We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Tenerife. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which really made a positive difference during our stay.
We had breakfast included. The breakfast was tasty and well prepared, but quite repetitive. Apart from one or two small changes, it was almost the same every day, so I ended up eating nearly the same breakfast daily. That said, the quality itself was good.
The resort has quite a lot of stairs, but this is well managed by providing a key that opens gates to avoid many of them. Thanks to this, getting around with a baby buggy was not an issue. Only a few stairs between the reception and the breakfast area had to be taken, which wasn’t a problem.
The swimming pool is fine but not very large. Although it is said to be heated, the water was still rather cold during our stay in January.
The rooms are exactly as shown in the photos. The only downside was the shower, as the hot water runs out quite quickly, making it necessary to plan shower times.
Overall, a good hotel with nice rooms and especially very friendly staff

Just got home from a lovely stay at Ohasis , all the staff were amazing and very helpful , especially Mila on reception as two of our little ones got a stomach bug , she helped providing towels and fresh sheets with in minutes of me calling reception and also brought information on a doctor. Lovely welcoming lady and would definitely stay again to see Mila!
The TUI lady Anne-Marie was amazing too , helping booking Siam and Loro Parque , and staying after her shift to help arrange a doctor for my son as she spoke fluent Spanish!
Thank you very much to both of you and we look forward to returning! Hopefully without the sickness bug this time!

Daughter and I just spent a week at the oasis. Rooms are lovely, staff lovely and very helpful. Had a small problem with plumbing when we arrived, mentioned it at reception, and it was sorted straight away. Slight hill incline to overcome, but we knew this beforehand and it wasn’t an issue. Would we stay here again? Absolutely we would. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Just returned from a 5 night stay at Ohasis Boutique Suites.
Had a really enjoyable stay. The apartment suite was spacious, the mini bar in the fridge was well stocked at a reasonable price (still plenty of room for own groceries). The kitchen space had most utensils you would need and a hob and a kettle. There was a slightly restricted view of the sea and a building from the balcony, but we could still enjoy the sunset every night. The TV channels weren't working but we were able to sign into YouTube to watch TV through that. Netflix wouldn't let us log in sadly. The bed was two single beds pushed together so very spacious and comfortable. There was an air con and two fans in the space so easy to stay cool.
The room was relatively clean, some of the floors hadn't been mopped in the corners and under the bed but the linen and towels were changed twice and the bins emptied during the stay.
The place has great amenities.
The gym was well equipped with a treadmill, spin bike and elliptical. There was a decent selection of weights and bars.
The pool was a great space with plenty of sunbeds and parasols and a pool bar that would bring orders to the sunbeds. We enjoyed the toasties and chips but wouldn't recommend the pizzas they were very heavy (too many toppings and cheese, quite greasy), we could only ate half of what we ordered.
The location is on a steep hill, and about a 25 - 35 mins into the town centre and down to the beach. So a little bit far out but we walked each day - I see there was a local bus and taxis available.
There are supermarkets in close proximity.
I would recommend staying here.

Amazing stay! Wonderful friendly staff, huge apartment with a lovely sea view and very quiet! Breakfast and dinner was superb and only a 2 min walk to the bus stop for your pick ups and the water park. We will be back! Perfect time to go in December :)!
