Currently mid way through our weeks holiday and cannot praise the hotel and all of its fabulous staff enough! Came to celebrate my partner's birthday and Christina in the Rock Shop offered a special birthday treat making it really special!
All of the lovely restaurant and pool staff have been superb (extra shout out to Wes who kept us stocked up on pool days) serving us promptly and with great care. And the housekeeping team are utterly fantastic! So far every aspect of this holiday has been an absolute treat. Look forward to the rest of our stay and will absolutely be coming back.

We have visited the Sky Lounge twice during our stay at Adeje, the 16th is now our favourite place. Not only are the views absolutely beautiful but the staff are so friendly. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from an Hard Rock, and as visitors, not residents of the hotel, we were made to feel very welcome and at home here. What a beautiful place.
Today we have shopped in the Rock Shop for some souvenirs for ourselves and to take home for others. Again as soon as we walked in to she shop we were made to feel very welcome by the very lovely and helpful Cristina, who took the time to go through all the merchandise and help us look for sizes of clothing, checking all our glasses were high quality and packed safely. We enjoyed spending time chatting about our love of music and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Our experience at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, every detail was carefully taken care of, making us feel like true VIPs.
The birthday surprise they arranged was beyond anything we could have imagined—beautiful decorations, champagne, and even a delicious cake. It was an incredibly emotional moment, and we cannot thank Fabiana, Tania, and Cristina from Guest Service enough for going above and beyond to make it so special. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine warmth truly made our stay unforgettable.
The hotel itself is spectacular, with breathtaking ocean views, luxurious rooms, and top-notch amenities. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and dedicated to ensuring a perfect experience.
We wholeheartedly recommend Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife to anyone looking for an outstanding stay, whether for a celebration or just a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be returning in the future!

It was amazing! Fantastic hotel, modern clean rooms, great choice for breakfast, lovely employees! Everyone who works here were 100% and are like old friends even though we were meeting them for the first time.Hotel has everything for children and adults of all ages! With so much to do right on the hotel’s doorstep and excellent transport connections to whisk you across the island! We travelled with a child ( 30 months old ) and we had so much fun in here! We can't wait to go back!

Great hotel with amazing staff throughout.
There’s a fantastic selection at the buffet, some of it may not be piping hot but you learn to get things straight off the grill!
Special mention to Valentina in the Sessions restaurant who looked after us and our 5 month old brilliantly. She always greeted him with a smile and he always had one for her in return.
Really exceptional service and great fun to be had at all the pools. We will be back!
