We have just returned home from our holiday and all I can say is what an amazing hotel. 5 * service all round. When we first arrived we had our luggage taken to the room for us and were offered a glass of cava each upon arrival. The room we stayed in was spacious, exceptionally clean and huge! The food was great and a good standard for a hotel. Evening entertainment was great and varied each night. This hotel really is centred in a great location, peaceful and just what you want for a relaxing holiday.

I stayed here with my mam for 10 days in January. Asides from the odd rain shower and clouds, the holiday was 10/10 and that was 100% down to the staff at the Melia Jardines del Teide.
Big shout out to the bar staff Umeima, Miguel and Hector who make the most amazing cocktails, and Jonathan who provides non-stop entertainment behind and in front of the bar every night!
Each morning and evening we were greeted with such kindness and happy faces before heading into the restaurants - especially Natalia and Morena!!
The overall experience at this hotel was out of this world. All the staff upfront at the bar, restaurants, and pool, and behind the scenes - housekeeping, etc.. made it so perfect. We really enjoyed our time here and would 100% recommend a stay at Melia Jardines del Teide.

We have just returned home from a 4 night All inclusive stay at Melia Jardines Del Teide. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived until we departed. All staff across the hotel provided us with 5* treatment. We were greeted with a nice glass of cava on arrival which was a lovely touch. Our bags were collected at reception and kindly brought to our room.
Special thanks to Miguel from Concierge service who made our trip memorable. We certainly will be back. Attention to detail throughout.
All inclusive is 100% worth it, excellent choice of food and drinks to suit everyone. Great choice of activities for guests. We didn’t avail of these but they looked fantastic.
The hotel itself is stunning. Umeima who made beautiful cocktails at the Lobby Bar.
Also Johnathan from the Lobby Bar who made us laugh and giggle with a warm service.
Only thing I would change would be staying longer than 4 nights! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back in the near future.

This was our second stay at this charming hotel, the staff are very friendly. Food and drink quality is very good. Room was comfortable. Great for winter sun as the pool is heated. Special mention to CARLOS who served us at the restaurant most nights, he even remembered us from our visit last year. 5 stars from us

My stay at the Miele was good overall. The room was comfortable and offered convenient access to the Level pool. Breakfast was consistently high quality. Lunch was acceptable, but the evening meals were largely disappointing. Although the salads and desserts were excellent, the quality of the hot food was inconsistent. For example, my friend was served raw chicken and undercooked fish, and the ravioli I had was particularly poor. Overall not a 5 star experience. On a positive note, the soup was always really good.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout the site, which made it difficult to complete some necessary work. The evening entertainment was also very noisy, and we could clearly hear it from inside our room—far from ideal for anyone needing a quiet or early night. Fortunately, it did stop at 23:00.
One strong point was the staff, who were always very attentive and helpful. Ramone, in particular, went out of his way to assist us.
I’m unsure whether I would return, but I might consider it if I could find a good-value package, a high-standard room, and a guarantee of a quieter location.
