Very friendly staff on front desk. They are helpful and go an extra mile for customers. Excursion desk man and the women are very nice and explain everything in detail. Houskeeping staff are so nice and respectful. The breakfast is amazing especially the choose your own omlette. Rooms are clean and service is top notch. Highly reccomend. There is alot of entertainment by the shisha part and bar outside by the pool.
Pool will be nice if heating was available very cold water

Hotel is clean and most of the staff very friendly, we had half board, breakfast and little limited but omelette station saved the day. When busy you have to wait for cups and glasses, there are no sauces ( tomato or brown), wine not great and more expensive than expected... so ate out at least half the nights. Overall it was fine for a 3 to 4 star hotel, oh gym was well equipped and pool area nice. Would I go again... probably but b&b only..

Lovely hotel. Can't fault the staff at all. They were all so friendly and helpful. The hotel and bar/pool area wer3 gorgeous. The only let down was our room. Very basic, a bit shoddy in the bathroom and dusty. The balcony door lock was broken but the staff were very quick in fixing it. And we were in a room that was attached to the nightclub so we had our own personal disco till 4am every day. But we did pay very little for our break and we were only there 4 nights so we didn't complain. If we were there for longer we would definitely have been asked to move.
Has its own little private beach and about a 5 min walk to it.
Overall it was a lovely holiday and would definitely come back to this hotel but just in a different room. Thank you Argana. We'll be back 😊

We enjoyed our stay here! The staff were all very lovely and helpful! Special thanks to H. Mariam at the reception, she was helpful, understanding and kind.
Regarding the breakfast, specifically the hot food, I would have loved more variety but it was lovely to experience a moroccan breakfast.
The hotel is quite traditional appearance-wise. Our room was clean, and the facilities in the room were decent! It would have been nice to have milk to make tea!
All in all, great location! The bus stop is about 10mins away, ans many food shops nearby!

Amazing hotel and the service from staff was exceptional. Very customer service orientated.
Our room had a drain issue, we went to request it be fixed but we were moved to a better room instead. The receptionist went above and beyond and was very friendly.
Great food. Always something delicious to eat.
Loved Abdul who kept his area of the restaurant clean and tidy. Ready for the next guest.
The entertainment was non stop and they were definitely there to keep guests happy.
Bar staff were friendly, helpful and worked hard.
I cannot fault this hotel.
I paid for a 3-4 star hotel but got a 5 star service.
