Amazing stay- all the staff at reception were amazing and helpful except 1 person throughout our entire stay. Visited the rock shop and Cristina was amazing- very helpful and friendly. The lady the day before dressed as Ursula was also amazing and gave us some roses 🌹 as it was close to valentines. The sessions buffet was incredible, lots of choice and different each day. Breakfast buffet also amazing and had lots of choice. Staff always happy to help with anything from booking meals to excursions. As I said above we had a brilliant experience with all except one member of the reception team who was not very helpful.
Rooms lovely and clean, pools were great. Hotel always smelled amazing.

Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel perfectly combines luxury, atmosphere, and impeccable service, creating a truly first-class experience in the south of Tenerife.
One of the standout highlights of our stay was the poolside bar service. The team works tirelessly throughout the day, always attentive, friendly, and professional. In particular, Mary deserves special recognition. Her service was impeccable — she ensured our drinks were refreshed all day long, always with a warm smile and genuine attentiveness. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, which made our days by the pool effortless and relaxing.
The staff speak fluent English, which makes everything seamless for international guests, and their dedication and work ethic are clear to see. They are consistently attentive despite the busy atmosphere, and they truly are a credit to the establishment.
Beyond the service, the hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with fantastic pools, a vibrant atmosphere, and excellent facilities. The food and drink options are varied and high quality, and the overall standard throughout the resort is outstanding.
We left feeling genuinely looked after and already looking forward to returning. A well-deserved five stars.

We arrived on March 1st. The reception and the welcome were excellent. Angelo kindly took care of our luggage in front of the hotel, and Guillermo handled our check-in at the reception. Guillermo was very kind throughout the process. When he saw that we were travelling with our 2-year-old child, he brought a balloon for him and gave us a beautiful room. Everything was perfect. Angelo also gave a very thorough and helpful introduction to the room.
I would also like to mention the blonde lady standing at the entrance of the Sessions Buffet during breakfast and dinner. She was incredibly attentive and kind every time we saw her, and she quickly became our little boy’s favourite person in the restaurant.
However, we had a very disappointing experience at the Constant Grind Coffee Shop on the 7th at around 12:15 pm. Our 2-year-old child usually takes his nap around midday, like most children. Unfortunately, lunch at the Sessions Buffet is only available from 1 pm, which overlaps with the usual nap time for many children. We knew that lunch is available from noon at the Constant Grind Coffee Shop bar, so we decided to eat there instead. It would not have been a problem for us to delay our child’s nap a little, but it was important for us to receive lunch within a reasonable amount of time so that we could put him down for his nap afterwards.
We waited at our table for a long time hoping to place an order. After waiting for quite a while, I tried to order at the counter, but I was repeatedly overlooked. Meanwhile, my wife also tried to order near our table, but our request was not taken.
Several servers were aware that we wanted to order, but unfortunately they were not helpful and no one took our order. We felt that we were being deliberately ignored. After trying multiple times to place an order without success, I expressed my dissatisfaction and we decided to leave.
Unfortunately, this negative experience has left a mark on our otherwise very positive memories of the hotel.

We had the best time at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. Everything about our stay was absolutely fantastic.
A very special thank you to Adriana at check in, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She very kindly gave us a beautiful room to celebrate our anniversary and it truly made our stay extra special. The lovely treats and the note left in our room were such a thoughtful touch and meant a lot to us.
We would also like to thank all the management, staff and Espe in the gift shop, who was so kind, friendly and helpful.
From start to finish, the service was excellent and we left with wonderful memories. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special and memorable stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make our stay special — nothing was too much trouble, and their professionalism really stood out.
The rooms were stunning: spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with amazing views and all the little touches that make a big difference. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve slept in, ensuring a great night’s rest every night.
The facilities were equally impressive — from the gorgeous pools and relaxing spa to the excellent restaurants and entertainment. Everything was well-maintained and had a real luxury feel without being stuffy.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had. A perfect blend of comfort, service, and atmosphere. We’ll absolutely be returning — thank you Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife for such a memorable experience!
