Excellent stay! We were here for a competition and everyone was great! The rooms were extremely clean and ready when we checked in early. Housekeeping was respectful and helpful and we enjoyed the amenities. I was able to work from the lobby area as there are plenty of places to sit comfortably, work or enjoy the atmosphere. Food is pricey, but their açaí bowls are so good! The pools are great as well-we spent a lot of time by the pool and it was comfortable and relaxing. And the fries at the pool are delicious. Nice job, Hyatt! One of the few places I’ve stayed that I can honestly say was a perfect experience.

Great location close to everything Orlando has to offer. Busy hotel but the check in process was quick and easy. Valet was also quick, even with a lot of cars arriving the time we did.
Tried most of the restaurants on site. Food was great and good size portions.
The pool bar, is more of a walk up and get served type bar, not actual bar seating - but plenty of other spots to sit on pool deck.
Rooms were good size, clean and comfy.
Will definitely stay there again.

We were here for the US National competition of the International Academic Competitions. The room was very comfortable, and the hotel had a great location. It is convenient that there is a Market inside the hotel that is open 24/7, operated with expanded Starbucks fare. However, the cost of all food items on offer was naturally high due to the 5* location. When the hotel is at capacity, getting down to lower levels becomes a challenge. Although there are several elevator bays, at one point, we had to wait for 25 minutes for an elevator, and even then, we would rather took the one that went up, so we could eventually get down to the conference level.

I was here for a conference this week and honestly can't say enough good things about my stay. The hotel is beautiful, the pools and other amenities are a plus. I only ate at one restaurant, the B-Line Diner, and the food and service was great... no complaints. Gigi at the front desk was super helpful at check in with my questions and a request and Amira in housekeeping was super wonderful in getting me down-alternative bedding. All the staff here are super professional, friendly, and attentive. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked fine and the evenings were quiet so I slept very well! All added up to a successful presentation for me. Many thanks, Hyatt Regency Orlando.

The hotel is clean, beautifully maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are great. However, I’m deducting a few stars because of the lack of umbrellas around the pool area. With only a handful available, it is nearly impossible to find shade during peak hours, which made lounging by the pool less enjoyable. A small fix just adding more umbrellas would make a big difference for guest comfort. People tend to save shaded spots when they leave for their meals. There should be staff on hand to monitor.
