The hotel offers exactly the services expected of a 4* in Morocco. We paid to upgrade to a pool-view room and as such got exactly that. Most pool view rooms also include a sea view and a view of the Casbah on the hill. The room had had a recent refresh and was probably one of the better rooms. It had a balcony, but little more than a Juliet and certainly not big enough for furniture or sitting on sadly.
Breakfast was good with no issues, all the staff were polite and professional. The gardens are lovely, along with the (Unheated) pools.
Overall, it was a pleasant place and you'd struggle to get better for the money!
Unfortunately, there's always a downside...
The mattress was like laying on a slab of marble! Hotels buy hard mattresses because they last longer, but bejeeeezus it was awful.
Secondly, they obviously do laundry on site, because they have a washing machine / spinner / dryer that makes a hell of a racket and literally vibrates the building. Morning, noon and night. No chance of an early night or lay in.
We are SO tired from the mattress and the noise were looking forward to getting on our plane home for some proper sleep.

We stayed at Tildi hotel for a few nights from the 14th December 2025. The hotel is reasonably priced and affordable. The location was perfect as you're next to everything you need - next door to a supermarket, round the corner from the cable carts, and just down the road from the beach, restaurants and the harbour. The room had plenty of storage, was very spacious, and had a good view. It had a fridge, air conditioning, etc. The walls were thin however and the double bed was just two singles pushed into one. Despite this I still slept well. The staff were lovely and accommodating which made us feel welcome for our first time in morocco. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you dont plan on spending the majority of your holiday in the hotel like you would with an all inclusive.

After reading some very mixed reviews I can only say our experience. The hotel, and rooms, do (as people say) need some updating & TLC but it's clean & you have everything you need in your room, mini fridge,TV, hairdryer, plenty of wardrobe space etc. Someone commented that there's only a few English channels on the TV......people come on holiday to watch TV! Really? I would recommend a stay in the UK at the Prem Inn if everything is so negative......respect that this is another culture & not the UK.....4 stars here isn't 4 stars in the UK. We were just B&B and the food was abundant & so much choice.....all fresh....all cooked to perfection (hot choices). Again, this is not a fry up country, nor a McDs breakfast so embrace the choice. The staff are all extremely friendly....reception, restaurant, security, cleaning staff....everyone.I'm extremely surprised at the comments about rude & arrogant staff.....where has this come from? Every single member of staff is rude? Maybe this is something to do with the way staff are spoken to? I personally know of one individual that was very rude, using terrible language to the reception staff over a trivial issue that was beyond their control. Would you put up with that? I certainly wouldn't & nor would a hotel in the UK. The hotel is very close to the lovely, clean beach. A ride in the cable car is recommended....great views of Agadir from up there. A trip to the market is recommended....it's huge with everything you could want. We had a tagine on the market & it was delicious & the guys in the cafe were so welcoming & friendly. Only one negative thing ....this is nothing to do with the hotel.....is that when you're out & about.....even on the street where the hotel is....you get asked for money....someone needs medical attention, someone has a sick father...etc etc.it's not something I personally like. On the beach within 10 mins we had someone selling tea....then nuts.....then fruit....then rocks with precious stones inside (clearly dyed). You try & be polite & say 'no' but they're on their knees in front of you emptying their bag/box etc. It's your own personal opinion, as I know they're trying to make money, but for me it's draining. Moroccon people are friendly & willing to give directions, advice about taxi prices etc if you ask someone.....we met some nice people. There's loads of places to eat everywhere you go. We have had the most amazing meals....inexpensive too. Alcohol is expensive, as it is a Muslim country. Don't let the reviews of others put you off. This is a budget, inexpensive hotel & you get what you pay for.

The hotel is traditional and could certainly benefit from some modernising (particularly in the hotel rooms) but it is very good value for money and has a laid back atmosphere. There is also a lovely pool and garden area and the staff are friendly. The location close to the beach and marina is great. I would suggest paying the extra money for a pool facing room and if you are wanting a special meal out, I would recommend a trip to the French Maison restaurant up the road and to the right.

This place only positive is its location. Everything else is a nightmare. The rooms are so old and the showers are rotting and trickle water. The breakfast is disgustingly warmed up food from the evening meal no boiled eggs available bad coffee and hairs all over the place it’s the worst place I have ever been for breakfast in Agadir.
The hotel boasts a gym well don’t be fooled by the glossy pictures because they don’t exist. What is left of the gym equipment is all broken and dangerous nothing works. The TV in the room is like and iPad on the ceiling it’s placed in an awkward position and ridiculously small.
Also the housekeeper has no respect for privacy and walks into the room while we are not dressed with the dnd sign on the door. When we complained to reception manager we were met with hostile behaviour.
The little chubby woman is rude and aggressive. I had enough and asked for refund to move to another hotel (which is fantastic btw) they refused a refund and tried offering free things which I did not want. Booking . Com forced their hand and a full refund was reluctantly given. But the nasty woman on reception snatched paperwork from my husband hand and I had to warn her. We have stayed all over Agadir and This Is The Worst Hotel By Far !!!!
