Nice hotel. Rooms a little bit old but good. Breakfast good, lunch good, diner often cold. We hade a upgrade in the hotel from all-inclusive to all- inclusive +. The drinks you can get are made with the real original drinks, very good cocktails. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Big minor is the 24/7 service. That is not what it is, it is 23/7 and they claim to have ice, but only in small ready to eat cups. So when you decide to do the upgrade, the difference is in the cocktails, not in food or service.

This is a great hotel with the staff being excellent and very attentive. It’s clean and tidy with a fabulous array of food at every meal. The all inclusive package is fine for drinks but there weren’t any snacks 24/7 which was advertised. The rooms are fine. Again clean but quite basic and starting to look worn in some areas. The location places you close to Yumbo (if that’s your thing), a 10 minute walk to the beach but we headed north to San Fernando for the New Year Eve public festival which was excellent with very few tourists. Overall we had an excellent stay, I would recommend if you want Gran Canaria. Tenerife has more to offer though in my humble opinion.

The staff and hotel facilities were fine.
The playground is also good, although there are relatively few toys.
Food and drinks 10/9.
Staff 10/11. ***** 5 stars.
However, I do NOT recommend it at all for small children.
Every night from 8 p.m., the music is very loud, no matter which building you are in.
We changed rooms (the staff were very nice), but it was perhaps even worse.
It's as if it's right next to your ear, so get ready for a sleepless night with a small child.
Unbelievable, especially since the hotel is supposed to be "family-friendly."
So if you have small children, don't choose this hotel because the nights will be a disaster for the reasons mentioned above.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Servatur Waikiki, Gran Canaria, especially given the price I paid €1,452.96 for 6 nights.
In every other resort I’ve stayed at, basic amenities such as an iron are included in the room price, with no cash deposit required. Here, not only is an iron not included, but I am expected to provide a cash deposit of €10, which feels completely unreasonable.
More seriously, the heating in my room does not work. I was told I would need to pay extra for a fan heater at €4 per day and, bizarrely, for 7 days even though I am only staying 6 nights, because that’s the minimum hire. I have travelled from England, I have a heart condition, and I get cold very quickly this is a disability, not a luxury request. Charging extra for a basic necessity like warmth is appalling. Lucky for us there’s a Lidl nearby selling a fan heater for €7.99, but it is shocking that guests have to go out and buy something that should be standard in the room.
The rooms are very basic, the cleaning is basic, and overall the hotel seems more focused on making money from basic necessities than providing comfort.
That said, the staff are friendly, and the domestic team is lovely and helpful, which is genuinely appreciated but even excellent staff cannot make up for these frustrating and unfair policies.
For the price paid, I expected far better standards and consideration for guests with health needs. This stay has been a major disappointment, and I would not return unless these issues are urgently addressed.

If you’re going for all-inclusive and want to just relax and sit by the pool all day it’s great! We went as a couple with no kids for one week. It’s not super fancy, more of a relaxed, backyard family-gathering vibes but we had a lot of fun. Really enjoyed their stretching class & aqua gym with Colleen - they actually give you a serious workout. The gym wasn’t the best, half the equipment didn’t work but it was good enough for a week’s stay. The rooms were clean but very basic, you have the necessities.
Great variety of food, and entertainment every evening. There are lots of activities for kids during the day as well. You don’t have to worry about reserving a seat by the pool super early, there was a lot of good seating around the pool and it wasn’t very crowded. Really appreciate the friendly staff who are smiling and engaging with kids and adults whenever you meet them :) We were very happy with our stay!
