Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, nothing else around it at all besides rocks. Pictures (and reviews) make it seem a lot better than it really is. In reality it looks really worn down as soon as you enter, not a 5 star experience whatsoever, with lots of marks all over the place. Waited 4 hours to check in, management and staff just shrugged their shoulders. The room as well had mould in the bath and shower, again not ideal. Food at the buffet another low light, it's definitely catered to solely British travellers. It's like if wetherspoons opened an all inclusive, is how I'd describe the food and atmosphere. We've never asked to leave a hotel after one day before but in the end it saved our holiday. My partner speaks Spanish and most staff were basically saying how crap the hotel is. We ended up going somewhere cheaper but twice as nice, with things to actually do around the hotel as well.

I don’t often review a hotel 24 hours into a five night stay, however it has already been such a wonderful experience that I’m confident to be able to post so soon! The hotel and grounds are gorgeous with lots of different native trees, bushes, shrubs and cactus and lots of information about them. Inside there are lots of works of art from local artists and plenty of serene areas to relax. The service from all the staff has been absolutely first class. The buffet restaurant is far and away the best all-inclusive buffet I’ve experienced (and if you read my other reviews you’ll see I’ve been quite a few!) The choice is fantastic and everything is freshly prepared and very tasty. There are two different pool bars next to 2 of the many swimming pools they have (and because there are so many pools and so many lounges it’s never a problem to find somewhere in the Sun to relax) and a wonderful lounge bar. The cocktails are probably the best all inclusive cocktails I’ve experienced and as I said the service has been superb. My bedroom (standard twin room) is very nice and clean, in fact the whole hotel is pristine. I will definitely be back and would 100% recommend this hotel.

Close to the airport so transfer time is 20 minutes. Staff are amazing and always so cheerful. No access to the sea which maybe an issue for some, but didn't bother us. Not sure there is much for children and teenagers to do here. No silly rush for sun loungers. You can still come down at 9.30 and find a spot. Definitely worth a visit and probably we will return.

The hotel is complex is a calling environment to be in and our room was large and comfortable. The staff and the service they provided were excellent. They’re all super-friendly and happy to help. I’m vegan and my girlfriend had a gluten allergy and we both found it easy to eat at the buffet. The staff made it clear to my girlfriend what she could/couldn’t eat and when we asked for vegan or gluten free desserts they were happy to go to the kitchen and get us some. Would definitely go back there.

We are a family of 3 with a teenage kid, stayed in a hotel early April for 4 nights. Loved the experience! The staff is very attentive, hospitable and nice. The food is amazing including themed dinners. The territory is big enough but not huge, there is a lake for 5 minutes fun kayaking. There are many pools but only one was heated, so it gets crowded. Nice pool is by the sea, but it was too windy over there. The hotel designed as volcano with all the nice details, excellent lobby bar with a view. We took half board and it was more than enough. I particularly liked evening shows-they are 30-40 min. And different every time. There is an opportunity to take a walk at the waterfront with a views to cliffs and volcano in the sea. Supermarket is 5 min drive. It’s a bit far(30 min) from coastal touristic busy area but it has its charm. Also airport is very close so if you don’t like planes, it’s not for you, they are frequently flying. Overall, super nice stay.
