This resort is incredible! It's good for the family trip. I came to spend time here with my family and it is very nice since the room is very big and has a kitchen inside. I love all the amenities here, it makes my vacation so convenient! I got the room with the lake view which is so nice and relaxing. I love the way we can enjoy so many pools. It is kind of very big and has a lazy river along which I found it’s cool. If you plan to have a vacation trip with your whole family I recommend staying here. They also have the BBQ grill station along the lake with a seating area. The best resort in Orlando! Everything is so convenient and that makes my trip more memorable, I'm so thankful. The service is pretty nice too from the reception to room service. The great thing is it’s close to Disney World.

A friend and I decided to plan a surprise visit to the Orlando area to celebrate a friend’s birthday at Epcot. Deciding to stay at the Wyndham Grand Resort was a good choice. When we arrived we were met great customer service from Ben at the check in counter. Ben went the extra mile to accommodate our requests without hesitation and was very helpful when we approached the counter again later in the day with more questions about our stay and the resort.
All of the staff from the bars / grills to housekeeping, check in, gift shop on the property were so nice and accommodating. We had a room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the fireworks, our stay was amazing and I would recommend this resort.

The Wyndham Grand is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and excellent service. The rooms felt luxurious, although the bath towels were on the thin side (not large or fluffy), and the pillows were less than supportive. The shower experience was great with lovely smelling gel and shampoo. No lotion was included, which was a slight disappointment. There was a nice selection of coffee with even a tea capsule included with the in room "keurig" type coffeemaker. Although I was traveling for business- not everyone at the hotel is...one of the challenges that come with work conferences in a vacation destination. There was quite a noisy gathering in the room next door that after 10 pm, I had to call the front desk for assistance.
There were plenty of on-site dining options and a nice coffee kiosk (selling Starbucks) in the lobby. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and very courteous. While I didn't use the pool, it was a nice size and definitely had a "resort" feel.

We had the best experience with a room day pass at Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek! The hotel is absolutely amazing—beautiful grounds, great amenities, and such a relaxing atmosphere. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Everything from the service to the scenery made it a truly special day. Highly recommend for a memorable getaway, even if just for the day!

We had a wonderful family vacation here. Rooms are quiet and clean, staff was very welcoming and friendly. Location was perfect and we especially loved the walking path with so much nature to view- this was the highlight of our trip for the kids- turtles, fish, ducks and ducklings, all kinds of birds. Ice cream shop (scoops) was great with large portion sizes and reasonable prices. Large selection of pools, hot tubs, waterslides and places to eat without even leaving the resort. We would 100% stay again!
