I stayed at the hotel for five days and had a very pleasant experience. The location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and easy to get around from. The staff were all polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. I’d especially like to mention Wissal at reception, who was exceptional. She was always welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to help with anything I needed, which really made a difference. While the hotel could do with some updating, it certainly didn’t spoil my stay. The warm service and great location made it an enjoyable visit overall

Me and my husband arrived on Friday. Welcome drinks were provided while we were checking in. Staff were polite and and welcoming. Mohammad was very helpful with luggage n all.
Miss WISSAL was the manager sitting in Glass office. She is beautiful inside out and absolutely the highlight of our trip.
Wissal and her team arranged my birthday surprise for me. It was one of my best birthday and I’ll always remember this. They put so much effort in and wissal personally supervised all the arrangements.
Cleaning team led by Meryam lovely people helpful and friendly.
Food was ok and staff was good and help full.
100/ recommended value of money and brilliant staff makes your stay more pleasant and enjoyable. Loved Agadir because of having nice hotel and good night sleep really and best location.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Royal Mirage Agadir! The hotel is beautiful and well located, but what really made my stay special was the amazing team.
A huge thank you to Wissal, Ali, Larbi, and Malaika — they were absolutely fantastic. Each of them was so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful with everything I needed. Their warmth and professionalism really stood out and made me feel completely at home.
It’s rare to find such friendly people who truly care about guests and go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. Because of them, my time at the hotel was even more enjoyable.
I’ll definitely be back soon — and I highly recommend Royal Mirage Agadir to anyone looking for great service and genuine hospitality!

Avoid avoid avoid
The rooms are very dirty and freezing at night especially stay away from 4 th floor as it’s heating don’t work and have been to reception to complain and they just lie and say some engineers are coming so stay in the room and this is my 3rd day waiting and staff at night just say we can’t do anything it doesn’t work to come back in the morning. We had to go buy our own duvet and pillows and heaters. Please stay away from this hotel.
My reply to your response is that we’re on day 4 now and if it’s just a setting to be changed on the heating control Pannel and why is it still not done on day 4 ? The counter staff keep lieing and saying they can’t do anything at night and say must come in the morning and in the morning they say engineers are on the way. We wait for an hour and still nothing?
The one lady (wissal)who’s in the separate office is really good and transparent she has helped us now and got all the rooms sorted but her hands were tied for what she can do. (Wissal) is a credit and good asset to the company. 5 starts to her.

The Royal Mirage Hotel is truly beautiful and offers amazing views from both sides — one side faces the stunning sea, and the other has a lovely pool area with comfortable seating. On arrival, they even welcome you with a refreshing drink, which was a nice gesture.
However… the stay itself was quite disappointing. Although the room looked nice at first, the maintenance and service were very poor. The lights didn’t work properly, there were frequent power issues, and the bathroom had several problems — the flush wasn’t working, the door didn’t have a lock, and there was no exhaust fan, which made the room and washroom smelly after use.
They have a phone installed in the room, but either it doesn’t work or no one answers your call. The only good thing I can truly appreciate is the beautiful sea view from the balcony and the decent breakfast options (both veg and non-veg).
Overall, the hotel looks great from the outside, but the poor room service and maintenance really spoil the experience.
