We decided to book a night away to celebrate our anniversary. Having mentioned this when booking, the hotel put a bottle of wine and two glasses in our room for our arrival - what a lovely surprise! Our experience was fantastic. The hotel, the location, the staff, the facilities, the room, the food... everything...was superb and exceeded our expectations. We had a lovely time and made some happy memories. The only thing left to do now is to rebook again soon. Highly recommended.

The hotel was really nice and I loved the fact that there were things to do each day if you’re not a fan of going out. The pool was a bit too cold for me but that was just me. It’s nice that there is an outdoor sauna if you’re too cold. I went for my birthday and got a champagne from the staff. They were all really nice and friendly. There wasn’t much variety of food during the dinner. I’m quite picky so I was mostly just eating chips sadly hence why I’m giving 4 stars. Other than that the hotel is fab can’t fault it

Lovely contained 5 block hotel, spotlessly clean. Had upgraded room 442 (well worth it) pool view tower C catches afternoon sun. Meal times a bit too 'free for all' ...grab a drink then land it on your table marks your spot !! (No waiter service to your table is what I mean). Food plentiful and varied choice, we always found something we liked, though never very hot. Evening entertainment good when it was on. Maybe more frequent in Summer months (we went February). Pool bar staff very good. Serve your own beer, soft drinks, and wine so that cut out queueing. Snack bar great and fab that it was contained to that area and not around pool etc. Smoking area good size by pool bar. Location good for supermarket and sports bars. Area very built up with hotel after hotel, don't expect glorious views. Pool area sunbeds tightly packed in but always found one if we wanted All in all we had a nice stay. Would we return ? Maybe, if at right price.

Awesome hotel. Lovely staff, great pool! Go All-inclusive as you get to pure your own beer & wine. The food is extensive and will cater for alot of your needs. There are kids at the pool, however, the pool is massive so they don't ruin your experience. Worth asking for a non-north facing room and away from the road. Very clean and tell the staff if its your birthday as they go the extra mile for you - very nice. Thank you to the Servatur Waikiki team that make it a special time - you are all awesome

We loved this hotel. Staff and service was excellent. We also loved the fresh chilled water dispenser in the hotel reception. We were not all inclusive so can't comment on the food but breakfast was very good and again staff were everywhere clearing plates and relaying tables. The hotels location to the wonderful beach is 15 minutes walk and surrounded by a variety of excellent is restaurants too. No complaints from these two customers.
