Good hotel. No way 4☆ 2.5 to 3 at push. Very dated bathrooms. Very poor. Lovely gardens and fantastic pool. Waiting on staff amazing. Not so much about staff behind reception. Had a long wait for them to book in 2 couples. Told to go to the bar and come back later. Food cold to warm ish. most of the time. They put a microwave for you to warm it up. Coffee is only available in the morning. In buffet area. Butter hard to find if any. Toaster was there. But been removed. If you like salad or fish. You're OK. Other restaurants on site. Book for them 2 days beforehand. Or you won't get in. This is an honest review. It's not made up of ones saying 5 ☆ on everything. And yes I would come back. Maybe when improvements made.

Overall a good experience but room quality needed improvement. I had Asked for a double bed and i was given two single beds joined together. it wasn't great to sleep in. Otherwise great hospitality service, everyone was very nice and helpful. felt VIP service. great for kids, it has kids Club. check it out. recommended to others

I loved my stay in this hotel one of the best things I enjoyed here a lot was the breakfast. There were so many breakfast options and the food was great as well. A few challenges I had was the wifi not working in my room so I always had to come to the reception area if I wanted to do some meaningful work. Also the deposit they asked before allowing you to get a towel for the pool was just a turn off of me. But overall location of the hotel was great had a nice sea view and had a great time.

I recently stayed at Les dunes d'or, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Several issues made my stay quite unpleasant. Staff Behavior: I encountered instances of unprofessional behavior from some staff members, particularly in the use of inappropriate language. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere for guests, as racial slurs were unfortunately exchanged, impacting the overall experience. Service Quality: The service at the hotel was subpar. Requests were not promptly addressed, and the overall efficiency left much to be desired. Improvements in customer service training could significantly enhance the guest experience. Amenities: I found that some amenities were not functional, which was disappointing. It's crucial for a hotel to maintain all amenities in working order to meet the expectations of its guests. Reception Experience: The check-in process was less than smooth, with long wait times and apparent disorganization. A more streamlined approach to reception could greatly improve the first impression guests have of the hotel. Noise Issues: Unfortunately, there were disturbances at night from loud and disruptive guests, leading to a lack of sleep. Improved security measures or stricter policies on noise could contribute to a more peaceful stay. I believe addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall guest experience at Les dunes d'or. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the quality of service provided.

The room itself is fine, but no heat at night when it is quite cold and extractor fan is not working in the bathroom! ! This morning in dining room was dreadful as it was so busy they ran out of cereal bowls, plates, glasses and cups!! We walked around and around to try and find a table to eat at. Finally we gave up and bought our breakfast outside. I think that's really bad customer service and would definitely not stay here again.
