Good Hyatt with clean rooms and good amenities. We were there for a conference and it was easy to navigate the hotel and conference area. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Conference food was above average and they always had the drink areas fully stocked and ready to go.
Rooms are nice and clean. Not a huge variety of food / restaurant options and the pricing for those, along with cocktails is quite high. Overall a good experience and nice vibe.
They have a specific rideshare pickup area which is down from the main doors a bit.

My wife and I decided to extend our honeymoon by one extra day, so we booked a one-night stay here. The hotel was beautiful and offered plenty of things to do. What we didn’t realize, however, was that a large pharmaceutical conference was being hosted during our stay, which made the hotel quite busy. Despite the crowd, all of the staff were excellent and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Todd Wallen in valet was an absolute all-star. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and made us feel like valued guests. He was incredibly personable, easy to talk to, and even knew the area we were traveling from, which led to a great conversation. Todd helped us with directions, gave us a few local recommendations, and took the time to congratulate us on our honeymoon. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that much pride in their work and shows such authentic hospitality — he truly set the tone for a positive stay.
Our room was nice overall, though there were a few minor housekeeping issues, such as black spots at the bottom of the bathtub and a dirty exterior window. I also found it a bit unusual that there wasn’t a microwave in the room.
I booked through a third-party website, which didn’t include details about extra fees like the resort fee and parking fee. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but they were kind enough to remove the resort fee for me, which I really appreciated.
Overall, it was a good experience and a pleasant way to wrap up our honeymoon.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay, which was marred by multiple incidents, unfulfilled assurances, and what now appears to be a clear inconsistency if not outright misrepresentation regarding my promised compensation. I am extremely disappointed that I am once again dealing with issues of this magnitude at your property.
The first incident was a serious breach of privacy and protocol. A housekeeper attempted to enter my room after giving only a single, perfunctory knock. Had I not secured the additional latch, she would have walked in on me while I was in the middle of changing. This is not merely an inconvenience it is an unacceptable violation of guest privacy. When I reported this, I was assured that the resort fees would be refunded as a gesture of accountability.
Unfortunately, this was only the beginning of the problems. Throughout my stay, the guest in the adjoining room repeatedly attempted to open the connecting door to my room. This persistent attempt to gain access was both alarming and entirely inappropriate. I notified the Front Desk, expecting swift action and follow-through, but instead, I received more assurances with no meaningful resolution.
On 12/1, I contacted housekeeping for an update on the promised refund. I was informed very clearly that I would receive the refund at checkout and that the amount would be $388 and change. I accepted this amount because it came directly from your staff, and I trusted it to be accurate.
However, at checkout, I was refunded only $185 and change less than half of what I was explicitly told to expect. This discrepancy is unacceptable. There is no reasonable explanation for such a drastic difference, and the inconsistency between what I was promised and what I received reflects extremely poorly on your internal communication and overall guest service. At best, it indicates serious incompetence; at worst, it suggests I was given incorrect information simply to placate me in the moment.
While the majority of my stay could have been positive, these incidents and the mishandling of them overshadowed everything else. I do not appreciate being given contradictory information, nor do I appreciate feeling as though my concerns were dismissed or minimized. I was promised a $388 refund. I expect that promise to be honored in full without further delay.
I am requesting immediate correction of this matter and the issuance of the remaining refund owed. I trust you will address this promptly and professionally, as the current situation is entirely unacceptable.

Beautiful hotel but my room had a mildew smell. Thought it was just mine until I went to my friend's room and hers smelled like that as well. We were both in tower two twelfth floor so maybe others are better. Other than that everything was great

Location is great because it is in the lobby of the airport, however be prepared for upcharges and no breakfast for the rate of the room which is already ridiculously higher than other hotels(lol but you can add the option on for an additional fee which definitely defeats the point of included). Dated carpet (some holes) Hubs had a room reserved, get there but it's not ready but they have another one (same king bed) ready right now - for an additional $45. Seriously? There was hair and looked like paint chips or drippage in the tub.The hand soap and lotion smelled nice but the shampoo/conditioner/body wash smells awful even though it's supposedly the same brand/scent. I have never understood an odd number of towels in the bathroom for a couple - someone doesn't get a fresh towel for the morning shower. Baseboards looked atrocious, grey dried drip marks as if they were wiped with dirty water/dirty rag. Windows/door frame on the balcony look ok until you actually take a closer look and realize the jams/frames haven't been cleaned in ages. Not sure if the cleaning service persons ever actually learned to clean anything or just got lazy. 7115 was the room # and this was 11/22. May want to have someone check behind your cleaners. Pool is small and we didn't bother as they only had a handful of chairs (less than ten and all taken). Towels are inside before you go out to the pool but unless you know where to look you won't find them. Glad they had a water jug but the water tastes off. Could just be the brand. Did like the indoor plants.
