Rooms are a nice size and well kept and clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. On arrival you are given 2 drink tickets that allow you to get drinks at the bar which was a nice plus. The hotel is a great deal for people going to Disney world. It's about 15 min walk to the Disney springs' shuttle area so you can easily get to any park or resort. They also have there own free shuttle company that takes you to the parks on the hour. Overall we will be staying here again next Disney work trip

This was such an awesome and much more affordable alternative to staying on Disney property. Walking distance to Disney Springs and they do have freecharter buses to the parks you have to book a day ahead of time (theyre a little chaotic at pickup from the parks). Also gave us a free drink at the bar upon check in. The breakfast is an added cost so we opted for just getting the coffee and snacks from the grab and go in the lobby. Staff was incredibly friendly and extended our stay at the lowest cost when we had to add a day due to our flight being delayed. Lastly, there was a room for us to keep our luggage locked away after checking out so we could squeeze in another park day, which was extremely helpful! Highly recommend and would come back!

I had high hopes for this hotel. 🏨 sadly it fell way below ⬇️ expectations. Upon entering lobby, there is a weird smell..maybe someone wore cheap perfume..it was smelling like that all the way to the elevator. Surprise..if you’re a DIAMOND ELITE you’re still getting $60 fee even if you don’t park a car. 🚘 The list of items they charge for this fee for is laughable. 🛗 the room itself was ok. Not exceptional and the heat worked on a cold night. The bed was comfy but the carpet was worn. The toilet was dirty upon entering room. The noise level was very high too as the room was near an ice machine. 40,000 points later I’m pissed.
I ordered food at the bar. The $32 steak came with half of the steak greasy fat! The other half a mystery steak? I’ve eaten steaks before at IHG hotels and this was cringe. I want my money back.
The salad was bad too. The drinks 🍹 however were fine.
Next morning I ordered breakfast and it exceeded expectations. The WiFi in lobby jams your regular WiFi on phone. The phone doesn’t work until you connect with their WiFi. Suspect. With a lot of maintenance this could be a great IHG stay. Sadly, it isn’t worth it!

My family stayed here over New Year’s and had an excellent experience!
The hotel is a bit older but kept up well. The pool was heated and we enjoyed it one evening, although other days were too chilly outside. We especially liked the zero-entry part for our toddler. My kids liked the ping pong and other games. We didn’t try the small arcade.
The service was very friendly, from the bell service to the front desk to the bar and breakfast staff, everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. They honored my Diamon status with free breakfast vouchers, and of course the kids ate free at breakfast and at the small bar/restaurant. The dinner menu was small but it was good enough for an easy night in after our Disney Springs day.
We walked to Disney Springs multiple times, a very easy 10 minute stroll with a raised walkway across the road.
We didn’t try the park shuttle service, but we did enjoy the early theme park entry amenity at multiple parks during our stay at this Disney good neighbor hotel.
For the price and convenience, this hotel was excellent. We will definitely consider it again the next time we visit Walt Disney World!

Overall, our stay was average, but there were several issues that impacted the experience.
The biggest concern was the additional fees. By the end of our stay (3 nights), we paid over $75 more than the total originally confirmed on Holiday Inn’s official website. We booked directly to avoid unexpected charges, so that was disappointing. Greater transparency around the final cost would go a long way.
There were also ants in the bathroom, which was concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. In addition, the road noise from Interstate 4 was fairly loud at times and made it harder to fully relax.
That said, the hotel itself was generally fine otherwise. With clearer pricing and better attention to cleanliness and noise control, this property could provide a much stronger overall experience.
