As many of the other reviews have said the rooms are a little dated however I am under the impression that they are renovating floor by floor. This wasn’t a problem however as we were only in the room for sleeping. The breakfast had a large variety (special mention to the omelette lady!). We had dinner one of the nights we stayed which was 180 dirham per person. I believe it was buffet type however you could order food a La carte from the grill service by the pool. We tried the burger and panini from this (roughly 35/45 dirham for each) and again they were also fresh and tasty. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the pool area was nice to catch a tan. Having seen other reviews from people it is unfortunate that their stay wasn’t similar to ours, however as mentioned we were only in the room to sleep and spent the majority of our day out of the hotel. It is around a 10 minute walk to the beach, and there are also multiple amenities within walking distance such as a convenience store and money exchange place as well as souvenir shops. There was also a cash machine within the hotel lobby. Me and my wife also tried out the hammam and massage service in the hotel (around 300 dirham per person). The massage was nice and the hammam was decent (only decent as I don’t think it was my cup of tea personally). It is unfortunate that many guests experiences weren’t similar to ours however I think we would probably stay again, but only stick to bed and breakfast as there are lots of restaurants on the beachfront to try. Our flight back was quite late but they have a baggage room in which you can leave bags securely.

We had 7 days of Half Board holiday in early April. High floors have beautiful views and location makes it amazing. Hotel located quite close to the beach (10min walk) and walkable distances from major touristy spots and city shops.
Positive:
Stayed on the 7th floor with a fantastic view.
Rooms were tidy with the cleaner ladies cleaning daily.
Every day towels changed and beds were made.
Room was spacious and the bed super comfy.
Excellent WiFi
The restaurant had a lot of variety of food. 10/10
All the cooks and servers were very nice and friendly.
Felt very safe in town. Lots of police around.
Negative:
On our arrival we have been charged €50 as tourist tax.
It is clearly not a European 4*
The rooms are a little outdated and need renovation. The paint job in the rooms are noticeable and needs a makeover. Had missed splatters of paint everywhere like the sink or toilet..
Old tables and old cupboards.
Apart of the fridge which was quite useful was nothing else there- no kettle, no plates, no cutlery, no cups, no tea or coffee.
Even though breakfast and dinner were included in our package. They don't provide any drink, not even water at dinner time. You must pay for it and then they would delay with change or not give you at all.
Water in hotel bar 25(€2.50) when in local shop in town 6(€0.60)
The pools are very clean and well maintained but they aren’t heated and the water is always ice cold!!
Jacuzzi filled with freezing water. Never saw anyone using it.
No entertainment.

Anezi Tower Hotel exceeded expectations with its stunning ocean views, spacious rooms, and warm hospitality. The location is perfect—close to the beach and city center. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. Great value for money and an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway in Agadir.

This hotel had us waiting around hours before we could get our room after long hours travelling. The staff at reception were very rude, the breakfast was a hard pass. We kept on getting the maids knocking on our door long after the room was
cleaned, obviously after a tip. All the lifts wasn't working. Very sad hotel in need of total overall. Don't waste your money much better around. Plus there was bird poop all over the balcony railings and balcony floor total health hazard
