Great location. Most of the staff are lovely with the exception of the hotel rep selling tours and the male on reception in the evening who was just rude and pushy,I felt like I was being told off for not booking in the hotel for a tour or going to the meeting (I was asleep due to traveling throughout the night for an early flight, not that I should have explained this) so for this I didn't book the rest of the tours in the hotel. Aggressive selling, being rude and questioning me like it was their right 😂 it was amusing but aggressive selling has the opposite affect and so I wouldn't recommend, other than that found everyone in the hotel very nice and welcoming. Hotel and apartment very clean our cleaner worked extremely hard and was cleaned and replenished to a high standard daily, very friendly and is a credit to the hotel. Not much selection at breakfast but what was there was ok. Pastries were fresh and very nice. Drinks in the hotel expensive but again great service and friendly. The apartment isn't modern or fancy but had everything we needed and was large, comfortable and clean. I would return, great price and location. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

My experience at Anezi Tower Hotel was quite mixed.
On the positive side, the staff outside the reception truly stood out. The porters, housekeeping team, doormen, breakfast staff and service providers, both at the tour shop and the spa, were exceptionally kind, always helpful, and consistently welcoming with a smile. Their level of hospitality made a very good impression. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the reception staff. They came across as distant and not particularly friendly, almost as if they were doing guests a favor rather than welcoming them. Whether it’s attitude or just poor customer service, it creates a negative first impression that the hotel should really address.
As for the rooms and apartments, they were disappointing. There was a noticeable musty smell, and I even encountered cockroaches. I had to change apartments twice, which speaks for itself. While the service from most of the staff was excellent, the overall experience did not justify the price. The location is decent, but there are certainly better hotels available for less money — something I only realized after already staying here. In summary, great staff in some areas, but significant improvements are needed in both reception service and room quality.

This hotel is a complete disaster and easily one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. The reception staff are unbelievably incompetent, completely disorganized, and apparently incapable of making even the smallest decision without running to their rude manager for approval. Watching them “work” feels like watching people roleplay customer service without actually understanding what it means.
The manager herself is arrogant, unpleasant, and clearly overwhelmed by responsibilities she cannot handle. Maybe instead of pretending everything is fine, the hotel should finally admit that it has absolutely no idea how to manage guests or basic operations.
And let’s talk about time management — or rather the complete lack of it. If you are European and expect punctuality, professionalism, or efficiency, forget it. Here, your time means absolutely nothing. You will get your room key whenever the receptionist feels like it, and nobody will even pretend to care that guests may have plans, schedules, or flights to catch.
The level of dirt in this hotel is honestly disgusting. Years-old limescale on bathroom fixtures, filthy tiles, spider webs in the corners, dirt collected everywhere possible, and even old factory stickers left on toilets long enough to become permanent decorations covered in grime. It looks less like a hotel and more like a neglected building slowly falling apart.
The entire place feels cheap, dirty, badly managed, and completely indifferent to guests. I stayed here only because I had no choice during an organized trip. Anyone voluntarily booking this hotel should seriously reconsider unless they enjoy poor hygiene, wasted time, and some of the worst customer service imaginable

In short - a clean and kid friendly hotel with tasty breakfasts and dinners, exceptional service and great location.
Food was great and there was a good selection both for brekfast and dinner. Always fresh and high quality. Every evening there was pizza, so all of you that have kids surely will appreaciate it :)
Location is amazing - short walk to the beach, shop or exchange office. The view from I guess all rooms are amazing, as the hotel is the tallest building in the area. The restaurant overlooks the beach and the mountain, so you can enjoy those views during breakfasts and dinners as well.
The receptionist, waiters and cleaners were super friendly and professional. I can't emphasize it more. They made the stay so much better! And the way they handled rude customers was really respectful. I would've lost my temper, surely.
The room we stayed in could use a furniture upgrade and some renovation, but it was clean and comfortable. I also saw that many floors are being modernized so I guess soon my comment won't be accurate:)
If you're looking for nearby restaurants, I can recommend Le Vendôme. The closest exchange office is marked on the picture. There are also shops around (cheaper than the Superette).

Hotel room is a nice size. There's AC and a fridge, theres no iron in the room. After that its down hill. Most of the staff are rude. Asked for a kettle multiple times never received it, this should be as standard especially if u claim to be a 4 star hotel.
The cleaners do half a job and did not clean our room half the time and when they did they left us with no toilet roll or towels. Had to ask a few times for this. Horrible hotel, do not recommend. The hotels with lower stars on the strip are way better than this so called 4 star. The only nice staff at the hotel was security. They also charged my friend to keep her luggage to the side as out flight wasn't until midnight, I have never been charged anywhere ive been around the world to hold luggage at a hotel. If u simply are going in and out you will be fine. If u want more from ur hotel and polite staff this is not it.
