Awesome room, comfy bed, cool and clean. Fantastic, attentive staff. The pool area is incredible, with multiple pools and waterfall. Everything you need is on site. Once again, staff was incredible. We'll be back 😁. Oh, and the view of Disney World , around 9:00 p.m., is a site to behold. Large fires and fireworks and amazing lights, including the glowing Epcot ball. 🎆

Upon arriving at the hotel, You are greeted with an amazing scent as you enter The lobby! I loved it so much. I even asked how to buy it. It’s fresh and it smells like Florida like sea and sunshine. The staff was pleasant and professional. The hotel was clean and offered a lot. The only thing was we discovered some of those options towards the end of our stay and I wish upon checking in that they would Include that in their greeting to tell you all the amenities that are there at the hotel. It was so conveniently located right next to Disney Springs that we were able to walk to it every day and night. We love that the buses to each of the parks were free to the guests, and that was a great service. Love that they had a coffee bar and a 24 hour store for snacks or Toiletries that are needed. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel. It’s a great place to stay.

Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista is our home away from home! Every time we go to Disney we stay here. We don't even entertain the idea of staying anywhere else. The staff is always so friendly at check-in/checkout. Housekeeping comes everyday, even days when we might have got out of the room later than expected. Coming back to a nicely made bed and fresh towels after a long day is my favorite part of staying here. The pool is huge and always so refreshing! The downstairs shop is always stocked with relevant goodies and drinks, I like to stop in after a long park day and get myself a little night cap. Anyway out of the 20 times we have stayed here over the years I have had ZERO complaints. The rooms are modern and sleek no frills but aesthetically pleasing and plenty of space for a family of 3/4 for one room. No weird hidden fees charged to your card after you checkout, not grimey carpets, everything is always just perfect and you can't beat the price and location!

The location was ideal, rooms clean, and the hotel itself consistently emitted a pleasant and clean aroma regardless of the time of entry. While the front desk staff could benefit from exhibiting a more welcoming and friendly demeanor, overall the experience was exceptional.
The coffee shop in the main lobby had some staff who were extremely rude, but perhaps they were having a difficult morning. Regardless, we had a great overall experience.

Had a short trip (one day at MK) and we stayed at the Wyndham Garden Bay lake on property so we could get early entry perks plus be close to Disney Springs (all allstars were booked)…. My biggest tip; DO NOT STAY HERE
1. The beds themselves are awful and don’t fit the frame they are on. The mattresses are too big so it feels like you’re going to fall off the bed constantly.
2. The hotel has a beautiful lobby but the rooms are outdated motel rooms. They are small, grungy, dingy, and very dated.
3. You have to slam the door hard to get it to lock if you dint, the key lock mechanism will not engage and it wont lock. So all you hear all night is slamming doors over and over
4. Wifi doesnt work and the tv loses chsnnels constantly none of the USB ports work either
5. The walls are THIN. Im not a light sleeper at all but the walls are so thin you can not only hear every car door outside and other convos but we could litwrally hear the people next to us spraying on their sunscreen
Now, it’s 3am and the smoke alarm won’t stop going off randomly or chirping. It’s been changed 3 times in the last hour and we were just told by the maintenance guy “yeah sometimes some other maintenance techs put used or defective alarms back in the boxes instead of throwing them out”. THATS ILLEGAL, 100% unsafe, and against every fire code in the US. So who knows how many rooms have faulty alarms.
For the price we paid, plus a $25 per day parking fee; I could have stayed at one of the bigger, better, and nicer hotels just off property. It’s been AWFUL.
