This hotel really made my trip unforgettable! Everything felt effortless and welcoming, from the moment I arrived. The staff were so kind and helpful, always ready to answer questions and make sure I was comfortable. My room was clean, cozy, and perfectly arranged for relaxing — the bed was soft, the lighting was just right, and it had everything I needed. The whole hotel had such a warm, peaceful vibe, and I could honestly just sit there and enjoy the calm energy. I felt relaxed, cared for, and really appreciated the attention to detail. Definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time.

*Room was lovely and clean with loads of storage.
*Loved that the suitcases could be stored under the beds.

*Starbucks was so convenient and fresh.
*My kids loved the pool and I was very impressed with the lifeguards.
*Regular bus to the parks, very quick drive and parks close to the entrance. All drivers so friendly.

Me and my family stayed for 5 days/ 4 nights. Average experience, no complaints there. The pool area is nice, the market food was good (i was nervous it would be cafeteria food), the game room is small, but still had fun. Enjoyed the convenient shuttles to the parks. There is a laundry room which was helpful to dry our bathing suits ($4 a dry). The first day the shower door kept coming off the hinges when we tried to close it, the staff quickly fixed that issue. Overall the hotel staff were professional and helpful - the bartender was great.
only complaint would be the CLEANING STAFF - they will only speak if you speak first (initially assumed there was a language barrier, but nope they’ll say good morning as long as you say it first), no smiles on their face, the hallway would always have cleaning stuff that you’ll have a maneuver around (large towel baskets, cleaning supplies, etc).

This is a hotel that is really good for the price. There is a lot of convenience its proximity to Universal as well as the shuttles that take you to the. It is also really close to all of the Disney locations with Lyft not being too expensive. The reason for the three stars is because of some unfortunate mishaps during our stay. The hotel was apparently updating the security in all of the rooms, so then the keys to the rooms were not working properly and everyone was downstairs in a line for new keys. We had to wait an hour to finally get new keys. I did appreciate that we got food vouchers for their quick service restaurant which had some great options. The following day, we came back after spending the day at the park to our door being left open by housekeeping. We knew they had come because the beds were made and new towels were placed in the room. Luckily everything was still in there. I hated to report this because I know they are hardworking but it was something that could have gone bad. On both occasions, I was able to speak to Angel who was definitely great. He was very professional on both occasions and did everything that he could for us. I am unsure if I would come back, but if I did, it would be because of the great service that Angel gave.

Stayed for one night and honestly wished I stayed even longer! The staff were incredibly friendly and the rooms were comfortable. The walk from the parking lot indoors was a bit lengthy, given that I parked in disability, but was thankfully super straightforward with clear signage posted. Breakfast options at Pier 8 were plentiful, perfect for someone wanting to either sit down and eat or grab & go! Cant wait to come again!
