We just got back this place was wonderful, had everything you needed. We did self catering but we met people who really enjoyed the all inclusive so will be back to try it. Lovely bars just round the corner in (Europa Center).
Activv staff were brilliant and engaging, staff behind the bar and reception were lovely.
1 downside to the place is you can’t even throw a ball to each other in the pool or have lilos… can maybe understand in height of the summer but it was quiet and would of been nice.

A Complete Technological Disaster – The Worst Hotel WiFi I Have Ever Experienced
I am writing this complaint out of sheer frustration and disbelief. What your hotel dares to label as “WiFi” is nothing short of a total technological failure. In an era where reliable internet access is a basic human expectation, your network belongs in a museum—right next to dial-up modems and fax machines.
Throughout my entire stay, the connection was painfully slow, unstable, and frequently nonexistent. Emails failed to send, web pages refused to load, and any attempt to do actual work was an exercise in pure rage. The signal dropped constantly, forcing me to rely on my own mobile data just to accomplish the simplest tasks. Paying extra out of my own pocket to compensate for your hotel’s incompetence is unacceptable.
This wasn’t a minor inconvenience—it actively disrupted my work, wasted my time, and caused unnecessary stress. A hotel that presents itself as professional yet cannot provide a functioning internet connection should seriously reconsider its priorities. WiFi is not a luxury; it is a fundamental service, and your hotel has failed spectacularly at providing it.
What makes this situation even worse is that there was no meaningful solution offered. No accountability, no urgency, no apparent concern. Just a broken system and guests left to deal with the consequences.
This disgrace of a WiFi service significantly damaged my overall experience and left me deeply disappointed. I expect a clear explanation, appropriate compensation, and immediate corrective action. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone who values their time, sanity, or ability to function in the modern world.

Food was delicious. Good variety of food. Some meat was cooked too much(very tough) or reused or something. They use way less sugar than we do in the Netherlands. Would be a bit better if they changed deserts a bit more. They were all cake-like. Rooms were small but sufficient for us. Room service was very good. We got new towels almost daily. You do have to pay extra for airconditioning if you want it. We didn't need any. Not everything is free. Certain drink you have to pay for but there's enough free choices. And ice creams are not included. Ice creams are expensive everywhere on the island. Probably expensive to import. The pool is clean and pretty quiet. It's never too busy inside the hotel, which we really enjoyed. Staf is very friendly. Hotel is very suitable for kids of any age.

Really lovely resort. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are cleaned regularly to a high standard. Nice pool and bar area, onsite shop that sells everything you could need. 3x complementary buses to the beach in the morning and 2x buses back in the afternoon. Plenty of excursions available from the rep. Shopping / restaurant / entertainment area just a few minutes walk away.

Lovely apartment with everything you need with a large terrace area with table and chairs and sunloungers. Staff where friendly and very accommodating and where extremely helpful with a party member who had an allergy. Nothing was too much for them. The animation team provided plenty of activities all day everyday and the entertainment booked for the evenings where all fun too watch. Great pool and a good place to relax on holiday.
