                                        Hotel room is a nice size. There's AC and a fridge, theres no iron in the room. After that its down hill. Most of the staff are rude. Asked for a kettle multiple times never received it, this should be as standard especially if u claim to be a 4 star hotel.
The cleaners do half a job and did not clean our room half the time and when they did they left us with no toilet roll or towels. Had to ask a few times for this. Horrible hotel, do not recommend. The hotels with lower stars on the strip are way better than this so called 4 star. The only nice staff at the hotel was security. They also charged my friend to keep her luggage to the side as out flight wasn't until midnight, I have never been charged anywhere ive been around the world to hold luggage at a hotel. If u simply are going in and out you will be fine.                                         I recently stayed at your hotel, and I feel compelled to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience. Your establishment advertises itself as a 4-star hotel, but the conditions we encountered were far below that standard—closer to a 2-star rating at best.
To begin with, the cleanliness of the hotel was shockingly poor. Our bathroom was extremely dirty with clear signs of neglect and zero attention to hygiene. The bed sheets were not changed even once during our 7-night stay, which is unacceptable.
Additionally, I had recently dyed my hair, and one of the towels became stained as a result. Instead of handling the situation professionally, I was refused any clean towels until I paid 70 dirhams. As a result, I had to go 24 hours without any towels—this is absolutely disgraceful service and should not happen in any hospitality setting.
The staff throughout our stay were consistently rude, unwelcoming, and showed no interest in guest service. There was no greeting, no smiles, no ‘thank yous’—as if we were being done a favor by staying there.
To make matters worse, when I asked for a coffee refill on the second day, I was told that complimentary coffee is only provided on the first day. This was honestly shocking. I've never encountered such limited and poor service in any hotel I’ve previously stayed in.
This experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.                                         Me and my partner had an amazing week at this hotel. The room was great, the bathroom had a bit mould on one wall and the shower kept falling down however that’s the only fault with the hotel. Everything else was perfect.
Room was cleaned everyday, floor done everyday. Clean towels everyday. They did come and collect the towels and then come back and clean the room and bring clean towels. Wasn’t a problem.
The staff went out their way to help everyone. Breakfast staff helped a mum struggling to carry plates and her baby. Other staff went out their way to accommodate others. Breakfast was repetitive but food was good.
Lunch there was only salad available for vegetarians for purchase at the pool bar (we were bead and breakfast only)
We paid for dinner one night at the buffet restaurant. We were £45 for both of us. We didn’t think this was good value for money considering you can get traditional amazing food just a short walk away. The Lebanese restraint down the from is amazing!
It’s a 5 minuites walk to the beach making this hotel great location. We booked some excursions through the hotel and the gentleman (I can’t spell his name) who took us in all the excursions went over and above to take us to great photo opportunities and amazing Moroccan places we would otherwise not have known about. Cannot recommend this man enough to take you on excursions.
All  Moroccan people are laid back and don’t rush anything. They take their time and run on their on time schedule. Take a leaf out their book and don’t stress if your late or drinks or food are not brought immediately. It was a welcomed change to be surrounded by people who were not stressed with the hustle and bustle of life in the UK.

                                        I’ve stated at the Anezi Tower Hotel for the last week. Fabulous setting. Felt safe as a solo traveller and Agadir is beautiful. Staff at hotel helpful and professional. Special thanks to Senna and Sukainah and hiba ghani and ayoub as they were all so welcoming and lovely.                                         Just back from a week at Anezi with a friend & having read some awful reviews, were pleasantly suprised!
Room- we were 1st floor, had balcony overlooking pool. Nice sized balcony with table & chairs. Had fridge, 2 single beds as requested, no kettle but we took our own, smart TV. Room was very spacious. Yes very dated but clean. Shower again very old & at first sight a bit off putting but we wiped it round & was perfectly clean. Water pressure good & lovely & hot.
Rooms were cleaned daily. The towel system needs changing. Take towels in morning & not replaced till late, around 4/5ish which is a pain if you come in after pool/beach day & want to freshen up. Also toilet roll, one day we had none till gone 5pm despite asking.
Grounds are very nice, well maintained (pool man is lovely). 3 pools, plenty of sun beds & nice grass area. Roof top outside dining room is nice. Would be lovely with more seating.
Staff- cannot believe some reviews of rude staff! We found everyone really friendly, smiley & helpful. Dining room staff often extremely busy but still smiling, especially the lovely Hannah.
Animation team good fun & daily activities around pool.
Food- Dont know what more people want for breakfast! Good selection. Evening meals again good choice, fish or meat dishes. Lamb was delicious! Pizza, rice, pasta, veg. No complaints on food at all.
A couple of days were a bit manic, but maybe extra busy times or short staff? But on whole it was very good.
Location- down steps to beach front about 10 minutes easy stroll. Going back up steps (counted 98) a bit tough! Was a problem returning at night as very lonely & as 2 women we didnt feel comfortable to walk up so had to take the long way round.
Overall we found the hotel good. They are renovating rooms & with that & some better management of towels & sometimes dining systems, seating on roof top, has potential to be a beautiful hotel.
