My family stayed here over New Year’s and had an excellent experience!
The hotel is a bit older but kept up well. The pool was heated and we enjoyed it one evening, although other days were too chilly outside. We especially liked the zero-entry part for our toddler. My kids liked the ping pong and other games. We didn’t try the small arcade.
The service was very friendly, from the bell service to the front desk to the bar and breakfast staff, everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. They honored my Diamon status with free breakfast vouchers, and of course the kids ate free at breakfast and at the small bar/restaurant. The dinner menu was small but it was good enough for an easy night in after our Disney Springs day.
We walked to Disney Springs multiple times, a very easy 10 minute stroll with a raised walkway across the road.
We didn’t try the park shuttle service, but we did enjoy the early theme park entry amenity at multiple parks during our stay at this Disney good neighbor hotel.
For the price and convenience, this hotel was excellent. We will definitely consider it again the next time we visit Walt Disney World!

Overall we had a decent stay. It is very close to Disney springs. Service inconsistence. They put ballons in my room for my birthday which was really nice. Upon check in I wasnt told of the typical things such as time of checkout, complimentary drinks, pool hours, how the shuttle works, etc. Each person is spoke to was nice though. I feel like part of a hotels job is to anticipate what a guest may need to know so if you dont know what to ask about, you won't have the information. My biggest complaint was the noise. I booked a room with a balcony on purpose. I looked nice and relaxing in the photos. I purposely did not book on overlooking the pool bc I thought it may be noisy, well my room ended up over looking the highway. Even with the door shut it was very loud. I sleep light so I didnt get a great night's rest even on the 14th floor. Id call the hotel in advance to ensure you do not have room overlooking the highway if u are light sleeper.

We stayed at the IHG Disney Springs for one night as we came through the area. We booked it through Chase travel and selected it for its walkability to Disney Springs. The hotel met our expectations for our brief stay. Our girls enjoyed a quick swim in the pool. We then walked to Disney Springs for some entertainment and shopping and returned, and then drove only ~1 mile to nearby restaurants for dinner. Overall a great location and everything met our expectations for our night; our room was comfortable and clean. Check-in was quick and smooth, with Eric being very welcoming and friendly at the front desk.

The Customer Service is great. The bed is comfortable. Those are my only high points. I'm a loyal Holliday Inn patron and a Disney fanatic. My mother in law retired from Holliday Inn, I trust them and frequently choose them. Their standards are normally high and the beds are comfortable. Not only is this not up to Disney standards, it's below typical Holiday Inn standards. The bathroom was not clean and there were bugs in the sink. Odd little bugs. The restaurant only served breakfast and the "park transportation" is a failure. We couldn't use it because they wanted to pick us up at 7am and 7pm from the park. Useless. It's a 20 minute walk to the Bus station at Disney Springs and that was ok because the weather was nice and we like to walk, but you need to know this. Again, the customer service staff was awesome. I won't choose this hotel again. Especially not for Disney. And my confidence in both Holiday Inn and Disney Is shaken.

Not happy with the ridiculous extra charges on this reservation. We stayed for one night. Payed $178 PLUS a surprise $98 for parking and resort fees PLUS $50 for 2 people eating the breakfast. Definitely feel nickel and dimed and nothing is that great at this hotel.
We have stayed at drury in the past and had a much better experience. I expressed my frustration because I understood the breakfast to be included but it’s actually almost $25 a person.
Elevators are sketchy and drop and rise fast. It’s not a smooth ride and feels like you are on the tower of terror. Once the elevator even opened on the maintenance room side and we didn’t know how to open the other side of the elevator.
Hallways smell like old cigarette smoke.
Pool is nice and so is hot tub. Didn’t care for the sprinklers constantly shooting from the pool but it wasn’t a deal breaker either.
It is close to Disney springs but there are so many other hotels close by that this one has definitely left a sour taste in our mouth.
