A Fantastic Stay Near Disney Springs
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, located just within sight of Disney Springs—an absolutely perfect location for anyone planning to explore the area. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stylish decor and a welcoming atmosphere.
Our room was spotless and very comfortable, clearly well-maintained with attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond with excellent customer service, making our stay even more enjoyable.
I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area. It’s a great combination of location, comfort, and hospitality. Five stars!

I’ve never been compelled to write a negative hotel review, but when every single thing about the rooms are awful, you just gotta do it. When you walk into your room (we stayed in the tower), it instantly smells of damp sheets. This is because everything is damp. Everything. There’s no fan in the bathroom so when people shower, everything in the room is disgustingly moist. Your sheets stick to you because they’re just permanently wet. Not to mention there was hair all over the comforters and bathroom floor when we walked in. The carpets are filthy, my socks were black from walking on it. Everything in the bathroom was rusty and guess what? This hotel is so bad, you can’t even use a shower. Nope! Our shower was completely broken so we had to wash our hair from the bath faucet. We stayed for only one night because we genuinely couldn’t stand the room anymore. We contemplated getting up with our stuff and leaving in the middle of the night. This is so disappointing, as even just a few years ago, this place was still in great shape with good quality rooms. Never staying here again unfortunately, you’re better off staying on Disney property, as it’s the same price and much better quality.

Parking is charged separately.
Lovely hotel within walking distance to Disney Springs. Discounted tickets and shuttle available for nearby attractions. Friendly service. Great views of the area and fireworks from multiple parks at night. Balcony light can be distracting and we couldn't find an off switch so we threw a shirt over it during the shows. Nice experience.

We loved the pool and hot tub here. I did feel adding the extra “resort fee” and additional 12+ % tax later on without letting us know upfront when we booked it was it wrong and sort of shady. I also didn’t like that when I booked the stay six months ago it said this hotel provides transportation to and from the airport. This was very important to me and the top factor in determining which hotel to stay at. It should not have been used or stated online if they don’t actually provide that service…. That was false advertising and misleading. Other than those, the pluses seemed to outweigh any negatives. The beds and pillows are the best I’ve slept on at an hotel… super comfortable. I’d love to know what brand pillows? All the staff have been outstanding and service here has been exceptional by all of the staff. The bathroom in our room is brand new and beautiful. It is very clean and that is important to me. Thank you for your kindness and good work, Holiday Inn staff. 🫶🏼

Gave 3 stars because the staff was super nice. We usually stay at the Marriott near Sea World. The Marriott doesn't charge you 25-29 dollars a day to park there unlike this place. The $29 parking is closer and less.of a walk, so they figure they'll charge more for those few less steps. That Marriott is so much nicer too.
No cart to take your baggage to the room. They have them, but they refuse to let you touch them. The staff has to do it. Which means they'll be expecting a tip for their service.
Marriott near Sea World has none of this silliness and I highly recommend that place over this joint.
