, waited till 10:45 no one showed up.
We requested for toothbrushes and bathrobes - not provided
Requested for a late checkout by an hour - we were told to pay 15 euros.
Requested for our towels to be changed on day 3 - we were told we have to pay extra.
After a point, I felt like they’ll charge us for breathing in their hotel.
This hotel became my worst nightmare.
Do not book this even if it’s available for FREE.

The room we hit was spacious, modern, and clean, with every detail thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out onto the balcony to enjoy the sunrise was a highlight of my stay.
The staff were simply outstanding. From the warm welcome at check-in to their attentive service throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They were always friendly, professional, and eager to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The location of the resort was also ideal—close enough to local attractions, beaches, and restaurants, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or relax by the pool, this resort offers the perfect balance.
Overall, this resort in Tenerife is a true gem. It’s an ideal destination for couples, families, or solo travelers looking for a memorable holiday.

We were asked to sign an “antisocial behaviour” policy at check-in without any proper explanation – just presented as a joke. Later, it was used as a formal response when we complained about loud guests between 1–3 AM.
We were also placed directly above the laundry room, which was noisy even at night. I would have expected the hotel to inform us in advance or at least ask if that was acceptable.
The room was next to a visible construction area full of rubble (photo attached), the toilet kept dripping, and we could hear every flush from neighboring rooms. Definitely not a peaceful environment.
The check-in was confusing, with conflicting info about parking, and when we checked out a day early, no one asked why.
Disappointing overall.
