We stayed in Argana for 4 nights. It might be advertised as a four star hotel but it definitely isn't!
It is very noisy! We had a seaview room overlooking the pool but the noise from the bar and club was so loud we asked to move. We were given a room facing the road which was just as bad was constant motorbikes and horns all night. The walls are paper thin you'll hear noise from other rooms.
The room we ended up in was very run down, mattresses were rock hard we both struggled to sleep. The bathroom sink was broken. You get a kettle but no cups, spoons or coffee. The plug sockets look like a health and safety disaster waiting to happen. The air conditioning broke a few times during our trip and getting a WiFi signal is near impossible, we gave up and bought a local SIM card. Definitely not 4 star accommodation.
The staff were polite but very slow. We asked for toilet paper about 3 times before we actually got it. We didn't get much help with directions just a vague idea of where something might be.
We only paid for breakfast rather than all inclusive, thank goodness! The breakfast buffet was chaos, not enough tables for the size of the hotel, long lines and basic bland food. We only attempted it once.
As a woman I never felt very safe in the hotel. There's no security to stop strangers wandering in to the hotel and the male safe can be quite leery. The windows don't actually lock at all in the rooms or corridors.
There is a nice beach area for the hotel but you need to navigate a 14 minute walk avoiding people desperately trying to sell you things. We only attempted it once.
Sadly I cannot say I would stay here again.

We stayed for 4nights, 2 rooms 1 on bottom and another on 1st floor. We got here around 11am, checkin was 4pm so we left our luggage in the designated room and went to chill at the beach which is just 10mins walk from the hotel. You pay 100dr for beach towels which you will get back after. We came back at 4pm and 1 room was ready but other wasn't ready till around 16:45pm. Dinner food was always cold, nothing special. Luckly we had booked half board so for lunch we went exploring the city and they have lovely restaurants with good food, all within a walking distance. There's a shop next to the hotel where you can buy snacks, drinks and water. Also a few nightclubs around the area ,we went for shisha and it was a good chill spot. Hotel WiFi was good downstairs but poor on 1st floor, hotel stuff where nice and friendly, the evening entertainment was the worst. Wednesday belly dancing 2/10, Thursday fire show 1/10, Friday snake/bingo show 2/10, Saturday fire show 3/10. Please hire better entertainers.
Overall, rooms were clean, hotel is right in city centre although it gets noisey during the night to motorcycles, nightclubs and other hotels entertainment, stuff where friendly especially the cleaning lady 9/10 and the other reception lady. Would I stay here again, yes, would I recommend it, yes.

Just returned home from my stay at the Argana. Firstly the positives.
Great location, great majority of staff members especially Karima on the check-in desk. Room good size and clean.
Now the negatives. Room size good however the bathroom is ridiculously small if you are a big person or well built, not enough room to sit down on the toilet. Beds not very comfortable and pillows & towels can really do with changing. Price of water bottle cost 30 dh when its only 5 in the shop next door. I think 15 would be reasonable. Food ok nothing to get excited about we end up eating outside for the last few days. Issue at checking all other guests given their room but we sat there till 4 and room still not ready because previous occupiers decided to extend their stay for few hours, surly another room could have been arranged, however it was finally but that's after a long wait and continues chasing. There are other charges you will have to pay to use facilities or equipment. Ie 50dh for gym, 100 dh for swimming pool towel but will be refunded at the end, 20dh per day for safe.
Would I go back, definitely yes because of staff and location.

Our stay at hotel Argana was good. The food was decent with the waiter(s) who did great- especially, Abdul. Also, a wide range of cuisine and drinks. The location is excellent for a variety of excursions and the beach is a 15 mins walk. It is a busy hotel with pleasant staff but can be noisy at night due to hotel services/activities and the night club next door. The spa staff were exceptional: thank you ladies keep up the fine work. Our stay was from 3rd August 2025 till 10th August 2025. Many happy memories:)

The spa at Hotel Argana was a true haven of peace. The facilities were modern and the massages were very relaxing.
The activities offered by the hotel were varied and interesting. We enjoyed the themed evenings and organized excursions.The room service was efficient and fast. The dishes were delicious and the drinks were well served .
We highly recommend Hotel Argana for its excellent service, quality facilities, and convivial atmosphere. The staff were attentive and professional, which made our stay very enjoyable .
