This hotel is in serious need of improvement.
Arrival was straight forward
Our room was a superior with air conditioning. That was just for the living space. The bedroom had a ceiling fan which was thick with dust
The tap in the shower was hanging off.
No linen change in 7 days. No towel change either. I had to complain about both.
The pool area is not adequate. No where near enough loungers. There is a VIP pool area which is 25 euros a day each person and we paid it!
The staff on the whole are friendly. A couple were very rude, one being a receptionist and the other a bar tender.
Breakfast was a buffet style, nice but expensive.
We met some friends, they were all inclusive but had to leave the VIP area for drinks and had to drink them by the main pool bar!
Staff are very loud in the mornings, we were disturbed every morning at around 7.30 am!

If you want good value for money, then book this hotel. Some reviews have been very unfair for this hotel which made us worry and unsure whether to book,so pleased we did!. This hotel has the best views ive ever seen from a balcony. The staff are fantastic and never stop. If you want abit of peace and luxury i would recommend the roof top bar, although the main pool is great and heated, which is a gamechanger. The rooftop bar includes 2 'proper' cocktails, comfy beds and chilled atmosphere. Our room was very spacious and had sun loungers on the balcony, which was a bonus. The food at this hotel is the best i have had at an all inclusive and so much choice! All inc Drinks were ok, what you expect but if you want some proper drinks i recommend the irish bar nearby, good music and very welcoming. I will definately come back to this hotel, had a lovely time, thankyou!

Stayed here for 8 nights as a family of 4.
Check in
Arrived well before check in time and left our cases which is fine, however headed back to reception at 3pm as advised to find our room still not ready, and had to wait until almost 4pm to get into our room.
The Room had no beds made up nor bedding for the kids, so had to request this of reception, which was done quite quickly but found the cleaner rather rude who shouted at us because she wasn't told we had children nor afterwards that there were two!
Room
The room had an amazing view across Puerto Rico and the harbor and seafront, the rooms were a good size, and with huge terrace with sun loungers and seating;
The rooms were not air conditioned although a fan was provided and the room never got too hot.
The room itself was in OK condition, it could use a deep clean on things like bathroom grouting but didn't feel dirty by any means; It was just showing its age and in need of some refurbishment which evidently Servatur are doing across the hotel.
Pool
Not massive for the size of the hotel, and could be greatly improved by opening up the 'luxury' adults only area on the top of the hotel with additional pool to everyone so it wouldn't feel so crowded. this is obviously just a money making exercise rather than providing great facilities for all guests.
Restaurant
We were half board; The food at breakfast was great, always a good selection and tasted like good quality, well cooked food. Good juices and hot drinks.
Dinner was a bit of a let down, and seemed to lack any planning, with some rather random items thrown together and did struggle to find something we wanted some nights.
Staff consistently got drinks orders incorrect, even when ordered in Spanish.
Staff
All really friendly and helpful
Area
Amazing views, nice area, close to the Europa center; always found parking nearby (6 Euro a day) even when really busy over the weekend
All in all, we had a good holiday, there is evidently work going on to bring the hotel up to an improved condition, and still a work in progress. We might be back....once they've finished, and perhaps on a B&B basis rather than half board.

Fantastic Stay at Riosol Servatur! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
My wife and I had a wonderful time at Riosol Servatur. The room was clean and comfortable, with regular towel changes and great housekeeping. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and always-smiling chefs who made us feel welcome.
The swimming pool was spotless and well looked after, and the lifeguard (SOS guy) was always alert and professional. A big highlight was Santiago from the Animation team – full of energy and joy, always lifting the mood with his famous line: “Animation... EXCELLENTEEEEE!”
The only downside was the bar staff, who often seemed unfriendly, especially when guests struggled with pronunciation or accents. It was disappointing compared to the rest of the amazing service.
Overall, brilliant hotel, amazing food, great entertainment – we’d definitely come back!

The Rooms haven't been cleaned properly on a daily basis and the towels haven't been changed in the 3 days we stayed.
The food choice was a lot but the food was hardly warm and very tasteless.
On the plus side there was always food available all day.
The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.
We arrived at midday but couldn't access our room to nearly 4 pm.
The hotel is on the top of a mountain so be prepared to get your steps in.
Unfortunately there is not much around to do but plenty of pubs, food places and souvenir shops.
