A nice hotel near to the beach. Very clean, Excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Good access to the motorway if you want to see more of the island. Only downside a bit far away from main areas for entertainment, restaurants and bars.

Overall an amazing hotel! Some ups and some downs. First of all, don’t expect anything from the all inclusive cocktails. Way to sweet and not tasty. But all the other drinks are great. Fast service at the bar, and a big variety of choices.
Then for the buffet. In one word amazing. Every day there is a different “theme” with almost to much options. It’s just great. Fast service aswell. When finished, you're plate will be gone in seconds. The waitress are fast.
The room is nice, only the bathroom needs some renovation. The hotel is noisy, but it was never annoying.
Lots of entertainment, disco’s, live music, auqa gym (the guy hosting is amazing) and more.
Lots of space at the pools, so never an problem to find a good place.
I had a nice stay

Great spot for exploring the island. The hotel isn't brand new, but the ocean-facing side is new(er) and totally worth the extra cost. Lots of greenery, tropical garden. We had a standard room facing the BP station, mountains, and the highway, which was gloomy with old windows and creaky balcony doors (wooden) - room 458. We upgraded to an ocean view the next day (€15/night), which was a game-changer (6th floor, room 641). The only downsides were no fridge or kettle in the room. Cleanliness was top-notch, both in the hotel and our room. The beds were comfy (though soft mattresses), pillows were great, and the bathroom was well-maintained. Daily cleaning, towels changed every 2 days, and sheets every 3 days. Food was amazing, with themed dinners like American burgers, Spanish fiesta, Japanese ramen, Thai soup, shrimp, spring rolls, sushi, and raw tuna - delicious! Plenty of fruits and veggies, eggs prepared in various ways, and a daily pizza station. We had half board, but there were always snacks in between. Pools were great, one with animations and music, the other near the dining area in a "quiet zone" with a mango tree (we even snacked on some fallen mangoes!). Jacuzzis and showers were incorporated into the pool area. The hotel building had a gym, pool tables, and other activities. Live music every day (fantastic) or saxophone concerts. Animations for kids and adults alike. We stayed for 2 weeks and would have happily stayed longer... The promenade was lovely (towards Maspalomas it's noisy, but towards Playa de Burres and San Antonio it's quieter, plus a cliff walk). The only sound was the ocean's roar. I'd love to come back and highly recommend it to everyone (with the ocean view option). The only thing I'd change are the old elevators... a minor complaint :) Warm regards!

Hotel is close to the beach and amenities, lovely view from beach rooms. Staff are friendly and were helpful. There is no menu for drinks and there can be quite a queue at busy dinner times. Hot food choices at dinner are a bit limited.

A very nice hotel with all inclusive, breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The food was good, but could be a little more variety on the buffet. The hotel has a good location with close proximity to the beach, car rental, shops and restaurants. The rooms were nice, the staff is nice and helpful and there were good activities during the day and also nice entertainment in the evenings with kareoke and music. Highly recommended!
