Hotel room is a nice size. There's AC and a fridge, theres no iron in the room. After that its down hill. Most of the staff are rude. Asked for a kettle multiple times never received it, this should be as standard especially if u claim to be a 4 star hotel.
The cleaners do half a job and did not clean our room half the time and when they did they left us with no toilet roll or towels. Had to ask a few times for this. Horrible hotel, do not recommend. The hotels with lower stars on the strip are way better than this so called 4 star. The only nice staff at the hotel was security. They also charged my friend to keep her luggage to the side as out flight wasn't until midnight, I have never been charged anywhere ive been around the world to hold luggage at a hotel. If u simply are going in and out you will be fine. If u want more from ur hotel and polite staff this is not it.

Solo female traveller. I stayed in an apartment room which is not the best but honestly I’m not in it really. What matters to me more is the grounds (swimming, tanning, eating) where I spend more time and those areas are well kept and amazing. However the best part of my stay is the service which is amazing. Everyone is so kind and has made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The hotel staff chats with me, the chef made vegetarian suche especially for me when there was only fish sushi at the buffet. The food presentation was great and better than restaurants I’ve been to. I was able to book every amenity I wanted in the spa without problem and the lady there was so lovely. I was able to leave my luggage for free in the baggage area and use the hotel and eat there before check in. It was a walkable distance to the beach. I was worried reading other negative reviews before I arrived, but I am happy with my stay and I would definitely come back.

Sadly all the bad reviews are right. On arrival I was charged 150 dirham tourist tax, in cash, instead of the 33 it should have been. Rooms need a serious overhaul. They are scruffy and beaten. A word of praise for housekeeping. They try their best with what they have to work with. I had clean towels everyday, beds made and floors mopped. Didn't go in the pool as it was freezing. The pool bar manager had attitude with everyone. It's dirt cheap to stay here and you get what you pay for. Didn't bother eating at the hotel as other reviews didn't rate it. Stayed in an apartment.

This is a review for apartments only as I booked with Loveholiday from UK base on images I’ve seen on their website and app .On arrival the room was not ready and we got the key at 3pm which was base on hotel policy .My apartment located on second basement with a view of nowhere ,absolutely disgusting ,old, stinky ,damp, rubbish Kitchenette, and dark with blocked drainage in bathroom .
when I complained and showed the mages of loveholiday app they said ,we are not aware of those pictures and we did not provide those images to Loveholiday ,the apartment even was not similar to the images and they said we can’t do anything contact your agent (Loveholiday) .
To be honest apartment service was fantastic and staff was kind, good manner and polite .
Location is good close to local shops and super market ,exchange office and beach and many restaurant .Please be aware never ever book apartments in this hotel never ever .I attached some pictures also of my apartment.

Excellent hotel service. Special thanks to Fatma (reception), Lahsen (bellboy), and the Housekeeping team on the 9th floor, including the friendly Manager and the cleaning lady. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Congratulations to the management of Anezi Hotel for such a great team!
The hotel is probably the tallest in Agadir, so it’s worth requesting a room on the 9th or 10th floor. I had a wonderful partial view of the ocean, the city, and the Kasbah mountain. The room was spacious and well equipped with a 32-inch TV, fridge/minibar, toiletries, and a hairdryer. There was plenty of space for luggage and clothes, and the balcony with a table and two chairs was perfect for enjoying Agadir.
The hotel offers two elevators, a SPA, mini gym, and swimming pools with free sun loungers. The green areas are well maintained. In winter (January), the pool water is cold as the pools are not heated.
The restaurant offers HB and FB options. I only used breakfast, which was sufficient, though a bit repetitive. There was a live cooking station (omelettes or pancakes), as well as cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, sausages, bread, toast, coffee, tea, juices, jams, and olives.
Agadir feels safe, including the area around the hotel. Police presence is clearly visible in the city, and hotel security is present at the entrances, which adds to the overall sense of safety.
The hotel is about 6 minutes from the ocean and 8 minutes from the city center and main bus station (ALSA Wilaya). Most parts of Agadir are reachable within 30 minutes on foot.
I definitely recommend Anezi Tower Hotel for its great value for money and would happily return!
