Amazing stay- all the staff at reception were amazing and helpful except 1 person throughout our entire stay. Visited the rock shop and Cristina was amazing- very helpful and friendly. The lady the day before dressed as Ursula was also amazing and gave us some roses 🌹 as it was close to valentines. The sessions buffet was incredible, lots of choice and different each day. Breakfast buffet also amazing and had lots of choice. Staff always happy to help with anything from booking meals to excursions. As I said above we had a brilliant experience with all except one member of the reception team who was not very helpful.
Rooms lovely and clean, pools were great. Hotel always smelled amazing.

This is probably our seventh time returning to the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife, and once again it has exceeded our expectations. We stay in the Rock Royalty Suite and every visit we are genuinely blown away by how caring, friendly and welcoming the staff are.
My partner has coeliac disease and also has gluten and dairy allergies, and the hotel is absolutely brilliant at catering for her. The team always take it seriously and make us feel completely comfortable and looked after, which means a lot.
We would like to make a special mention to Dave and Arantxa at reception, Mary who has served us lunch food so wonderfully, Ivan “The Terrible” as we jokingly call him, at dinner, and also the chef at Rock Royalty breakfast whose name I believe was something like Madisville. You all make our stay extra special.
We will definitely be back again. Thank you to the entire Hard Rock team for another fantastic stay.

We had such an amazing stay at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and honestly the staff made it even better. From the second we arrived, everything just felt easy and welcoming. Dave checked us in and was so friendly and helpful — he explained everything clearly and just had such a positive, relaxed vibe. You can tell he’s great at what he does.
Lola, the manager, was also incredible. So warm, kind and genuinely attentive. She made us feel really looked after, not just like another room number. Oscar was also a big help during our stay — always polite, quick to assist and smiling.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The views are stunning, especially at sunset. The food was delicious with loads of options, and room service was always quick and spot on. The facilities are amazing too — everything is clean, modern and well maintained.
Overall, such a great experience and we’d 100% come back. Definitely recommend!

I traveled solo to Tenerife and initially had some doubts about whether Hard Rock Hotel would be the right fit for me. However, I found everything I could possibly need! From Pilates and yoga classes with Ezequiel to vibrant evening concerts, I had a fantastic time and was able to truly enjoy myself. The proximity to the beach, large pools, and spacious areas, including adult-only zones, allowed me to relax, have fun, and want to come back for more. As for the culinary experience, I took the all-inclusive option purely for convenience, though I didn’t use it much. However, the meals I did have, especially the New Year’s Eve buffet dinner, were outstanding in both quality and variety. I would also like to highlight the exceptional hospitality of the entire staff. Every single team member I interacted with — in the bars, all service areas, at the reception, in the souvenir shop, and housekeeping — was genuinely warm, helpful, and attentive. Even though it was the very busy New Year’s Eve period, I asked to change my room, and the one I received was simply outstanding. The view was breathtaking, with beautiful sunrises and even more spectacular sunsets that made the stay truly special. I will definitely be coming back.
And if you are there on a Thursday - make sure not to miss The Queen Project band playing in the evening- their performance was out of this world 😍

Another fantastic stay at the Hard Rock, we came last February break and couldn’t wait to return. Our 5 year old son loves it here which means we can relax! Pools are heated so plenty of time swimming, brilliant play park and great breakfast. We stay bed and breakfast and there are lots of fantastic restaurants outside the hotel for lunch and dinner. Big shout out to Bynon on reception who upgraded our room to a sea view, really added to our holiday. Cant wait to return again next year.
