We needed a relaxing break and this was exactly the right spot. 10 nights in early mid May, great, not too hot weather, great views from this elevated location, lovely pool and junior suite room. Lots of steps but lifts at every point if you want to avoid. A 15 minute walk down into Adeje and a bit longer on the way back…. Great bit of coastline and some lovely restaurants there too. Whatever your interpretation of 5 stars… this place is beautifully appointed, extremely clean, has lovely non pretentious service and facilities. We were half board and enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the outdoor terrace of the buffet restaurant every day and found food that we thoroughly enjoyed from the great selection presented. I can’t remember all the names of the staff we met but there were some lovely and helpful characters, especially if you make time to engage. Leila in the restaurant was a star. 🌟 The entertainment each evening was definitely worth being around for and had something for everyone. A very chilled and relaxing break. 🥂☀️😎

We stayed at Hotel Meliá Jardines del Teide – Adults Only for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience overall. As a couple, we were really impressed with the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel. We stayed in Room 816 on The Level, which offered stunning ocean views and overlooked The Level pool area. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely balcony where we could relax and even enjoy some of the nightly entertainment from the comfort of our room. Entertainment usually ran until around 10–11 PM and added a nice evening touch.
Breakfast was excellent – we tried both the main buffet and the more exclusive breakfast at The Level. Service was quick, and the quality of food was very good. We especially appreciated The Level Lounge, which had free water, a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available throughout the day, and snacks to enjoy whenever we felt peckish. Between 4–6 PM, there was an even broader range of alcoholic options you could help yourself to – it made our half-board stay feel more like a semi all-inclusive experience!
The buffet dinner was okay – there’s room for improvement with the food options – but the hotel has other on-site restaurants and plenty of nearby dining options too.
A special thank you to Patrick, who stood out for being professional, respectful, and friendly. He really helped make our stay smooth and enjoyable.
The surrounding area is beautiful with well-maintained gardens and plenty of nice walks (note: it’s a bit hilly, but manageable). There are two large pools which we enjoyed, though the gym is on the smaller side and could benefit from more equipment.
Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would definitely consider returning. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, which exceeded my expectations in terms of buffet options, overall quality, service and view.
What I liked:
The view (outstanding)
The staff (super friendly and gentle)
Free Classes available for the guests
The pool (big with plenty of sunshine at every hour of the day)
The buffet food (honestly was more than good, fresh and super tasty)
The cocktails: bartender are actually good
You can move quite quickly in the hotel despite the size of it.
Free parking
Free WiFi is not slow.
What could have been better, but I didn't mind:
Position, is not bad, but in order to have such view you need to be a bit higher up from the sea.
Cocktails served at the pool could have been slightly cheaper.
Overall highly recommended.

Thank you for a truly wonderful holiday in your fantastic hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our too short visit with you! Standard of hygiene throughout was faultless. Breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses in every way. Staff were friendly, efficient and generous with their time. Pico Negro restaurant is well worth a visit. ‘Grab and go’ provided perfect lunchtime / poolside options.
The pool facilities were excellent. A wonderful range of walks once you step outside. Hotel is within walking distance of a fantastic range of shops and restaurants. We didn’t get to try your spa but will next time!
Will definitely return.
