We stayed 7 nights from June 25 to July 2nd. Our experience on a single room suite was excellent. With lots of space and amenities our stay was quite confortable and pleasant. Location was very convenient for us while visiting Sea World, Disney and Universal parks. Service was exceptionally good, even at late hours at night. Thank you Jessica, Ashley, Monae, Guido, both Davids from NY and Cuba, Derek, Jaimie, Tianna and Dayana for making our experience so memorable, all HGV team was great. Keep up the good work! We will definitely consider this hotel for upcoming family Vacations purposes.

I was really hoping to love this place. The room was very spacious and the location was great. It's gated so it feels safe. However, the cleaning and services were lacking. In a week long stay we only had housekeeping once. I had to beg to have someone come over and clean out the shower that had a giant dead roach in it. I was told that I could've had housekeeping come earlier if I had requested earlier in the morning. However, we had been out at the parks all day and had just got back around 6pm. So it wasn't terribly late. There was always staff zooming through the parking lots on golf carts "looking" busy. But I never saw any cleaning getting done in my building. I had shavings left on my counter in the bathroom and my son found a toy car in the living room from a previous guest. If you check in during the rush hour, don't expect to get a rundown of the property, you just have to figure it out on your own, like we did. You get a text with a link about activities but the calendar was a mess to read.

Have called 3 times about having the ac fixed. It's still not working. It is 74 degrees currently in my room. The thermostat is set at 68 and has not been below 72 degrees in the room. Very minimal cooking utensils even though there is a full kitchen to make meals in. Floors are dirty and unsanitary. The floors will turn your socks and feet black must wear shoes in your room. Beds are rock hard and very uncomfortable. Do not recommend.

Really enjoyed the pools after long days at the parks. Location is great easy to get to most things. Check In on. Sunday was a pretty big hassle room was not ready until after 5. Service desk was nice. Concierge service were great assisting with getting park tickets. Restaurant onsite downstairs at pool had some descent food little pricey but several good beers on tap. Smash burger really good with Tots. Pool was nice and warm. Of course rooms 2 bedroom with full kitchen and washer and dryers. Had great little porch and there were grills for use as well!

Very convenient location for any Orlando attraction or conference. The resort was very nice overall and the rooms are clean and spacious. The pools were nice with plenty of chairs available. There were different activities throughout the day. We listened to poolside karaoke one evening.
Upon check-in, there is a staff member who asks for your name. If you are an owner, they pull you out of line and take you to the "VIP Check In". The only thing VIP is that they offer you a drink and snack. This is an attempt to get you to do an owner update presentation. I was staying here for a conference and she was not happy that I said I didn't have time for an update. They called the room and my cell phone several more times to ask to schedule an update after being told no upon check-in.
The room phones didn't always work to call for a ride to the lobby or main pool. We were in building 10 so it was a 10-minute walk to the lobby to get picked up by Uber (wouldn't normally mind but it was 100+ degrees out). Uber may have driven back to the building to pick us up if requested but they dropped us at the lobby each time so we didn't ask. There seemed to only be 2 or 3 golf carts which was not enough with the resort at capacity. The golf cart drivers were friendly and helpful when they were available.
