good resort but with very old rooms, really old furniture, some beds are so bad you can feel the springs. size of the suite is decent, bathrooms are decent, swimming pools and hot tubs are relaxing. Activities for kids are amazing and well thought.

I gave a 4/5 for the room because on the last day, there was a roach, NOT a palmetto bug, that kept crawling out of the bathroom sink. We didn't call or text the front desk about it because we were leaving in a couple of hours. The other downside is that their parking lot is small and packed. Otherwise, it was great! I absolutely LOVED the tall ceilings! The room was beautifully decorated, stylish, and comfortable. They give you plenty of pillows as well, though I didn't care for them. I found them extremely uncomfortable. They look stunning but quickly flatten out and not in a good way. I love the option to either text or call the front desk. The staff there were all professional, inviting, and most importantly, HAPPY. They made you feel welcome rather than a nuisance. Everything was clean in the resort and on the grounds. The pool deck, pools, and hot tubs all looked wonderful, though we didn't have time to enjoy any of the amenities. I would definitely come back! Thank you to all of the staff for being so pleasant!

Great timeshare to relax in located across from Sea World. Big, comfy rooms with balconies and a great view. There are grills near the pool area so you can really enjoy family time. Staff is friendly and will move you from one area to another so yiu avoid long walks.

Stayed here twice. Great experience both times. Literally across the street from Sea World and minutes from Disney. High floors facing Disney, you can get a view of the fireworks. Room was clean. Pool was great, pond out back, grills available, and ping pong and other games by pool. Great experience!

Outdated rooms. Dishwasher in my room didn't work. Pool is open until 11pm but at 7:30 pm there weren't any pool towels available. My 4 years old granddaughter was shivering and no one (pool staff) was able to assist me. I had to cover her with my clothes. My room was for 4 guests but only 2 bath towels and no sheets for the sofa bed. It took them more than an hour to bring us the stuff we needed. Definitely not a good vacation experience. Poor customer service.
