We stayed a week between end of November/ beginning of December.
If you love walking stairs this hotel will be for you because 1 out of the 2 elevators is broken on a daily basis. However, for the one functioning elevator you need to race all them older folks so they can get up to the first floor! Don't get confused, they gonna run you over to steal your spot in line but as soon as its time to get outta this elevator its taking them 2-5 business days. The food was good the first day. We had all inclusive. After the first day it took a huge dip unfortunately. Rice wasn't cooked all the way through and do not get me started on the hamburger. Do NOT get a hamburger at the snack bar, that meat is coming straight from the resident evil laboratory. If you are looking for common sense and decent behavior you will be looking for a while. Them older folks have no respect. They will push you out of lines, run in front of you at the buffet like the reaper itself is chasing them. If you think these guests are only lacking in reading the room, they also fail to read clear signs for example at the water and juice station. It clearly says do not fill your saliva dripping bottles there but I guess they all love sharing fluids. The staff is trying their best but after experiencing how they get treated by these seniors its understandable they are dreading to get to work every day. If you need cash avoid that ATM for dear life. It malfunctioned and it ate my dad's credit card and all we got from the hotel was a shoulder shrug because there is no technician on the whole island I guess.
Overall, the hotel was decent and most irritations were caused by other guests because they do not get corrected by the staff at all. We still had a good time and you can tell everyone is simply just tired of some people's behavior which is unfortunate.

We will definitely come back here! The hotel is in a very central location. Very friendly service, from the front desk to the hotel staff and cleaning staff. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the food is delicious. I definitely recommend it.

Great spot for exploring the island. The hotel isn't brand new, but the ocean-facing side is new(er) and totally worth the extra cost. Lots of greenery, tropical garden. We had a standard room facing the BP station, mountains, and the highway, which was gloomy with old windows and creaky balcony doors (wooden) - room 458. We upgraded to an ocean view the next day (€15/night), which was a game-changer (6th floor, room 641). The only downsides were no fridge or kettle in the room. Cleanliness was top-notch, both in the hotel and our room. The beds were comfy (though soft mattresses), pillows were great, and the bathroom was well-maintained. Daily cleaning, towels changed every 2 days, and sheets every 3 days. Food was amazing, with themed dinners like American burgers, Spanish fiesta, Japanese ramen, Thai soup, shrimp, spring rolls, sushi, and raw tuna - delicious! Plenty of fruits and veggies, eggs prepared in various ways, and a daily pizza station. We had half board, but there were always snacks in between. Pools were great, one with animations and music, the other near the dining area in a "quiet zone" with a mango tree (we even snacked on some fallen mangoes!). Jacuzzis and showers were incorporated into the pool area. The hotel building had a gym, pool tables, and other activities. Live music every day (fantastic) or saxophone concerts. Animations for kids and adults alike. We stayed for 2 weeks and would have happily stayed longer... The promenade was lovely (towards Maspalomas it's noisy, but towards Playa de Burres and San Antonio it's quieter, plus a cliff walk). The only sound was the ocean's roar. I'd love to come back and highly recommend it to everyone (with the ocean view option). The only thing I'd change are the old elevators... a minor complaint :) Warm regards!

The best hotel. I have been twice in the same hotel and the experience was fantastic.

And miss Marta from the gift shop is the heart of the Hotel :) I am glad I made her my friend hahahah

Overall an amazing hotel! Some ups and some downs. First of all, don’t expect anything from the all inclusive cocktails. Way to sweet and not tasty. But all the other drinks are great. Fast service at the bar, and a big variety of choices.
Then for the buffet. In one word amazing. Every day there is a different “theme” with almost to much options. It’s just great. Fast service aswell. When finished, you're plate will be gone in seconds. The waitress are fast.
The room is nice, only the bathroom needs some renovation. The hotel is noisy, but it was never annoying.
Lots of entertainment, disco’s, live music, auqa gym (the guy hosting is amazing) and more.
Lots of space at the pools, so never an problem to find a good place.
I had a nice stay
