Love it here we have been 3 times in 18 months and have booked again to go back in September the staff are friendly and very helpful. My grandson had the best time ever.. and the staff were amazing with him. The only slight downside is the walk back up to the hotel as there is a steep bank back up to the reception. Shame that they don't have a key card to open the gates by the pool that would put you at ground level.. but the taxis are reasonable at €3.75 to get you back up the hill. The pool is amazing and the rooms are very clean.. lovely big shower and everything you need to make the perfect holiday 🙂☀️🌞

Just back from 12 nights at Revoli, fantastic stay, rooms very clean, we had everything we needed, even a hairdryer in bathroom. Iron and ironing board, and good kitchen facilities. We stayed in room 429, lovely view from the balcony. Staff were very friendly, from the lifeguard, bar staff, reception staff and housekeeping. My daughter had her birthday there and got a lovely bottle of wine left in the room. Around 10 minutes walk down to the beach and commercial centre, walked back up the hill a few times, otherwise taxi was 4 euros.
We loved the pool and were in there almost every day. Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we come back to Puerto Rico!

Spotlessly clean apartment, good location. Friendly staff, pool area loved it was cordened off each night. Always plenty of sunbeds. It was a special birthday none of the family had mentioned this to staff however a bottle of champagne appeared in our apartment with greetings, a lovely gesture indeed. Thank you.

We're just back from a wonderful week at the Revoli. The pool is amazing for adults and kids, and there is a dedicated baby pool for the smaller ones, which is considerably warmer, so absolutely perfect. The apartments themselves are great. Everything you need is in the apartment, and they are clean and modern. We even had a freezing cold bottle of water waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived late, which was a welcome sight. The beds are so comfortable, and were a god send for my bad back. The restaurant has a small but delicious menu with burgers, pizzas, salads, and the nicest fries I've had in a long time, so crispy and roasting hot every time. The main menu ends at around 6pm when the pool shuts, however they do pizza and fries after this until 8pm(ish), which are also available for takeaway.
The staff are what makes this venue truly special. The reception staff always have a friendly word whenever you walk by, the bar staff are friendly and interact with the kids at every opportunity, the housekeeping staff are so sweet and stopped to chat every time they saw us, and the lifeguard is a big character, who never seemed to stop smiling! There was a standout star at Revoli though, and that was Fabian, the entertainer. He is so friendly, energetic and enthusiastic. He was amazing with all of the kids and adults, hosted various kinds of entertainment for guests of all ages, and he and my 13 year old son developed somewhat of a bro-mance. By the end of our stay, we felt like friends of his, so sought him out to say bye and thank you, and we learned a bit about his family and what brought him to the Revoli. Honestly, just a genuinely lovely guy, and we hope Revoli see what a gem they have there.
We will 100% be back with our family. Nothing was too much for the staff, and we felt relaxed, safe, and looked after.
The icing on the cake was the late checkout. Our flight out was late, and for €40 we were able to keep our apartment until 6 pm, which was incredibly helpful.
If you're questioning whether or not you should stay at the Revoli Playa Apartments, stop and just book it, you won't be disappointed.
It is around a 5 minute walk up a pretty steep hill, but we made it a fun challenge, however, if hills aren't your thing, you can get a local taxi to the front door for around €3.50 from the shopping centre.
Also, don't forget about the onsite supermarket, which opens from 8am-7pm every day, and they have a pretty comprehensive stock of food items, drinks, cigarettes, pool inflatables, and even swimwear. Get the lift to floor zero, then turn right and walk around 30 seconds and you're there.

Lovely place to stay!
Stayed here with out 3 kids last week, (Early May), we had one of the biggest rooms which was more than enough for us all, rooms were very clean and looked after.
Don't get me wrong this isn't a high end hotel you would go to for a special treat but it's very nice and exceeded my expectations as this was a last minute get away at a good price.
Pool lifeguard is super friendly and always made an effort with the kids and kept everyone entertained with pool games and aqua aerobics, bar staff are lovely and the cleaners work so hard.
The drinks I think are a little pricey for a hotel bar bit there is happy hour twice a day.
Good selection on spirits and local beer on tap, with a good range of cocktails..
Unfortunately the weather was overcast all week so we ventured out walking around, beach is 10-15 mins walk away depending which route you take (stairs down or road down)
The local town is only 5 mins walk away and supermarket is only a couple of minutes up the road, the one in the hotel is a bit limited but very handy never the less.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and would definitely return but maybe in a slightly busier time as it seemed a little empty, and many of the shops in town were closed.
Being selfish I'd say a gym would be a great addition to the hotel, I ended up walking 15 mins to a less than sufficient gym but better than nothing, I'm a saddo who loves to train even on holiday.
Other than that I couldn't fault the hotel really, never saw the tui rep but we were happy to do our own thing.
On a side note we named it gran cat-eria,
Due to the fact there is loads of stray cats on the rockery at the back, never any trouble or nuisance just felt sorry for them.
