As a solo female traveler - having a great time. Yes, there is still minor construction work going on but it is not annoying. At least not to me. You barely notice them. So overall my experience so far is just amazing. No complains.
Great room, all rooms have sea view. All-inclusive so far very good. Many different cuisines for lunch and dinner in the main restaurant and there are bars on every corner of the resort.
If you are not a picky posh eater you will be more than fine on all-inclusive without extra expenses.
The beach - the best part of it. Quiet, half empty, peaceful, clean, paradise.
Service - they are polite and welcoming. And if you tip them as is recommended you will be spoiled like a habibi. ❤️🙂

Our stay at Sheraton Soma Bay Resort in August 2025 was absolutely perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and special.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Mohamed, who warmly welcomed us at the reception, assisted us with our room, and was always available to help throughout our entire stay.
A special thank you to Mr. Yasser, the restaurant manager, whose professionalism and warm hospitality made every meal even more enjoyable. All the waiters were attentive, friendly, and always smiling. We were also impressed by the lifeguards at the beach, pool, and aqua park – they were professional, responsible, and very kind.
The food was simply delicious – fresh, diverse, and beautifully prepared every single day. There was something for everyone, and every meal exceeded our expectations.
Our room was modern, new, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The entire resort is beautifully maintained and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing and luxurious holiday.
We would also like to sincerely thank Ms. Maria, the lobby ambassador, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made everything even more seamless and pleasant.
We also want to express our gratitude to Ms. Noha Kamel, who made sure that every guest was happy and well taken care of during their stay.
We were so satisfied that we have already booked our stay again for this year. We truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, amazing food, and a wonderful holiday experience. We can’t wait to return in June this year!

Amazing stay as Sheraton Soma Bay. The staff was wonderful - special thank you to Saïd of the restaurant, Alzaeem of the bar, Mohamed who took care of our room and the bar and restaurant staff in general! Amazing! Also, the locations is simply wonderful: beautiful view, amazing snorkeling, great fine-grained sandy beach. And food was delicious - incredible buffet for breakfasts and dinners!
Only room for improvement - we booked through a travel agency for a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids) who booked us 1 room for the 4 of us. The room contained a king bed and a small sofa bed. The setup was not satisfactory - the sofa is not suitable for children age 10+. It is not long enough.

We had an excellent and relaxing stay at Sheraton Soma Bay Resort. All the staff including help desk executives, housekeeping staff, restaurant staff were really nice and helpful. Top notch service really! Would really like to thank Mr Monsif for the warm welcome, suggestions on nearby places as well as for the nice gesture for being Marriot Bonvoy members. Property is beautiful and next to the red sea. Rooms are renovated and has good amenities. Ours was a sea facing room and view from the balcony was good.

One of the best services I experienced in Egypt. The hotel is very well maintained and has been recently renovated. Minor works are still ongoing, but they do not disturb the stay in any way. The breakfast was excellent. Special thanks to Angelina for her excellent service and warm smile
