Me and my family stayed for 5 days/ 4 nights. Average experience, no complaints there. The pool area is nice, the market food was good (i was nervous it would be cafeteria food), the game room is small, but still had fun. Enjoyed the convenient shuttles to the parks. There is a laundry room which was helpful to dry our bathing suits ($4 a dry). The first day the shower door kept coming off the hinges when we tried to close it, the staff quickly fixed that issue. Overall the hotel staff were professional and helpful - the bartender was great.
only complaint would be the CLEANING STAFF - they will only speak if you speak first (initially assumed there was a language barrier, but nope they’ll say good morning as long as you say it first), no smiles on their face, the hallway would always have cleaning stuff that you’ll have a maneuver around (large towel baskets, cleaning supplies, etc).

Our family recently stayed at Universal’s Endless Summer Resort and overall had a good experience. The resort is very clean and well-kept, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. Guest services were excellent anytime we reached out with a request, they were fast, helpful, and courteous.
Transportation to and from the parks was reliable, with short wait times that made getting around easy and convenient.
However, there were a few downsides. The food on-site was overpriced and not great in quality, which was disappointing. We found ourselves having to leave the resort just to get a decent meal. Another issue was the daily $26 plus tax parking fee, it felt unfair to pay that on top of already paying to stay at the resort.
Despite those points, we did enjoy our time overall. With a few changes, this resort could easily go from good to great.

We booked a last minute vacation via Costco travel. It was super easy. Hotel check in was a breeze. We were able to get our park tickets next to check in area. Room was clean and pleasantly surprised they included shampoo and conditioner for a value hotel. Gift shop carried basic amenities along with park themed mdse. The shuttles service was amazing. We never had to walk far, busses were clean and never had to wait. Epic was amazing. Universal studios and Island of adventures did not disappoint. The cost of this quick trip was affordable, less chaotic and so much more fun than my very well planned Disney trip a couple of years ago. Universal… for the win.

Family trip for 4 with 2 teenagers and my wife.
The room was nice in terms of 3 double beds, double sinks, bath/shower and large fridge with sink, microwave and small counter.
But to use the kitchenette bring your own supplies as disposable plastic cutlery, cups, plates and bowls saw us going to Walmart to buy same to get through 2 weeks.
The market was good, and while I see some say expensive, it was no different than anywhere else we ate. And with 2 week stay, the refillable cups seemed expensive at first for the soft drinks, but soon paid that back.
Pool was great, and plenty of lifeguards on duty and towels available pool side.
Service was fine.
Location good for Universal parks and free buses made for easy trips. And close by for other places.
Main negative was that it seemed to be a 12-16 year old focus based on amount of school groups that had to push through in lobby and halls. And I do mean push as they would just continue to sit or stand there even though they could see you wanting to pass. And the stacks of rubbish they left in the halls after shopping trips, while obstacle course were soon cleared by the staff.

Rooms were great as we stayed in a suite, but the value of this hotel wasn't just price but the perk of getting into universal an hour early. The staff was nice and everything was clean. Couldn't recommend this place enough. I'd say the downside can be the elevators as waiting can be long in the peak hours.
