To be honest this is a perfect hotel specially if you are going to spend most of the day out on parks or activities.
The hotel is perfect for a mid budget stay, it has a nice pool, breakfast service for 15 dollars, game room and the apartment (2 rooms, living room and kitchen) was super clean, comfortable and well equipped with a microwave, coffee maker and even a dishwasher.
Beds were nice, clean sheets and bathrooms with a good water pressure.
It's located 5 minutes away from Disney Springs by car and across the street you can find stores, gift shops and restaurants, location is just great.
Pros: locations, nice apartment, price, great staff.
Cons: room service is not everyday, they only change the towels.
Totally recommend

This is a great place when we have the whole family going to Disney. Location is great, the front desk is friendly, and the rooms are pretty spacious. The biggest issue is they don't have an elevator but luckily we got the first floor because my mom can't walk up stairs. There was also an arcade but all the games were out of service so that was a bit disappointing

A beautiful place to stay. Quiet, very large rooms, self catering but there is a cafe for breakfast if you want it. We had a two bedroom suite for just two of us but it would sleep 8 in total using the sofabed too. Stairs to get to apartment but no lift. So bottom floor if you have accessibility problems. The pool is quiet and very clean and tidy. You'd be need a car ideally unless you walked along the road nearby which had a few restaurants and shops. There's also an abc liquor store right next door too.

Big room for the price, but it's not as cheap as it seems after you account for the fees and parking. Didn't see housekeeping show during our stay (they only come M, W, F if I remember correctly, but our stay crossed a Monday and it didn't look like they came). Had to reuse the same two towels per bathroom throughout the trip.
In a word, the room was practical. No frills, but very functional for what we needed. The appliances (fridge, microwave, even a stove!) were great and quite convenient, and I appreciate the plates and silverware provided. Other aspects of the rooms, such as the bath fans and especially the hot water (which was quite spotty and most of our showers were cold) could have used some maintenance.
Location was pretty good, although if you're headed to Disney Springs and the traffic is against you, that one extra turn to get to Hotel Plaza Blvd can take a long time even though it's geographically quite close.

Gonna try to keep it short. I hate leaving reviews but I think certain things should be resolved for the future clients. Very dirty (floors were not mopped still had stains, tub had hair grass and stains), smelled bad, the couch had stains. Our smoke alarm went off out of nowhere, they sent out a repair man so he replaced the batteries and when he was about to leave it went off again! Repair man said if it still goes off just unplug it all.. I wonder if the side of the hotel (dog friendly) was the dirtiest/least taken care of. I think it should be cleaned more thoroughly, no? Sadly we will not be staying there again.
