We spent three nights and four days. We are the grandparents enjoying a stay with our Son’s family. We had 1 bedroom suite with an attached additional room. We had a full kitchen(dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, stove, fridge, dishes etc.). Washer and dryer included. Screened balcony with table and chairs which overlooks pool area. The pool area was very nice!! Plenty of seating and fun for all Highly recommend I wish I would have taken pictures of the inside of the room

This property met our needs for a family vacation to Orlando. It is close to SeaWorld Orlando and Discovery Cove, but only about 25 mins to parks like Universal Studios.
The staff was very helpful in helping us book tickets to SeaWorld and the Activities Center helped with a unique need, as one of our souvenirs required a screwdriver. The team went above and beyond to assist us with this.
The rooms were spacious and offered a great view of the area.
During our stay, one of the elevators stopped working and left our building with only one elevator to accommodate many guests, including those that were there for an event. It was a one off but still a hiccup in the trip nonetheless.
Overall, it was a nice hotel stay for our family.

Great pools with waterfall and plenty of shallow areas. Small splash pad and kiddie pool. Four hot tubs to choose from. Lots of activities and crafts for kids. We got the 3 bedroom unit and it was more than enough room for all of us!

I came here on promotion from HDVC and it has been an awful experience. My first room looked and felt like a room you would rent by the hour. The refrigerator was In the middle of the hallway, you couldn't open the bathroom door without it hitting the refrigerator. The closet sounded like an ice machine lived in It. The bathroom towels are above the tokiet for a handicap accessible room. Design for the space was terrible. Also, the toleiet didnt flush and i had to plunge it 3 times to just get pee down. I did get moved to another room and the layout was better BUT the A/C doesn't work. They offered me a box fan! Needless to say, I would not recommend this place nor would I ever stay here again. AND I wouldn't spend the 22k membership fee for anything like this in my lifetime. Certainly not putting your best foot forward if you want that kind of money from an owner. Save your money and pick something else.

It was a typical resort. I've seen better.
The pool in the back was nice.
The front area where the entertainment was located was nice, but they only had bingo, which you had to buy boards for 12$, and an art room that was mostly for children. I didn't see a pool table or table tennis or any other activities to do.
The printer wasn't working, and when I asked for assistance, I was told to send it to the concierge, and she would print it out.
My friend saw a roach in the bathroom. It ran behind the mirror when she tried to kill it.
I asked for clean towels and never got them.
The balcony was nice. I love that it was screened in. But the view is not very good.
Although I could see the pool from my window.
A lot of the staff didn't speak English.
I usually stay at Hiltons, and I'm a member of the Honors program and have never had a problem until I stayed art this one.
