Staff at the front desk and the whole valet team were very welcoming, helpful and nice to engage with. The room was clean, bed sheets and towels were clean and fresh to use. Bathroom tub, toilet, sink and shower curtains were clean and no mold found. I want to say a very special thank you to the housekeeping team for that. My stay was enjoyable not because of any outside activities but rather because of how well kept this hotel was.

Had a short trip (one day at MK) and we stayed at the Wyndham Garden Bay lake on property so we could get early entry perks plus be close to Disney Springs (all allstars were booked)…. My biggest tip; DO NOT STAY HERE
1. The beds themselves are awful and don’t fit the frame they are on. The mattresses are too big so it feels like you’re going to fall off the bed constantly.
2. The hotel has a beautiful lobby but the rooms are outdated motel rooms. They are small, grungy, dingy, and very dated.
3. You have to slam the door hard to get it to lock if you dint, the key lock mechanism will not engage and it wont lock. So all you hear all night is slamming doors over and over
4. Wifi doesnt work and the tv loses chsnnels constantly none of the USB ports work either
5. The walls are THIN. Im not a light sleeper at all but the walls are so thin you can not only hear every car door outside and other convos but we could litwrally hear the people next to us spraying on their sunscreen
Now, it’s 3am and the smoke alarm won’t stop going off randomly or chirping. It’s been changed 3 times in the last hour and we were just told by the maintenance guy “yeah sometimes some other maintenance techs put used or defective alarms back in the boxes instead of throwing them out”. THATS ILLEGAL, 100% unsafe, and against every fire code in the US. So who knows how many rooms have faulty alarms.
For the price we paid, plus a $25 per day parking fee; I could have stayed at one of the bigger, better, and nicer hotels just off property. It’s been AWFUL.

Exceeds Expectations--Perfect Location--Unmatched Service and Attention to Details--Resort for Every Age and Visitor.
I was fortunate to stay at Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort Area for a business trip last week. I was greeted by an amazing front desk reception team that took great care and provided excellent service. Paula M., Emily, Willette, Danilo, and Yomaris could not have been more generous and kind with all of my requests. The lobby bar has a fantastic selection of great drinks and a happy hour. Then I walked to Disney springs. When people say this resort is close to Disney springs it is even closer. The next day I went to the pool bar which has at least 6 televisions and fantastic food and drinks. I recommend staying in the tower for the breathtaking views. Also when I checked out and couldn't find my sunglasses I was devastated. Went back to hotel and Gloria A. from housekeeping had located them and put them in a safe place which really made my trip. I was already so thrilled about my experience I felt like I had to share it and I will certainly go back. Keep up the great work at this resort.

We had a great a stay. Our hotel was amazing the breakfast buffet was amazing every morning. Enough to fill us up all day. Bathrooms need updated. The water pressure in shower is not great, lighting in trh bathroom is not enough or bright enough, Beds are comfy. Very clean and the staff was wonderful. Loved that Disney springs was right next door.

Great location!! It's so close to Disney Springs. You can walk if you wanted to walk there. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet. The only thing that we had a little problem with was the toilet was a little difficult to flush. But other than that, it was a great overnight stay for my husband and I. I loved that we had control of our thermostat! We like the room COLD. The pool is very nice. They have an outdoor bar by the pool that serves drinks and food. We would definitely stay here again.
