This hotel was amazing!! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Management are really good. Everyone is always smiling, when I wasn’t feeling well they got me ice water and gave me some advice. The food is amazing!! Top compliments to the chefs and especially head chef! The on site shop is good for essentials and little treats like chocolate and gifts to take home even have towels and inflatables for the pools. The pools are really clean the entertainment is fun just such a lovely place and I will defiantly be coming back to this hotel!!

Lovely hotel, lots of food choices all through the day, entertainment every night. Quiet rooms, quite busy(June). Chains across paths to sunbeds until approx 8.15am each day. No reservations before that. Staff are friendly. The hotel provide a regular bus service to the beach. Nice stay.

Family holiday for 40th wedding anniversary. Loved the place, staff very friendly, hotel very clean, great choice of food in restaurant & pool bar, rooms comfortable.
For me, the room was the only letdown. Even though it had great mountain views, it also faced a very busy motorway! At night, if you shut the balcony door, the sound was reduced. But the room became very hot even though it had a ceiling fan. An air conditioning unit could be hired, but you still had to open the balcony door to put the pipe out! So, what was the point?
Overall, it was a lovely stay which was slightly let down by room comfort.

The hotel is roughly 30 mins from the airport, which is okay. However, the hotel is located at the top of a very steep hill, which caught us by suprise . The hotel is an hours walk to the 2 nearest beaches so a shuttle bus was avaliable free of charge to the beach however the times on the way back were unreliable and we got caught out by this so we had to get a taxi which was around 10 euros. On a nighttime, entertainment is on offer for roughly an hour for children and adults. There's no other option locally to go without getting a taxi, which could pose a slight issue for those who prefer to adventure out. Our room was very clean and cleaned thoroughly on the daily, however our view on the balcony was disappointing with it being of a construction sight. These workers started at 9 am every day, which lasted till late afternoon, which was slightly off-putting. The noise heard can be seen in the video. The all-inclusive was nice and diverse, with a range of drinks on offer such as multiple cocktails, liquers, and much more. The food was nice for the most part. However, I'd say breakfast might need more adding to it. It felt like it was lacking in choices. The other features of the hotel included a sports bar. However, this wasn't part of the all-inclusive package, which was disappointing. Swimming facilities were amazing, with pool activities such as water polo being offered on the daily. The pool also came with a hot tub, which was a nice added touch. The hot tub was similar temperatures to the swimming pool, if not cooler on some occasions, with children being allowed inside of it. This nearly posed a threat when a small toddler nearly fell off the side of the hot tub with a 7ft drop to the pool. I would have preferred it if they made the hot tub for adults only to allow them to relax.

The hotel is a bit out of the way there's a free bus to the beach so that's good
No air-conditioning so that's a massive down . However the staff are great the food is good the entertainment is good overall we have enjoyed the experience.
