The room was quite spacious, with a big balcony. It was perfect for two parents and two children. The food was nothing exceptional but acceptable for a 3-star hotel. Aside from the food, the all-inclusive offering doesn’t add much value—unless, like some inconsiderate, or crazy, people (primarily the British), you claim all the sunbeds at 7 a.m. by placing towels on them and occupy chairs with your 6-year-old children, preventing others from using them.
That definitely needs improvement. This was at the smaller pool, which we unfortunately used only once… The hotel owner should simply remove those towels and ensure there is more space for "regular" guests to at least enjoy a drink a day at the café next to the small pool. Taking such measures would make the experience fairer and more enjoyable for everyone. Our children really enjoyed the water park. Overall, considering the price and what we received, it was fine, and I recommend it. But not for British people from Manchester and Liverpool….;)

Rooms basic but comfortable, restaurant more like a canteen and so long as you are not a picky eater you will find something to eat. Maids are lovely and clean every day but don't expect a kettle unless you don't mind paying. Pool very busy would benefit from a 2nd one. There is also a lifeguard everyday.
Hotel bar had no entertainment but the Arena Plaza outside does have some and your all inclusive drinks you can get there too.
All inc drinks are OK, beer, 4 spirits a couple of cocktails, fizz and your fizzy pop from a machine.
Don't expect too much as Taurito is only a small resort but the waterpark (free entry) and amusements are great for kids.
Beach is lovely and views from the balcony are gorgeous.
Mini Golf is great too but it does have an extra charge.

Here now for a week and the hotel is very big one of the lifts is not working which isn't very good. The rooms are very spacious and everything works, fridge is a decent size, the air con is okay for this time of year but can imagine it not being very useful when it's really hot in summer months. The balcony is massive they all look the same size so not just ours on the 4th floor we have pool view and watermark view and sea view it's fab! At the otherside of the water park are two more hotels and the mountain which some people may like. Plenty of shops on the walk way by the hoe too. Just a short stroll to the beach which is a bay with huge sea waves, sand is not fully black and there are sunbeds for €3.50 each and looks like they do pedalos Bannatyne boat rides etc. Food is very nice huge selection and a kids section too with spaghetti chips turkey nuggets etc. Very good resort and everything is on ur doorstep!!!

Still here today. Hotel is ok. Rooms not comfortable especially pillows and bed.
Restaurant is buffet and nice. Pool and waterpark good. Room cleaning good.
One lift has been broken since before we arrived.
Reception not the most helpful or friendly. If you have booked to come here and want to hire towels they are at the Spa across the road which we had to hunt out for ourselves after being sent indifferent directions but multiple members of staff including our Jet2 rep.
Personally wouldn't come back.

Lovely hotel. So glad we came here for our holiday. Free access to the water park. Shame we had to pay for the drinks / food. Only all inclusive if we was in the sister hotel. 🙄 But apart from that. Food was good. Drinks good. Nice and clean. Entertainment outside at night. Lots to do for the kids. Defo only stay for 1 week. All round 5 stars from me.
