We stayed at Meliá Jardines del Teide (July 2025 - 10 Nights) as a family of five with The Level package. The hotel is beautifully set on a hillside with lovely gardens and ocean views. The Level Lounge was a great bonus, especially on a half-board plan — it offered snacks, premium drinks (4–6pm), and a calm breakfast spot.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, though air conditioning could be more efficient. We were disappointed to find drinks (even water) weren’t included with dinner, but Level Manager Gema kindly resolved this. Staff were truly the highlight — warm, helpful, and professional. Shout out to Jose, Julian, Milagros, and Angelica for their exceptional service.
The main pool was fantastic (heated and spacious), but the Level pool lacked privacy. Evening entertainment was okay, though not to our taste. We also had issues with the minibar not being cleared of alcohol as requested, which took several days to sort.
Overall, the hotel has a lot of charm and potential. With a few improvements, it could be excellent. We may consider returning.

Myself and my wife had a week here,the level experience is good, the staff (all staff) could not have done enough, always speak and acknowledge guests. Our room was brilliant, fantastic views with a massive balcony. Room 801..
Only a couple criticisms.. food could of been hotter at dinner and a slightly bigger choice would be great. Also being on the Level upgrade, the tapas could be better. The snacks had very little choice.

Food is excellent and in my humble opinion is the staff who makes the biggest effort to make you feel VERY welcome!
In April, with the staff strike they even managed to operate to high standards during Easter and offer the best service possible, appreciate the efforts to minimise the impact on the guests!

And the best fitness staff: Melissa! Loved the activities in the pool and she even managed to recruit me not being fit at all, and to come back to those activities, had a great time!
One small thing I would recommend to improve for maintenance is the drainage in the bathrooms inside the rooms.

Ultimate relaxation in a modern, stylish and plush surrounding. Really enjoyed our stay. The vibe is very chill, with great food and friendly staff. Our room a junior suite was incredibly spacious and welcoming. Room service and requests are dealt with promptly. I would be happy to come back another time.

We needed a relaxing break and this was exactly the right spot. 10 nights in early mid May, great, not too hot weather, great views from this elevated location, lovely pool and junior suite room. Lots of steps but lifts at every point if you want to avoid. A 15 minute walk down into Adeje and a bit longer on the way back…. Great bit of coastline and some lovely restaurants there too. Whatever your interpretation of 5 stars… this place is beautifully appointed, extremely clean, has lovely non pretentious service and facilities. We were half board and enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the outdoor terrace of the buffet restaurant every day and found food that we thoroughly enjoyed from the great selection presented. I can’t remember all the names of the staff we met but there were some lovely and helpful characters, especially if you make time to engage. Leila in the restaurant was a star. 🌟 The entertainment each evening was definitely worth being around for and had something for everyone. A very chilled and relaxing break. 🥂☀️😎
