This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. They were extremely accommodating for us. Their text service is extremely helpful when you need a quick question answered. The shuttles were also considerably useful when being transported to Disney.
The views from our room were wonderful and I would absolutely come here again if I ever found myself in this otherwise forsaken city.
Thanks for a great stay!

Shout out to Bebe! She provided exceptional customer service. Now I will say this hotel definitely needs to updated. I had a few issues with my stay, however Bebe apologized greatly and made it right the best she could, and that doesn’t go unnoticed. She acknowledged my concerns and sincerely made my experience better. People who care about their customers and go the extra mile deserve to be recognized, hence this is the one reason I am giving a 5 star reveiw. I strongly hope this hotel considers upgrading the rooms for the near future. Keep up the great work Bebe. Thank you!

Been coming here for the last ten or so years. This place has gone through the ebs and flows over that span. We are owners. The sales people vary- some pushier than others but at the end of the day that's their jobs- to annoy the heck out the owners. (I dont knock them for that)
The property- has had some upgrades. We mainly stay in Tower 6 (80% of our visits) but we have experienced the other towers a couple of times. Rooms are "meh" nothing special; nothing wrong- just okay.
The food- service on site is way too pricey. For example 23 bucks for a burger( Back Bay Bar-recently renovated) Nothing special about this burger but the price. Drinks are watered down then over iced so better to pour in your room and enjoy at the pool. We have eaten everything on the menu at each of the on-site bars and restaurants. Ultimately it's okay food but the prices are horrible. Service in the restaurants and bars are typically pretty good. People are friendly most of the time.
The pools- plenty of variety on the pool front. Slash pad at Tower 1 was cool when kids were young and they love the pirate pool and lazy river now the most. They used to feature great pool parties and activities at that pool but looks like they have entertainment quiet a bit.
Honorable mentions- again been coming for 10 + years here are a couple other things. Grills are best at pavilion 5 between Tower 6 and lazy river. Pizza spot is the best value and taste for on-site. You can run a 5k without leaving the area if you run to and around the JW Marriott and back. If the pump is off in the lake then it creates a property-wide smell. And finally, generally if room ends with a odd number you have a pool view- if even you are looking at a parking lot. Oh and if you are in a even room in towers 5 or 6 (above the 10th floor) you can see nightly Disney fireworks.

I wanted to recognize the manager and customer service staff for reservation department for the exceptional customer service they provided. From the very beginning, they were incredibly professional, accommodating, and genuinely kind.
It’s rare to come across someone who goes out of their way to make guests feel valued before they even arrive. Their communication, attention to detail, and willingness to help truly stood out and made a lasting impression on me.
Based on my experience so far, I can already tell this hotel takes great care of its guests, and the manager I belive his name is Jeff? is a huge part of that. Thank you again for making the experience such a positive one — it is sincerely appreciated.

Great location close to everything. Very nice place to stay. Great restaurants coffee place. Nice pool very clean rooms. Quiet the staff was great. We definitely come back. The photo was out on the patio restaurant, watching the fireworks and the moon and the planets were just beautiful
