I had a great stay here! We arrived really late around 3 AMand the valet team immediately stood out for their friendliness and professionalism. Even at that hour, they were welcoming, quick to help with our luggage, and made check-in feel smooth and easy. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, with great amenities that made our stay even better. You can tell the staff really take pride in keeping everything well maintained. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again! 10/10!

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend and we had a terrible experience. First of all, the beds were not very comfortable. The rooms were not the nicest nor the biggest, they were also very loud! Our room had a big infestation! We’ve been fighting them with our infants formula. We ordered food that was expensive and mediocre at best, put it in the fridge as an after park snack. It was frozen; there’s no microwave. We were told we’d have an Epcot fireworks view, didn’t see any fireworks. We had a Walmart pick up order, asked bell services to bring it up. They said in about 20 minutes. 3 hours later, they never showed up with our order and some of our food had spoiled. The shuttle bus system is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. If you’re planning to park hop, it’s pretty much a nightmare as you have to reserve a spot on the bus, but it only lets you reserve departure from the hotel not from the parks. We park hopped and were almost left stranded at the parks if it hadn’t been for a nice couple who said we were with them to get on the shuttle back (we have an infant so Uber or Lyft weren’t options). Plus, if you book here, you can’t use the Minnie van service because it’s not a Disney property. I feel completely mislead by the advertising of this property and I would advise anyone with littles to just make life easy on yourself and book a Disney hotel. This place is terrible!

Came here for thanksgiving dinner. Our server Paulette was amazing, very friendly and attentive during our entire meal. She made this event for us fantastic.
Chef Alicia came by and spoke to us during the meal. The thanksgiving day special was truly delicious. I loved the cranberry specifically, it was inside of an apple which was splendid. The stuffing was in the shape of a muffin which was a great presentation.
I definitively believe this will be a tradition from now on for our thanksgiving.

We stayed here utilizing Hilton Points and wanted a fun, relaxing couple of days. While our room was fine, the cleaning was limited to making the bed and leaving fresh towels. We aren't messy, but had a suite and simply would have appreciated the wet bar counter to be wiped off, the floor vacuumed and the coffee/creamer replenished.
The concierge was a hot mess both times we asked for help/suggestions. Since they couldn't give me a recommendation for a spa ( this property doesn’t have one), I stopped to recommend one we had found. Instead of thanking me for the suggestion, he argued with me about why the other two places he works/is associated with are the only place he will tell people. I literally had to walk away while he was still arguing instead of simply saying, "thank you for the recommendation".
One bright spot was the lovely young lady that worked downstairs in the little snack shop. I'm kicking myself that I can't remember her name, but she was so pleasant and professional that if I owned a local business, I'd try to steal her away in the spot!
The pool was fine and the water warm. They were kind about providing us with ice for our drinks since the one by our room was broken the entire week of our stay.
Overall, this is a great property is you get a deal and don't have to pay too much. But don't expect any kind of special service. Everyone seemed as if WE(the guests) should be happy they are working there, rather than the customer service I normally expect and receive from Hilton properties. There are so many great properties in this area, so find one where they appreciate you.

We had such a great stay this weekend! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and enjoyable. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our experience special.
A special thank you to Romania at the front desk for her warm welcome and professionalism, and to Jordan (valet) and Max (bell service) for their outstanding service and friendly attitude. Everyone made us feel genuinely cared for.
We’ll definitely be returning. highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Orlando!
