We stayed in one of the rooms in the Sunset section of the hotel. Overall, it felt more like a motel than a traditional hotel room. As soon as we entered, there was a noticeable musty smell, likely due to humidity, and since none of the windows could be opened, ventilation was quite difficult.
At times, we even had to leave the door open just to get some fresh air inside. Although we didn’t see visible mold, the carpet didn’t feel very hygienic—even our wet shoes from the rain didn’t dry for two days, which might indicate high moisture retention in the room. Of course, this might be specific to our room, but I would recommend checking other reviews to see if others had similar issues.
Another negative point was the towels—they were very rough and uncomfortable to use.
On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is located within walking distance to Disney Springs. The shuttle service to Disney Parks was both frequent and comfortable. Except for the humidity issue, we didn’t experience any cleanliness problems, and there were no noise issues either.
Also, it was easy to reach restaurants and grocery stores outside the Disney area on foot, which was very convenient.

We just stayed at the Wyndham and it was so beautiful! Quiet and super clean! We loved our room so much too! We got the king size room with the Disney Parks view and it’s one of the best stays we’ve ever had! We love that it had a little cute market in the lobby. The lobby itself was so beautiful too! We’ll be staying here more in the future from now on!

Upon arriving at the hotel, You are greeted with an amazing scent as you enter The lobby! I loved it so much. I even asked how to buy it. It’s fresh and it smells like Florida like sea and sunshine. The staff was pleasant and professional. The hotel was clean and offered a lot. The only thing was we discovered some of those options towards the end of our stay and I wish upon checking in that they would Include that in their greeting to tell you all the amenities that are there at the hotel. It was so conveniently located right next to Disney Springs that we were able to walk to it every day and night. We love that the buses to each of the parks were free to the guests, and that was a great service. Love that they had a coffee bar and a 24 hour store for snacks or Toiletries that are needed. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel. It’s a great place to stay.

I would recommend Wyndham gardens at Disney springs, very friendly staff, rooms were clean bed was comfortable. I brought drinks and hoped the fridge would be cold and it was, only complaint was we ran out of liquid hand soap(which it was almost out when we arrived) pools were great and the hot tub was amazing! And only about a 3 min walk to Disney springs, and free shuttle to the parks there and back.

Enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back! Nice and clean rooms. Every single employee was very pleasant. The brunch was amazing. Free Disney shuttle was a plus. The resort pool was fantastic.
