The Sonesta ES Suites Orlando was fabulous. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had the two rooms with kitchen. The staff was nice and accommodated. We had someone with us that couldn't go up stairs. So they changed our room to the ground level. We would love to stay here again. Big pool, jacuzzi, laundry room, and game room.

Great hotel for the price. We got a two bedroom suite and it was very roomy. Areas were clean, staff was very nice and attentive. Great area near the parks. Didn’t take mine, but looks like they are pretty dog friendly. Only downside is there are no elevators so it kind of sucked having to go up 3 flights of stairs after a day at the parks but for a weekend I didn’t mind.

Good location, but I do not recommend this place at all. It is the LOUDEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. People bringing chairs out into the hallway to hang out and play music, big groups of kids/teens running around SCREAMING through the pool area and stairways, playing tag all around the hotel. Kids at the pool unsupervised throwing trash in the hot tub, which we cleaned up. We bought resort passes to another hotel to enjoy their pool and amenities instead because it’s absolute chaos here. With all the other hotels in the area, choose somewhere else!

We had a big problem with this hotel. As a precaution, we brought our kitchen utensils along with us: frying pan, saucepan, silverware, a thermo, some cups... On the day we were leaving, I accidentally left my belongings in the dishwasher. When I returned that same afternoon to retrieve them, no one was willing to assist me. Unfortunately, we ended up losing everything, which was worth more than $300.
Despite their promise to check and call, they never followed up. When we attempted to contact them, they did not answer. Two months later, during another trip to Orlando, I personally went to claim my belongings. However, they still did not provide any solution and claimed they did not know where my things were.
The conclussion is that if you leave something valuable in the room, you may consider it lost and never get it back. The second time I went to complain in person, the guy at the desk, oddly enough, was drinking from a thermo similar to the one I had lost.

Great location and staff are excellent. A little older and small bathrooms but clean. If your on a budget and want a quality place to stay this is it. Heated pool, small arcade, small laundry. Can purchase tickets to all parks here as well. Quite time is enforced 10pm to 7am, very much appreciated. Will be returning next visit to Florida. Great value.
