I had a wonderful time staying at Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace near Disney Springs Area. The food was good, and the buffet offered a good variety. Parking was convenient early in the day, but if you return later towards the evening hours, you may need to park a bit farther away for self service parking not a big issue but will take a good walk back to the hotel, just something to be aware of. Valet parking is also available for an additional fee.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room size was comfortable for our family of four and met our needs. While the rooms especially the bathrooms could use some updates and perhaps more thorough housekeeping, overall, we were comfortable.
The resort style pool was a big highlight, and the location is excellent very close to Disney Springs and surrounded by theme parks. It would have been nice to see more staff taking food and drink orders around the lazy river area. I didn’t notice anyone offering service there, although there were staff present at the main pool. Having service by the lazy river especially since it’s a more relaxing, family friendly area would really enhance the experience, particularly for guests who want to enjoy with there kids.
While we were relaxing by the pool, we had a great conversation with Mario, a Hilton Guest Ambassador. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain Hilton’s vacation packages. We ended up choosing one that worked perfectly for our next trip. Thank you, Mario!
Overall, this was a great experience, and I would happily do it all over again.

Loved how close we were to Disney Springs! We could walk there. Staff were very helpful. Its a beautiful hotel from the outside but the rooms need updating. No outlets for charging in our room other than the bathroom and 1 lamp. No streaming services available either which was a bummer. Lighting could be better too. Lazy river needs to be cleaned and monitored for prohibited behavior we witnessed during our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

After a long time, I can finally say I’m really happy with a Hilton stay. I was warmly welcomed by Alberto at the front desk — super friendly and helpful. He even gave me a great view of Disney Springs, which was a nice touch. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt great. I’d definitely recommend staying here, and I’ll be booking this hotel again next time I’m in the area.

From the moment we landed, our experience at this hotel has been nothing short of exceptional. We called ahead to inquire about an early check-in, and the gentleman who answered the phone, Bernie, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He assured us there was a room available, and the joy in his voice was so contagious, it made us even more excited for our arrival.
When we got to the hotel, the valet team was just as welcoming. They greeted us with warm smiles, opened our doors, and handled our luggage with great care, ensuring everything was brought inside safely. They also directed us to the parking area and check-in desk, and made sure to chat with us about where we were coming from (California) and our travels, such a thoughtful personal touch that made us feel right at home.
At the front desk, we were immediately greeted by Sabrina, Erica, and Bernie. Their smiles were as welcoming as their tone, and you could tell they genuinely enjoy their work. Erica checked us in, while Sabrina assisted her, and it was clear that they have great teamwork and a positive rapport. Bernie then introduced himself, personally welcomed us, and reassured us that he and his staff were always available should we need anything during our stay. Erica provided us with all the essential information, details on the hotel amenities, breakfast, parking, and late check-outs and answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism. As we wrapped up the check-in process, both Erica and Bernie wished us a wonderful stay, sending us off with their warm smiles.
When we walked into our room, we were absolutely delighted. The space was cozy, impeccably clean, and had no odors, just a fresh and inviting atmosphere. We stayed in a room with two queen beds that offered a beautiful view overlooking Lake Buena Vista, along with scenic sights of the park, play area, and pool. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the large TV made it easy to unwind. The room felt spacious, and everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged.
Overall, this hotel truly went above and beyond in every aspect, from the seamless check-in process to the comfort of the room. We felt incredibly well taken care of, and we’ll definitely be returning for our next trip to Florida!

Decent Stay with Some Highs and Lows My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Orlando for a quick two-day getaway last week. We were mainly looking to relax, and while there were definitely some enjoyable aspects, there were also a few drawbacks that impacted our overall experience.
Pros: The lazy river, while smaller than expected, was a fun way to unwind. Pool bar offered great drinks and food yes, a bit pricey, but that’s typical for the Disney area. Blue (after-hours) and the main lobby bar were both solid spots for a nightcap. Highly recommend the espresso martinis at either bar. We had a great view from Room 1238 (12th floor)—gorgeous sunsets and even the Epcot fireworks, which was a highlight.
Cons: The hotel seemed short-staffed at the pool bar, which resulted in some staff being noticeably short or less accommodating.
Our biggest issue was with the room location being so close to the elevators, we heard constant noise all night that sounded like shoes tumbling in a dryer. It definitely impacted our sleep and made it hard to fully enjoy the room. I would have like to been told that, and feel this was truly a dishonest room to place guest in.
Overall, the hotel has some great amenities and a prime location, but due to the noise issues, we’d likely choose a different option for our next stay.
