My boyfriend and I have just returned from the most wonderful holiday, thanks entirely to our stay at this incredible hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the genuine warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, was so friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed.
The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and impeccably clean. Our room was a peaceful haven we looked forward to returning to every day.
We were celebrating a special trip that combined his birthday and our romantic trip, and the hotel truly made it unforgettable. We were touched by the thoughtful surprises arranged for us; from a lovely birthday cake to a beautiful love setup in our room. These special touches made us feel so valued and added magic to our celebration.
We enjoyed every single moment of our perfect vacation and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We will undoubtedly be returning in the future. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

The Royal River in Tenerife is truly a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — discreet, warm, and incredibly attentive. The entire hotel feels like a private sanctuary, with beautifully designed villas, serene surroundings, and a calming atmosphere throughout. The decor strikes the perfect balance between modern luxury and tropical elegance, making every corner feel special.
One of the standout features is the network of private canals — perfect for a peaceful swim right from your villa. The rooftop restaurant offers stunning views, especially at sunset, and the food was consistently excellent. What impressed us most was the thoughtful attention to detail: my wife is allergic to gluten, and once they knew, they never forgot — every meal was handled with care. A perfect escape.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I really loved it during my visit. The staff were welcoming, and the overall experience while on the property was enjoyable — which is why I chose to return.
Unfortunately, when we got home, 2 of the 4 people in our group discovered cockroaches in their luggage. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level, especially considering the price paid. Cleanliness and pest control should be a top priority, and this experience has left me very disappointed.
It’s a shame because I genuinely enjoyed my stay otherwise, but this issue makes me reconsider returning in the future.

We recently stayed at this stunning hotel for our honeymoon and it was an unforgettable experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We had a villa by the river and the views were simply breathtaking and a unique experience.
The food was absolutely delicious, and we couldn't have asked for more. Every meal was a delight!
We will definitely be returning in the future.

Amazing staff and service. Staff were so friendly. Location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet stay but if you are looking for more activities you should get a taxi into the towns. Rooms could not be any better! It is just perfect. The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is also amazing.
