The resort complex itself is really nice and self-sufficient if you like a chilled and peaceful holiday.
Staff tried to keep the hotel areas as clean as possible, unfortunately not all people care about the environment, so the pool area was very often filled with paper cups and pkates. They could probably benefit from selling plastic cups with a nice logo of the hotel/area, so that waste can be reduced (some hotels elsewhere already have this implemented, and it works well).
Though we found the room too small for a family with a toddler, it was nicely ventilated and cleaned on a regular basis, and the view was amazing. Staff was kind and helpful as well, food was just above average quality.
The Water Park is very nice and fun, offers entertainment for all ages, and is the only one that has salty water on the island.
Night time entertainment was all right, kids mini disco 8-9pm, then some activities for adults 9-10pm.
The place is quite isolated, however there is a good bus connection to the most beautiful beaches on the island, and offers a vast array of activities for all ages and preferences with transfer included.
Overall, we are very happy with our holiday.

Honest UK review...
It's all about how much you spent on the holiday. We spent £1500 1 adult and 2 children all inclusive for 7 days during school holidays. The hotel is fine, yes there's a few little things that are a little dated, but overall its fine. The food was really good, like any all inclusive its sometimes the same, but most are. The pool and water park is good, however the water park is salt water so bring some goggles. If you self drive, be aware hardly any free parking. All in all a great family holiday.

The location is great, yet isolated... The pool of the park is amazing yet very salt (no chlorine). The staff/hospitality was either great or extremely poor. For all-inclusive, it had a lot of flaws that could be addressed with communication... The place deserves some love from staff and owners and some updating. The room was relatively clean, yet don't expect it to be non-smoking. It is supposed to be, but even after reporting, customers keep smoking on balconies due to poor communication of policies even when pointing it out...
If all you do is sun bath and swim, and have a general food expectancy you will love it... if you are used to other hotel chains in Europe, you might feel cheated on and leave a feeling you paid too much.

Hotel is pretty awful, food is terrible not
Much choice, very repetitive and not cooked very well. Lifts always broken so had to use my double buggy down stairs constantly.
But the pool/ sunbeds were the worst every sunbed was squashed next to eachother no space to move around very much felt like you were sitting on other people's laps literally. Pool very over crowded
The location is lovely and secluded very good water park and restaurants but defo wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel

The food is average but service good, rooms are dated but ok, clean and shower is great. What really lets the place down is the lack of evening entertainment nothing in hotel just an outside place few hundred meters up road shared between all hotels not enough tables and honestly its rubbish and everything done at 10pm. Not enough independent restaurants and bars. No reason why indivdual hotels cant make more effort with entertainment. Also noted theres a large disco tech in centre which looks closed and has remained so for duration of our stay in high season ?
