Fantastic hotel. Beautiful location. Not too far from the sea, approx 5 minute walk. Great views. 3 pools, & lovely gardens. The staff can not do enough to help you- even porters available to help with luggage. A small tip is often expected Nice piano bar. The only down side- the food wasn't as good as the rest of the hotel.

Well presented hotel, however the rooms could do with a little updating. Whenever I had cause to speak with any of the staff they were polite and helped very quickly. Very easy to get to the beach from this location although there are quite a few steps for those with mobility issues. Pool and garden area was clean. Be warned the pool isn't heated and is certainly very "refreshing" when you first get in.

Lovely friendly staff Hotel generally good however rooms in need of TLC/ upgrades. I note some renovations already taking place on some of the lower floors. We had a great holiday.

The Wolf

This was one of the worst stays in a hotel we have ever had. We booked a superior double room and got something like a small closet. We asked for a room upgrade (which we would have paid for), which would have been available according to the Internet, but we were told every time that the hotel is fully booked. There was only a small bed in our room and nothing else. You could hear every noise from the streets of the passing cars. We had to request a refrigerator separately, which turned out to not working at all. So we had a heating refrigerator, great! The furniture was very rundown, like from the 80s. The so called Fitness Room was nothing but a small cellar room, no light at all, everything was broken and that room was never cleaned. In addition to that, the staff was very unfriendly and not helping at all. We had to request things over and over again until we got them, like fresh towels. We left after three nights of six. Do not stay at this hotel, we do not recommend it at all.

We stayed in the apartment for this holiday, and it was amazing. Good views, breakfast included and a nice pool. There was a couple of faults in our room like some lights not working but all together couldn’t complain with the price they gave. Its very close to the beach and is pretty much in the centre of everything. Staff are friendly too
