Great location. Most of the staff are lovely with the exception of the hotel rep selling tours and the male on reception in the evening who was just rude and pushy,I felt like I was being told off for not booking in the hotel for a tour or going to the meeting (I was asleep due to traveling throughout the night for an early flight, not that I should have explained this) so for this I didn't book the rest of the tours in the hotel. Aggressive selling, being rude and questioning me like it was their right 😂 it was amusing but aggressive selling has the opposite affect and so I wouldn't recommend, other than that found everyone in the hotel very nice and welcoming. Hotel and apartment very clean our cleaner worked extremely hard and was cleaned and replenished to a high standard daily, very friendly and is a credit to the hotel. Not much selection at breakfast but what was there was ok. Pastries were fresh and very nice. Drinks in the hotel expensive but again great service and friendly. The apartment isn't modern or fancy but had everything we needed and was large, comfortable and clean. I would return, great price and location. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

We booked their 3 bedroom suite for a short stay. Overall it's ok but rooms decor certainly needs updating. Rooms were serviced daily. They have onsite pools and breakfast is decent. Overall it's a good place to stay but not a 4 star hotel as some of the ratings suggests. Big positive is it's location, just minutes walk away from all the ementies and beach.

Ideal hotel for a short break but we stayed in the apartments which are very dated. Although very spacious. The real letdown was some of the staff and the fact that even the hotel bar was charging whatever they wanted to for drinks. When asked if there was the ability to pay by card the bartender said no, even though very clearly he had a card machine. When this was pointed out he backed down and allowed us to pay by card but charged us a lot of money on top of our drinks. The reception staff are equally sometimes good and sometimes dreadful.
We could live with a dated room etc but some things were just as mentioned in other people's comments and this place is best avoided.

Seagulls in the air vents above our toilet having screaming fights at every minute of the night led to a sleepless break too and the staff did nothing to sort the issue out even taking a look would have been nice, but it didn't happen

Hotel room is a nice size. There's AC and a fridge, theres no iron in the room. After that its down hill. Most of the staff are rude. Asked for a kettle multiple times never received it, this should be as standard especially if u claim to be a 4 star hotel.
The cleaners do half a job and did not clean our room half the time and when they did they left us with no toilet roll or towels. Had to ask a few times for this. Horrible hotel, do not recommend. The hotels with lower stars on the strip are way better than this so called 4 star. The only nice staff at the hotel was security. They also charged my friend to keep her luggage to the side as out flight wasn't until midnight, I have never been charged anywhere ive been around the world to hold luggage at a hotel. If u simply are going in and out you will be fine. If u want more from ur hotel and polite staff this is not it.

Brilliant view from Balcony. We had a room on 8th floor. Rooms comfy. Good size bed. Coffee facilities available. Towels hair dryer and cupboards for long stays. Bathrooms need an update... Our shower door slide broken, the sink tap took small for a big sink. But overall would recommend as staff and location fantastic.
Has a spa, swimming pool, onsite bar with snooker and DJ in nights.
