We enjoyed our stay here! The staff were all very lovely and helpful! Special thanks to H. Mariam at the reception, she was helpful, understanding and kind.
Regarding the breakfast, specifically the hot food, I would have loved more variety but it was lovely to experience a moroccan breakfast.
The hotel is quite traditional appearance-wise. Our room was clean, and the facilities in the room were decent! It would have been nice to have milk to make tea!
All in all, great location! The bus stop is about 10mins away, ans many food shops nearby!

Amazing hotel and the service from staff was exceptional. Very customer service orientated.
Our room had a drain issue, we went to request it be fixed but we were moved to a better room instead. The receptionist went above and beyond and was very friendly.
Great food. Always something delicious to eat.
Loved Abdul who kept his area of the restaurant clean and tidy. Ready for the next guest.
The entertainment was non stop and they were definitely there to keep guests happy.
Bar staff were friendly, helpful and worked hard.
I cannot fault this hotel.
I paid for a 3-4 star hotel but got a 5 star service.

I booked into the spa fpr a hammam and a massage and aas greeted by the lovely maria, who explained all the packages, prices and gave me my time to come. I arrived and the girls were so thorough gentle and caring. Hair washed and full body scrub and an hours massage. I have never had a massage where I have felt so lightly afterwards. The lovely meena spent time making sure I was relaxed, happy and content, very professional service and very clean premises. I have loved my first experience of a moroccon massage and gamma that I have booked in for another.. thank you to the amazing girls Maria and meena xx

First of all I would like to say that hotel's staff was simply wonderful. Always willing to help. I would like to mention Abdullah and Bd from the restaurant. They did put a personal touch for us by reserving our favourite table for breakfast and dinner. They would put 🌹 petals and other personal things that we liked. Without them we wouldn't be able to get this table. Or sometimes any table as restaurant could get very busy.
Also, I would like to mention Soufiane for the help of all of our excursions. He went an extra mile to help me to get a refund from a different company who did not show up! Without him, this refund would never happen.
This is a constructive criticism. To do with a hotel and not people. At the beginning we were given a terrible room. The toilet and bed light was broken, no room to put all of our toiletries, dirty and broken bath. We managed to change our room after 2 nights for something totally different.
The issue is that part of the hotel is renovated and feels like a different place!

We stayed in Argana for 4 nights. It might be advertised as a four star hotel but it definitely isn't!
It is very noisy! We had a seaview room overlooking the pool but the noise from the bar and club was so loud we asked to move. We were given a room facing the road which was just as bad was constant motorbikes and horns all night. The walls are paper thin you'll hear noise from other rooms.
The room we ended up in was very run down, mattresses were rock hard we both struggled to sleep. The bathroom sink was broken. You get a kettle but no cups, spoons or coffee. The plug sockets look like a health and safety disaster waiting to happen. The air conditioning broke a few times during our trip and getting a WiFi signal is near impossible, we gave up and bought a local SIM card. Definitely not 4 star accommodation.
The staff were polite but very slow. We asked for toilet paper about 3 times before we actually got it. We didn't get much help with directions just a vague idea of where something might be.
We only paid for breakfast rather than all inclusive, thank goodness! The breakfast buffet was chaos, not enough tables for the size of the hotel, long lines and basic bland food. We only attempted it once.
As a woman I never felt very safe in the hotel. There's no security to stop strangers wandering in to the hotel and the male safe can be quite leery. The windows don't actually lock at all in the rooms or corridors.
There is a nice beach area for the hotel but you need to navigate a 14 minute walk avoiding people desperately trying to sell you things. We only attempted it once.
Sadly I cannot say I would stay here again.
