Our 3-day stay at Hyatt was fantastic, all thanks to Dalina! She provided such warm and thoughtful service with a constant bright smile. We arrived early and she kindly arranged an early check-in for us.
We used a Goh award for this stay and were delightfully surprised with a suite upgrade. What a lucky treat!
The hotel’s location is super convenient for Universal Studios, and the shuttle service from the lobby made getting there easy. Our room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable.
We truly enjoyed every moment and will cherish this happy stay!

I've stayed here for a week at a time for a conference over the last few years. The hotel is convenient with the conference located in the same building.
Elevators are fast and do not require a long wait during busy day with conference attendees.
Rooms are comfortable, clean and generally on good condition. Housekeeping staff was courteous and cared for my room first thing in the morning which made it helpful to spend that if day in room for work. However I saw housekeeping busy ask day and into evening. Housekeeping occurred everyday.
Beds were clean with starched sheets. Outlets were ok for charging convenience. Plenty of closet and drawer space for my week long stay.
Local dining amenities were ok, but super expensive ($9 ice cream bar!). Convenience is nice, but I found myself looking for other options in walking distance and there are some good options.
Bathroom was nice. I liked the clock in the bathroom mirror. The room TV uses Google Chromecast to watch streaming services and worked fine. Hulu doesn't do well, but that's Hulu.
There is a covered app ride pick-up/drop-off that is out of the way of guests arguing and departing. Convenient of you are often getting rides to nearby destinations.

I appreciate how management is very responsive, professional , and patient with guests. That is the main reason why I am giving a 5 instead of 4 star review .
1. When we arrived at the hotel after a very long drive two bellman were not very helpful. One told me to just take my luggage to my room myself . And the other one allowed our stuff to drag off the luggage cart . Being a Hyatt Explorist and having visited other Hyatt regency hotels I was not used to bellmen responding in this way , however , management was very understanding and accommodating. And after observing while staying here it just may be at this hotel that everyone takes their luggage themselves , but I assumed that a 4 star Hyatt regency would provide this service given that the bellmen are here, standing , and available .
2. I did not like food offering here . The Italian and sushi restaurants are only open for dinner. It would be nice if they were also open for other meals.
3. I enjoyed my spa experience . They had a facial holiday special . The environment was very soothing . The spa has a secluded outdoor whirlpool area and a lounge with adult coloring books and refreshments. Staff were friendly and helpful . There was a steam room but no sauna .
4. The regency club lounge was inconsistent with their policy . The first day they allowed three adults to enter ; the next they said only 2 adults and 2 kids are allowed to enter without paying an extra $15. Again management was accommodating and helpful which I sincerely appreciate.
5. They have a nice outdoor pool with waterfall and water slide
6. studio 2 queen beds suite was refreshing with an amazing view and it was worth using my Hyatt points to book it

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were large and comfortable. I wish they had balconies but the floor to ceiling windows let in great light. Our room was impeccably clean and I appreciated that they offered daily maid service. We enjoyed their regency club for breakfast as well as the pool.
Self parking was inconveniently located next door and it was always a bit tricky to drop off passengers. There were always cars parked in the drive and I often had to wait to get through.
We would definitely stay again but probably not for a Disney world trip, the travel time was 20-40 minutes depending on traffic.

This was my second time at this hotel. The rooms are large and the meeting spaces are great! This is a huge hotel and conference center that can accommodate many events at once. Prices in the market and restaurants are a bit on the high side, but that's just the price you pay for the convenience of having many options on-site. There are also really good restaurants nearby (The Pointe is less than 1/2 mile walk from the hotel and it has lots of restaurants and bars). I look forward to returning to this location each year! The rooms have refrigerators but it would be really nice if there was a small microwave as well to reheat food that's been refrigerated.
