Great spot for exploring the island. The hotel isn't brand new, but the ocean-facing side is new(er) and totally worth the extra cost. Lots of greenery, tropical garden. We had a standard room facing the BP station, mountains, and the highway, which was gloomy with old windows and creaky balcony doors (wooden) - room 458. We upgraded to an ocean view the next day (€15/night), which was a game-changer (6th floor, room 641). The only downsides were no fridge or kettle in the room. Cleanliness was top-notch, both in the hotel and our room. The beds were comfy (though soft mattresses), pillows were great, and the bathroom was well-maintained. Daily cleaning, towels changed every 2 days, and sheets every 3 days. Food was amazing, with themed dinners like American burgers, Spanish fiesta, Japanese ramen, Thai soup, shrimp, spring rolls, sushi, and raw tuna - delicious! Plenty of fruits and veggies, eggs prepared in various ways, and a daily pizza station. We had half board, but there were always snacks in between. Pools were great, one with animations and music, the other near the dining area in a "quiet zone" with a mango tree (we even snacked on some fallen mangoes!). Jacuzzis and showers were incorporated into the pool area. The hotel building had a gym, pool tables, and other activities. Live music every day (fantastic) or saxophone concerts. Animations for kids and adults alike. We stayed for 2 weeks and would have happily stayed longer... The promenade was lovely (towards Maspalomas it's noisy, but towards Playa de Burres and San Antonio it's quieter, plus a cliff walk). The only sound was the ocean's roar. I'd love to come back and highly recommend it to everyone (with the ocean view option). The only thing I'd change are the old elevators... a minor complaint :) Warm regards!

I came for a pride week in group of six. Hotel may be not brand new and shiny, but staff is fantastic (very helpful, always explaining everything, no problems whatsoever) and rooms are very clean. Food was amazing. For the whole week almost everyday was separate theme - everything very tasty, not possible to try everything at one sitting. Beach is very close, where you can rent sunbeds and an umbrella, also buy a drink or a snack - it's like 5 minute walk.
Only for me as a person who were going almost every day to the city centre - hotel is kinda far (like ~30 minutes of walk along the beach), so basically everywhere you have to order a taxi. But they are rather cheap.
Overall - I am going back for sure next year!

A nice hotel near to the beach. Very clean, Excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Good access to the motorway if you want to see more of the island. Only downside a bit far away from main areas for entertainment, restaurants and bars.

What to say? The hotel has been amazing but let's go in order:
- Price all inclusive for one week was great and I had the supplement for single room.
- Food was great. Lunches were more spanish whilst dinner were thematic. Food absolutely delicious.
- Infrastructure was great. Three swimming pools, enough lounges.
- Location is literally 3 minutes by walking from the sea.
- The animation was outstanding. So many activities like daily aquagym, bachata, yoga, Karaoke. They were all incredible and hard working. A huge thank to Grimi, Kane and Claudia
- Recommend the massage service.
- Rooms were ok, I don't understand the negative comments on them.
Just to point out at some points to improve:
- Didn't like that I was informed on spot on the supplement for ocean view room as these things should be more transparent.
- The air conditioning in my room didn't work and I had to wait the following day to have it changed.
- On Food and drinks, perhaps breakfast could have being more varied among different days (even if it was always very good. However cocktails weren't the best I had.
- The lifts need to be fixed as sometimes the doors don't close or they do when you try to enter.
- At the bar, more stuff would be needed as sometimes the queue was way too long.
However, these are minor things and overall everything was excellent and I highly recommend it to everyone.
