Our 3-day stay at Hyatt was fantastic, all thanks to Dalina! She provided such warm and thoughtful service with a constant bright smile. We arrived early and she kindly arranged an early check-in for us.
We used a Goh award for this stay and were delightfully surprised with a suite upgrade. What a lucky treat!
The hotel’s location is super convenient for Universal Studios, and the shuttle service from the lobby made getting there easy. Our room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable.
We truly enjoyed every moment and will cherish this happy stay!

I've stayed here for a week at a time for a conference over the last few years. The hotel is convenient with the conference located in the same building.
Elevators are fast and do not require a long wait during busy day with conference attendees.
Rooms are comfortable, clean and generally on good condition. Housekeeping staff was courteous and cared for my room first thing in the morning which made it helpful to spend that if day in room for work. However I saw housekeeping busy ask day and into evening. Housekeeping occurred everyday.
Beds were clean with starched sheets. Outlets were ok for charging convenience. Plenty of closet and drawer space for my week long stay.
Local dining amenities were ok, but super expensive ($9 ice cream bar!). Convenience is nice, but I found myself looking for other options in walking distance and there are some good options.
Bathroom was nice. I liked the clock in the bathroom mirror. The room TV uses Google Chromecast to watch streaming services and worked fine. Hulu doesn't do well, but that's Hulu.
There is a covered app ride pick-up/drop-off that is out of the way of guests arguing and departing. Convenient of you are often getting rides to nearby destinations.

This The Hyatt Regency Orlando has become our go-to luxury escape. We first stayed for the Cheez-It Bowl in 2025, returned again a few weeks ago, and are already looking forward to our next stay in mid-March.
From arrival to departure, every team member delivers warm, polished service with genuine care and attention. The hotel is immaculate, spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and refinement.
The resort atmosphere is exceptional. Whether lounging by the pool, spending time at the spa, or simply enjoying the calm, elevated energy of the property, this is a place where you truly unwind and recharge. Add in the walkable access to excellent restaurants, and it becomes the perfect long-weekend retreat.
Consistently exceptional. We return because it delivers every time.

This was my second time at this hotel. The rooms are large and the meeting spaces are great! This is a huge hotel and conference center that can accommodate many events at once. Prices in the market and restaurants are a bit on the high side, but that's just the price you pay for the convenience of having many options on-site. There are also really good restaurants nearby (The Pointe is less than 1/2 mile walk from the hotel and it has lots of restaurants and bars). I look forward to returning to this location each year! The rooms have refrigerators but it would be really nice if there was a small microwave as well to reheat food that's been refrigerated.

I want to share a frustrating experience at Hyatt Regency Orlando regarding a $25 pool towel charge that should never have been on my bill. We were staying here for the IAC event.
I never took a towel. When I raised this with the front desk, the agent's default assumption was that I was lying. He went back to look for any documentation of the charge, and found nothing. No proof I took a towel, nothing. At that point, the reasonable response would have been to apologize and remove the charge. Instead, he pivoted to: 'Someone must have used your card to get the towel.'
I told him my card never left my possession. I also asked the obvious follow-up: if a stranger truly used my card, wouldn't that same person have had access to my room? That's a serious security issue. His reply was that the hotel doesn't make mistakes.
Think about that for a moment. Faced with no evidence supporting the charge, the staff's position was that either I was lying or some unknown person had compromised my room access, anything other than admitting a billing error.
The $25 was eventually refunded, but I never received an apology or even an acknowledgment that this could have been handled better. For a hotel of this caliber, that's a poor reflection of service standards. Check your bill carefully if you stay here — and I hope IAC chooses a better venue for future events.
