If you want good value for money,then book this hotel.Some reviews have been very unfair for this hotel which made us worry and unsure whether to book,so pleased we did!. This hotel has the best views ive ever seen from a balcony. The staff are fantastic and never stop. If you want abit of peace and luxury i would recommend the roof top bar,although the main pool is great and heated,which is a gamechanger. The rooftop bar includes 2 'proper' cocktails, comfy beds and chilled atmosphere. Our room was very spacious and had sun loungers on the balcony,which was a bonus. The food at this hotel is the best i have had at an all inclusive and so much choice! All inc Drinks were ok, what you expect but if you want some proper drinks i recommend the irish bar nearby, good music and very welcoming. I will definately come back to this hotel, had a lovely time,thankyou!

Returned from a week's stay at Riosol We loved our little break here. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Location is great, 2 minutes walk from the Europa centre which has a mix of shops, bars and restaurants. My 4 year old loved the soft play. As all females we felt very safe and comfortable at the hotel/ surrounding areas. We enjoyed the entertainment each night. The animation team ( Patrick and Sergio) were a good laugh and made our experience at the hotel more enjoyable. I hope the hotel gives them the recognition they deserve. During the day there is kids clubs and pool activities. It's a shame that there wasn't more uptake from the guests for the entertainment but we enjoyed it as a family. Bar / reception staff were all very friendly. We had no negative experiences.

Absolutely disgrace of a hotel, I would never stay here again! Firstly when arrived on Thursday evening 8pm/8.30pm, we checked in and the woman who served us, told us we could go and eat our dinner as we still had time to spare. She didn't bother showing us where to go, just told us go to the right down the stairs, which we did and it brought us down to the toilets and some sort of a bar!! We had to go up three more times, for her to actually come out of the reception to show us where to go. Secondly, once we got our room key and found the room after showing us the wrong direction, after opening the door, we got a very strong smell of paint and it wasn't going away even with the door being wide open. Once complained to the reception, they sent out a cleaner, who sprayed air freshener around the whole room!!! There was no apology or trying to even move us to a different room, even though the room stank of paint and it was unbreathable which made us have a headache throughout the whole stay!!! Overall the staff at the reception are very unhelpful and rude, food was absolutely shocking, basically same thing every night, rooms/bathroom need loads of renovation. Windows in bathroom need a small curtain or something as its looking out on the stairs, just yock!! and I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone!! Disgrace

I’m going to brutally honest here, I was a bit hesitant staying here only because of some of the reviews but I have to say, i was overly surprised how I enjoyed my stay here, we stayed in the deluxe room and it was amazing, nice and clean, the service was very good i couldn’t fault it, the rooftop pool was 10/10 and the entertainment around the pool was superb. I would happily stay here again

"Wonderful Staff and Great Dining Variety!" We recently stayed at Riosol and had a pleasant experience overall. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the staff—they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made our stay special. The dining options were quite impressive, with a good variety of meals to suit different tastes. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, and we enjoyed exploring the different choices available. While the rooms were a bit dated and could use some updates, they were clean and functional. The overall atmosphere of the hotel and the exceptional service from the team more than made up for this minor detail. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our trip so memorable. We look forward to seeing what improvements might come in the future and would happily recommend this place to others!
