This hotel was perfect for me! Here's what I loved and some things to keep in mind:
1. The hotel isn't new but is very clean and well kept. It's not a sprawling Disney deluxe resort but there is a pool, bar, and my room has a balcony. Perfect if you plan to be out and about most of the time. If you plan to spend entire days at your hotel, I'd maybe consider something else. The hotel is quiet and feels very safe.
2. The front desk at all hours were very friendly and accommodating.
3. You do have to pay for breakfast and parking.
4. The housekeeping was phenomenal. My room was clean when I arrived and refreshed as expected each day.
5. The location cannot be beat and is a very short walk to Disney springs. If you're more adventurous, you can also walk to the outlets and other stores down the road.
6. My room faced the highway but the noise didn't bother me. You can hear it at night though but even as a very light sleeper, it didn't bother me.
7. The hotel does offer shuttles to/from the parks. At least when departing the parks, they always arrived on time. One bus did have a few leaks though from the roof but I'm hoping that's an anomaly.
8. I know I already mentioned this but I really appreciated the balconies. Hard to find and it was clean and relaxing.
9. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms came with plenty of towels. They also give you two bottles of water a day.

The Holiday Inn Orlando Disney springs is situated walking distance from Disney springs, which is great since the parking at Disney springs can get very busy. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, there is a mini fridge, microwave, coffee/tea maker and a hairdryer. Our room was serviced daily. The hotel has early entry access into the Disney parks which makes a huge difference to your Disney day! The pool area is amazing! The hotel uses a shuttle bus service to and from the parks which is complementary for all guests to use. We had a very comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Orlando Disney Springs Area.

This hotel is so nice, very clean, staff is 100/10. Everyone is so nice and willing to help if you need anything. The rooms are so spacious and beds are sooooo comfortable, perfect to sleep on after a loooong day at Disney. You can walk to Disney springs which was very nice too and the shuttle to Disney is soooo comfortable and drives are so nice and funny. My only complaint was the guy by the vacations desk that tried to sell me a “free gift” since I already had tickets to Disney and got upset because apparently I was “so good financially I didn’t need the 150 he tried to give me for free”. If it’s free, why you getting so upset I don’t want it ? lol Other than that, I would stay here another time because everything else was on point

This was our second hotel during our vacation because the first holiday Inn we checked into was disgusting and had mold on the walls, so we had to move. Unfortunately, this hotel was not much better.
I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of this hotel room. The shower area was visibly dirty, with buildup in the corners, and dark residue around the shower shelf and fixtures that appeared to be mildew or long-term grime.
It also clearly looked like someone had used an Irish Spring bar of soap in the shower before we even used the room, which is unacceptable. If they can’t do a simple wipe-down of common surfaces, it makes me seriously wonder what else isn’t being cleaned properly.
Additionally, after walking in the room, my family and I developed rashes on our feet, which made our entire stay uncomfortable and itchy.
Also the body wash and shampoo bottles were not refilled, and I had to call on our first day just to receive more.
I would not stay at this hotel again until they raise their standard of “clean”.
